If any republican had a sidekick like this commie, they would have been vilified in the press.
It is sickening that this woman has so much power.
Just another reason why bho picked a VP who is irrelevant. Just another useful idiot.

I watched a documentary recently, This Emotional Life. Part of it was about bullying. Researchers have found and are implementing some interesting, useful tricks in the schools. One is to encourage bystanders to stick up for the victims. Bullies thrive on the audience. When kids stick up for their victims, the bullies totally lose and the bullying stops. Empowering kids with this information makes it so much easier for the first one to risk stepping forward.

That is an excellent list. Too bad, so far Romney is still on zero.
I sure hope he wakes up.

Did you see the two missing minutes from the the oh-so revealing tape that caused quite the contrived stir but ended up fizzling on trying to hype Mitt as saying something evil at a secret meeting? The two minutes is good. Makes me wonder how much other “balls” moments Mitt has that we just are not allowed to see. I think like many Americans these past couple of years, he has grown up in the American department.

I had a relative who worked with groups of Chinese students and officials sent here to take summer courses. They’d always ask to see stores, then not believe the ones they were taken to were real, ordinary stores. They had to be propaganda stores, designed to fake out visitors that capitalism worked. So they’d visit a lot of stores, drive around and let them choose one. Eventually, they’d all go on a similar shopping spree. Getting them on the plane home was a nightmare, with all the lawn chairs and stuff they couldn’t get at home.

I traveled in the USSR and they did have propaganda stores. A relative went to Beijing and he said the same thing. Stores for natives only took local money; stores for visitors took any currency except Chinese. In Beijing, there was a Chinese lady who got to go to a foreign money store with something she could spend. It was such a huge treat, but she could only afford one, inexpensive item and she didn’t even know what it was for. So when my relative was available, she asked. I do not envy his experience trying to explain, through an interpreter, what American women did with tampons.

    • Okay, styling fails. Good to know.

I just got around to adding it to my heap o’links, and I needed to sound off. As this is a couple of days old, I might’ve put this on today’s Saturday Grudge, but ~sob~ there isn’t one.

Here’s the actual news in the article:

Just minutes before Romney was scheduled to leave town on his campaign plane Wednesday… a Boeing 737 named Ely… flew in loaded with Ohio veterans returning from a day-long tourist trip to Washington… touched down at Toledo’s airport and parked a few hundred yards from Romney’s plane…. Romney walked across the tarmac to greet the returning World War II and Korean War veterans. He shook their hands, one by one, as they deplaned on a ramp from their Miami Air charter jet. “Thank you for your service,” Romney said, over and over again. “Welcome home.”

Now, here’s the whole article, with Philip Rucker’s propaganda re-inserted:

Just when you thought Mitt Romney couldn’t catch a break, he got one.

It came in the form of a Boeing 737 named Ely, which flew in loaded with Ohio veterans returning from a day-long tourist trip to Washington.

Just minutes before Romney was scheduled to leave town on his campaign plane Wednesday, to the pleasant surprise of campaign aides, Ely touched down at Toledo’s airport and parked a few hundred yards from Romney’s plane.

The Republican presidential nominee, who polls show is trailing President Obama in Ohio, sensed an opportunity to show his support for military veterans. So shortly after 8 p.m., Romney walked across the tarmac to greet the returning World War II and Korean War veterans. He shook their hands, one by one, as they deplaned on a ramp from their Miami Air charter jet.

“Thank you for your service,” Romney said, over and over again. “Welcome home.”

The press corps dutifully recorded the moment and beamed the images across Ohio and the country. And with that, Romney may have won over a few more voters.

SSsssssiiiiiggghhhhhh! Do people like Rucker know they’re outright writing propaganda editorials, or are they so intellectually insulated they really think that’s journalism?

And she was just one in a string of young women whom he preyed upon, and ruined their lives, while his wife aided and abetted.
I will never understand how the democrats get so many women to vote for them when they have men in their party who are such disgusting pigs with the way they treat women.
Monica was barely out of her teens! A stupid, ignorant young girl with stars in her eyes. It just disgusts me when I think of what the pedophile enticed her to do in the Oval Orifice.
