BLUE BLOODS: It’s our favorite show – Donnie Wahlberg who plays Danny tweeted, “I found out that my TV Dad #TomSelleck has generously accepted the #2020TipChallenge at Elios Upper East Side! Love ya dad. I didn’t start it but I’m proud to be part of it. To those who gave even the smallest extra amount this year — THANK YOU.”

COVID-19: The Daily Mail reported, “Hospitals in Southern California are so overrun by COVID-19 cases that doctors are running low on supplies of oxygen, infected patients are forced to wait eight hours in ambulances before they can enter an emergency room, and intensive care units are fully booked with no more beds available.

Under Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom, California has imposed the most draconian restrictions on American life since the days of King George III. He has closed churches and destroyed thousands of businesses. And it all failed.

Meanwhile, in places that never closed (like Sweden) or that opened up early (like Florida and Texas), life is mostly back to normal. Don Surber reminds us,

We fought an American revolution amid a smallpox epidemic that killed one-third of those infected. The story of Valley Forge was the American army holing up for the winter to acquire herd immunity. There were no alternatives.

The cost was very high. The death toll was enormous. Indeed, for every soldier killed in battle, 3 died from disease. But they soldiered on.

This virus kills 1 in 1,000 people infected.

It is well past time to soldier on, America.”

CLIMATE HUSTLE: Just what we needed right before Christmas … a story about a church that is NOT teaching Scripture.

I recently watched Climate Hustle 1 and 2. If you only want to watch one, I think 2 is better. This infiltration of the churches is discussed in 2.

As a Catholic, I was and am thoroughly dismayed that Pope Francis signed on to it. I heard that, while he was working on his encyclical, so-called “skeptics/deniers” attempted to see him. He refused.

IMO, his refusal to even LISTEN to the opposition eliminated his authority to tell me what’s true and I don’t care how many Cardinals stuck a crown his head.

COMMON SENSE: Dec 23, 2020 video by Rudy Giuliani [37:45] – He talks about the meaning of Christmas to Christians, to the United States, and to the current fight against election fraud.

He also talks about how NONE of the courts have look at any of the evidence of listened to a single witness. They’re just tossing cases on bs procedural grounds.

So far as I can see, corrupt and/or frightened judges have decided that NOBODY has “standing” to object to this election! Not the candidate who was cheated. Not the voters who were cheated. Not the states whose majority in the Senate is at risk.

FAUCI: What a fraud! – Dr. Fauci has been gradually moving the goal post about how many Americans would need to be vaccinated before we achieve herd immunity. First, he said 60-70 percent. Then, he said 70-75 percent. Then, it went up to 75 to 80-plus percent. And most recently, he said it had to be “close to 90 percent.”

Dr. Fauci blithely explained that polling, rather than science, informed his public pronouncements. “When polls said only about half of all Americans would take a vaccine, I was saying herd immunity would take 70 to 75 percent. Then, when newer surveys said 60 percent or more would take it, I thought, ‘I can nudge this up a bit,’ so I went to 80, 85. … We really don’t know what the real number is.”

FLEEING CALIFORNIA: The Daily Wire, the conservative media outlet founded by Ben Shapiro, Jeremy Boreing, and Caleb Robinson, announced plans to move its headquarters from Los Angeles to Nashville.

HOPE: The Catholic Catechism says that Hope is one of the Theological Virtues which “are infused by God into the souls of the faithful to make them capable of acting as his children and of meriting eternal life.

I believe that God always answers prayer and that while He may say “No” or “Not yet” to prayers for worldly gifts, he always answers “Yes” when asked for an increase in any virtue. Of course, our cooperation in His graces will magnify their action in us, just like practicing and studying magnify the action of the teachers who share their knowledge with us.

ISRAEL: Researchers from Tel Aviv University have proven that it can be killed in half a minute using LED-UV lights emitting a specific range of wavelengths.

Also, an Israeli fabric maker has developed an anti-viral mask coated in zinc oxide nanoparticles that destroy bacteria, fungi and viruses. Testing has shown that the Wuhan coronavirus is neutralized within 30 minutes and that the masks retain their protective properties throughout 55 wash cycles.

Sadly, customer reviews are not over the top, with complaints about mask sizes running small with women needing the men’s size, which means my big-faced hubby couldn’t wear one at all. Also, some complaints about poorly made masks falling apart and metal nose strips poking through.

