Judge Blocks President Trump’s Move To Cut Off Funding To “Sanctuary Cities”

A federal judge in San Francisco has blocked a Trump administration order to withhold funding from communities that limit cooperation with U.S. immigration authorities.

U.S. District Judge William Orrick issued the temporary ruling Tuesday in a lawsuit over the executive order targeting so-called sanctuary cities. The decision will stay in place while the lawsuit moves through court.

WHENEVER THE COURTS RULED AGAINST OBAMA HE JUST SAID “F*CK OFF” AND DID WHATEVER HE WANTED. NOBODY EVER STOPPED HIM.
Judge donated $200k to Obama. Yeah, no conflict of interest here.
By what authority can a Federal Judge overrule a duly elected President?
He was also one of President Obama’s top fundraisers, a bundler who raised at least $200,000 for Obama and donated $30,800 to committees supporting him

Until someone with a big pair stops this, punk-ass democrat judges run this country.

I JUST GET SO SICK OF THESE SOCIALIST JUDGES BLOCKING EVERY ACTION TRUMP TAKES. IT’S ALL PART OF THE DEMOCRAT PLAN OF SUBTERFUGE.

Bwahahahahaha!

MSNBC Presents Reasons Trump’s Wall Is A Bad Idea:

1.  It would be useless in preventing the flood of illegal aliens.
2.  It would be a terrible obstacle to migratory animals, like birds and bats.

An Excellent (and Appalling) Example of Softheadedness

Trump tweet

Earlier this month in Twin Falls, Idaho, three Muslim refugees — a seven-year-old Iraqi boy, plus 14-year-old and 10-year-old Sudanese boys — pleaded guilty to serious felony charges related to their assault last June on a disabled five-year-old girl.

After cornering her in the laundry room of their apartment complex, they stripped her clothes off, sexually assaulted her, then urinated all over her body and in her mouth.  As she struggled to escape, they taunted and laughed at her, all the while videotaping the attack.

A retired nurse stopped the assault, which could have been much worse had she not intervened.

Because it reflected badly on the Obama refugee resettlement program, the MSM rushed to denigrate those who were outraged by the attack and an Obama administration official threatened to prosecute private citizens who discussed the crime.

Then, just days after the boys pleaded guilty, the city council voted UNANIMOUSLY to approve a resolution declaring Twin Falls a “welcoming city” for refugees.

Why bother indeed

DOG did it

From Mary Chastain at Legal Insurrection:

The MSM sucks so bad. I mean HORRIBLE. In prepared remarks to border agents, Sessions called cartels and criminals filth. It’s PLAIN AS DAY.

“But no, they immediately see filth and assume he means immigrants in general. Today that same media had to eat crow and admit their mistake. Well, only one basically did and of course, his apology didn’t receive 1/10 the attention his accusation received.

“Then the journalists whined and moaned when Tillerson ditched his press pool when he met with Putin. SEE MY ABOVE COMMENT. Again, if the MSM did their damn job they wouldn’t run into this problem.

“Then everyone complains about transparency. The administration cannot be transparent if the MSM distorts and twists everything that comes out of their mouths. Give me a break.

“I have NO problem with Tillerson ditching the press pool. They won’t do their job properly anyway so why bother?

It’s the Trump Era

Yesterday, Attorney General Jeff Sessions made a speech on the U.S.-Mexico border in Nogales, Arizona, reaffirming President Donald Trump’s commitment to securing the border and enforcing immigration laws.

Border arrest

“For those that continue to seek improper and illegal entry into this country, be forewarned: This is a new era. This is the Trump Era,” Sessions said. “The lawlessness, the abdication of duty to enforce our laws, and the catch-and-release policies of the past are over.”

The attorney general also announced that 50 more immigration judges would be added this year to help relieve the backlog.  Another 75 will arrive in 2018.

On March 9, 2017, Trump’s Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly announced that the number of people illegally crossing the U.S. southern border has dropped 40 percent since President Trump took office.

Even more remarkable, Kelly noted that border agents usually see a 10 to 20 percent increase in illegal immigrant apprehensions from January to February.

Another good sign is a sudden increase in the fees charged by human smugglers.  Before the election, the usual fee was around $3,500.  It’s now up to $8,000.

Update on Trump’s Refugee Ban

A coalition of 12 state attorneys general and one governor has filed a brief with a federal appeals court defending President Trump’s ban on travelers from six Muslim-majority nations.

The group’s filing argues Trump’s executive order regarding immigration and refugees is a legal action within his presidential powers.

Scofflaws

Malkin Outlaw cities

Exactly.  Just like they aren’t illegal immigrants, but rather illegal aliens

The word “immigrant” is defined as “a person who comes to live permanently in a foreign country.”

Sneaking in here illegally to deal drugs, practice human trafficking, or earn money to send home is not immigration.  Voting illegally is not immigration.  Stomping on the U.S. flag is not immigration.  Refusing to learn English is not immigration.

When we use the term “illegal immigrant”, we feed the Left’s “Waaah!  You Hate Immigrants!” meme and we should all refuse to do that.

The Wall

2017 Trump Agenda

Companies are now submitting proposals to construct President Trump’s promised wall along the Mexican border.

About 500 companies signed up to bid and designs are due to the Department of Homeland Security by next week, William La Jeunesse reported.

The White House has released preliminary guidelines for the wall, which must be 30 feet high while looking imposing from the Mexican side and aesthetically pleasing from the U.S.
