RUTH BADER GINSBURG,” NOTORIOUS RBG” IS NOT PLANNING TO RETIRE FOR AT LEAST 2 YEARS
Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg had a bad answer for Democrats who are worried if President Barack Obama can not choose her replacement, the court could flip more conservative because of the high historical likelihood that after eight years of a Democrat in office, the presidency will be won by the opposition party.

Federal Appeals Court Affirms..Giving Cops The Finger Is A Constitutional Right
A police officer can’t pull you over and arrest you just because you gave him the finger, a federal appeals court declared Thursday.
In a 14-page opinion, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit ruled that the “ancient gesture of insult is not the basis for a reasonable suspicion of a traffic violation or impending criminal activity.”
I would still question the wisdom of doing it to a large man with a gun and arrest powers….he may not have gotten the memo.

Rep. DeLauro Wants SWEET New Soda Tax
I think her name was Ronnie before the sex change
A measure that aims to institute a tax of one cent per teaspoon – 4.2 grams – of sugar, high fructose corn syrup or caloric sweetener.
The measure (HB 5279), introduced Wednesday says, “A 20-ounce bottle of soda contains about 16 teaspoons of sugars. Yet, the American Heart Association recommends that Americans consume no 6 more than six to nine teaspoons of sugar per day.

I’m so unimpressed by the “American Heart Association recommends” since the Lefties support OTC dispensing of Plan-B which the FDA says should only be dispensed by a physician AFTER a physical exam.