They are also really expensive. You can order them from for $45 each or go to Amazon where Sonovia is selling the same thing for $69 to which you can apply a $24 coupon that brings the price down to $45. Such a deal!

If I could get the material for DIY, I’d consider it, because Dearest goes out a lot and I’d prefer he and I didn’t get the plague.

LEFT vs. RIGHT: John Rivers writes, “Look, I’m not a political guy. Republican, Democrat, what’s the difference? On the one hand, you got the Republicans, who are mostly solid family men and loving mothers who work together to provide for their children and on the other hand, you got the Democrats, who are mostly communists and child molesters but, hey, who am I to judge?

MICHIGAN: Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel (D) is pursuing legal sanctions against lawyers who questioned the outcome of the November election.

Nessel, who has defended Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D) and Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (D), said this week she is going to go after the attorneys who filed lawsuits alleging that some people voted illegally and that votes were also manipulated by Dominion Voting Systems.

MILITARY: Previously Navy Capt. Amy Bauernschmidt served as the Lincoln’s executive officer — another first for a woman — from 2016-2019. After leaving the Lincoln, Bauernschmidt served as the commanding officer of the amphibious transport dock USS San Diego, a command she left in October.

I am incredibly honored and humbled to be selected,” Bauernschmidt said in a statement. “I love leading sailors and I take that responsibility extremely seriously.”

NASHVILLE EXPLOSION: 12/25th presser [10:43] – Dawn on the second holiest day of the year. Authorities believe it was intentional. Pure evil. AND a testament to God’s glory that so far, only three people are known to have been injured. Police have found what they believe to be human remains in the vicinity, so that may change.

Interview with a survivor @ [3:52]

On Saturday, the FBI’s Memphis SAC said, “There are a number of individuals that we’re looking at,” he added. “So, at this point, we’re not prepared to identify any single individual.” For the full 12/26 press briefing, CLICK

NEW YORK: I’ve always thought of our congressman, Tom Reed, as one of the good guys. He was one of the first to formally support Trump’s candidacy, but it looks like he has sold out to the corruptocrats.

After siding with the corrupt Democrats on voter fraud, he’s now very upset with TRUMP for “blindsiding the GOP” by not supporting the horrible “covid relief” bill that would send borrowed money we can’t afford to failing blue states and FOREIGN NATIONS! I’m so disgusted.

OPERATION LEGEND: Worth watching [7:43] – Operation Legend, launched in July of this year, deployed agents from various federal agencies to assist local law enforcement in fighting violent crime.

The effort was named for LeGend Taliferro, a four-year-old who was killed by gunfire while sleeping in his bed in Kansas City, Missouri.

The Department of Justice says Operation Legend has resulted in over 6,000 arrests, removing violent criminals, domestic abusers, carjackers and drug traffickers from nine cities which were experiencing stubbornly high crime and took illegal firearms, illegal narcotics and illicit monies off the streets.

Of those 6,000 arrested, 1,500 have been charged with federal offenses, and 500 were charged with homicide.

PORKULUS: I can’t STAND how far in debt we are, but they keep voting for more and more! IMO, if a person is in debt, then any extra money they have belongs to their creditors. Debtors should do their charity by volunteering time and/or giving away stuff they don’t need anymore. But until those debts are cleared, they’ve got no right to donate money to charities, because it isn’t THEIRS. So why are we doing it as a nation?!

SEX EDUCATION: CLICK [6:04] to see Glenn Beck’s update on Amy, the brave teacher in Oklahoma, who wrote a personal letter to nearly 90 parents of students in her class. She wanted to warn them about upcoming curriculum she felt could be dangerous to the students — lessons that were not about sex education, but about sex indoctrination. It’s inspiring, so don’t skip it!

SUCKY NEWS: I’m thinking it would be better for all of us to spend the time in prayer instead of reading and sharing all the details of how our once great nation is circling the drain.

TEXAS: Notice anything strange about these?

VICTORY: On Wednesday, New York State Supreme Court Judge Paul B. Wojtaszek has ruled that the state’s 25% capacity limit on businesses is unconstitutional. Video [2:04] report @ link below.

Senior Advisor to Governor Cuomo Rich Azzopardi said the lawsuit was based on “crackpot logic.”

GRAMMY NEWS: We did a lot of zooming for Christmas. It was SO fun to watch the grands open up our gifts in real time!
