Bits & Bytes

CLICK to read the story of a 15 year old Mexican boy who refused to deny Our Lord when he knew it would lead to his death. He was tortured and murdered on Feb. 10, 1928, just over a month shy of his 15th birthday.

2020: The Amistad Project has released a paper making the case that the only constitutionally set date in the election process is Jan. 20, when the next president of the United States will be sworn in.

All other dates, including the “safe harbor” deadline, the Electoral College vote on Dec. 14, and even the congressional vote count on Jan. 6, are dates set by federal law, which the document argues are “arbitrary” and founded on obsolete concerns.

Moreover, they are preventing states from fulfilling their legal and ethical obligations to ensure free and fair elections.

BORDER: Last week, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a lower court ruling that was blocking the Trump administration from building border wall with $6.1 billion in DOD funds that had been approved for purposes (e.g., drug enforcement) that Trump believes are better served by building more border wall.

MICHIGAN: On Sunday morning, President Trump’s legal team began a forensic analysis of Dominion voting machines. They said they would have results in about 48 hours.

NBC: Over the weekend, a video of Angela Marsden, the owner of the Pineapple Hill Saloon & Grill of Los Angeles, protesting the city shutting down outdoor dining with no scientific basis went viral. The video showed Marsden’s emotional plea for help as she exposed how a similar set of tents and tables were set up in the same parking lot to cater a film production approved by the city.

Only part of Marsden’s comments made it onto NBC’s Sunday Today. But reporter Meagan Fitzgerald deceptively edited out Marsden pointing to the hypocrisy with the tents and tables. Worse yet, NBC covered up the fact that the catering was for NBC’s comedy show, Good Girls.

NEVADA: On Tuesday, Trump’s lawyers presented 20 binders-full of evidence to the state court showing why tens of thousands of votes should be thrown out. Biden supposedly won the state by 33,596 votes, but Nevada ballots were cast by ~42,000 from voters who had voted twice in Nevada, 2,468 voters who had legally changed their addresses to another country or state, 1,500 voters who are listed as deceased by the Social Security Administration, ~20,000 voters who have non-Nevada mailing addresses, 6,000 voters whose addresses the USPS had flagged as vacant, 8,000 ballots cast by voters with addresses that are physically non-existent, and ~15,000 voters are registered as living at commercial properties.

PENNSYLVANIA: OANN reports on a case that is moving to the Supreme Court regarding an unconstitutional change that was made to voting procedures in Pennsylvania. Video [4:46] embedded at Rumble link below.

U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito asked officials in Pennsylvania to file briefs by the morning of Dec. 8. The new deadline signals that the Supreme Court intends to rule on the request for the injunction before the safe harbor deadline runs out.

PERSPECTIVE: This is what Progressives are using as their Great Big Excuse to keep us locked in our houses, going broke, while they “reset” our economies to “Communism.”

TRANS: CLICK https://www.facebook.com/aklavan/videos/199809065026085 [9:07] to hear Ben Shapiro spout an excellent rant about the absurdity of the modern world’s insistence that unscientific political mandates are truth with a capital T.

VACCINE: Pfizer is recommending that women who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or trying to become pregnant should avoid the new COVID-19 vaccine, because nothing is known about how it may effect the health of babies.

VENEZUELA: In 2004, opponents of Hugo Chávez managed to collect enough signatures to trigger a referendum on the dictator’s stay in power. But Chavez was ready for them. The year before, he had contracted with Smartmatic, a company registered in Delaware and founded by three young Venezuelan engineers, to create voting machine software that he could manipulate mid-count. At midnight on election day, Chavez was behind. Suddenly, the counting stopped. A few hours later, it resumed and Chavez was ahead by 10%.

Sound familiar? Twenty-eight American states were using this software on Nov. 3, 2020.

WISCONSIN: Wisconsin lawmakers have schedule a hearing for Dec. 11th, to investigate the numerous irregularities with the 2020 general election. The hearing will include testimony from eyewitnesses, experts, and elections officials.

GRAMMY: St. José, whose last bloody steps brought you into the loving arms of Our Lord, pray for us who still battle against the evils of atheistic government oppression that we too will have the strength to face even torture and death rather than deny that Jesus Christ is King. Amen.
