GOD BLESS THE USA: CLICK https://twitter.com/TuckerCarlson/status/1327425407331733504 [3:46] to listen to Tucker Carlson extol the beauty of our land and the goodness of our people.

CALIFORNIA: In June, California’s Democratic governor, Gavin Newsom, issued an order stating that “all Californians who are registered to vote in” the Nov. 3 election “must be empowered to vote by mail, as an alternative to in-person voting.”

On Friday, Sutter County Superior Court Judge Sarah Heckman ruled that this order was unconstitutional. Under the U.S. Constitution, only state legislatures and Congress can prescribe the “times, places, and manner of holding elections.”

I have no idea what this means for Cali’s electoral votes or why it took until AFTER the election to get a decision on this which common sense would suggest should’ve come BEFORE.

COVID-19: Dr. Anthony Fauci said it is time for people to “do what they’re told” by health experts and government officials to help bring down surging coronavirus numbers.

Sorry, Tony, but no.

Not after hyper-partisan experts and government officials ignored our overall public welfare in favor of trying to make Trump look bad by destroying our economy.

And not after these same hypocritical lying liars ignored their own oh-so-important rules when it suited them and their political agenda (e.g., going to parties and allowing BLMers to riot), while locking us law-abiding types out of our schools, playgrounds and churches.

So, screw you, Tony.

DELAWARE: Speaking of hypocritical government leaders – The Democratic governor of Delaware has settled a federal lawsuit by admitting his church-related COVID-19 restrictions were unconstitutional and that he wouldn’t do it again.

Carney had imposed restrictions on houses of worship that were not required of businesses. Included in these were restricting church services to less than one hour, banning any physical contact, and limiting total attendance to ten people, rather than a percentage of the listed fire capacity.

DOMINION VOTING SYSTEMS: Sorry about the language. It’s his, not mine – Eric Coomer joined Dominion in 2010 as Vice President of U.S. Engineering. He was later promoted to Voting Systems Officer of Strategy and Security.

Coomer posted this to his Facebook: “If you are planning to vote for the autocratic, narcissistic, fascists, ass-hat blowhard and his Christian jihadist VP pic, UNFRIEND ME NOW! No, I’m not joking. I’m all for reasoned political discourse and healthy debate- I’m looking at you ( 3 names of friends). I disagree with you three on many philosophical grounds but respect your opinions. Only and absolute FUCKING IDIOT could ever vote for that wind-bag fuck-tard FASCIST RACIST FUCK! No bullshit, I don’t give a damn if you’re friend, family, or random acquaintance, pull the lever, mark an oval, touch a screen for that carnival barker—UNFRIEND ME NOW. I have no desire whatsoever to ever interact with you. You are beyond hope, beyond reason. you are controlled by fear, reaction, and bullshit. Get your shit together. Oh, it that doesn’t persuade you, FUCK YOU! Seriously, this fucking ass-clown stands against everything that makes this country awesome! You want in on that? You deserve nothing but contempt.”

On September 27, 2020, someone asked, “What are we gonna do if F*cking Trump wins?”

He responded, “Don’t worry about the election, Trump’s not gonna win. I made fucking sure of that!”

GEORGIA: Lin Wood, a prominent Atlanta attorney, has sued Georgia’s Secretary of State and election officials in a bid to stop the certification of election results.

The suit claims that election officials and the state’s Democrat Party violated the Constitution by changing the way absentee ballots were handled. Under the U.S. Constitution, only state legislatures and Congress can prescribe the “times, places, and manner of holding elections.”

GUATEMALA: The President of Guatemala said Planned Parenthood is not welcome to operate in his country.

“I recognize life from its conception, and therefore, in my government, I will not tolerate any movement that violates what is provided in our political Constitution of the Republic, that goes against the values with which I was raised and that conflicts with my principles as [a] doctor.”

IDENTITY POLITICS: For years, the Democratic Party has assumed they “owned” the so-called minority groups and that, since these groups were growing, the Dems would eventually own the country. Yeah, no.

David Shor says the joke is on them, because “The GOP is really assembling the multiracial working-class coalition that the left has always dreamed of.” Shor is a Democratic polling and data expert who developed the Obama 2012 campaign’s internal election-forecasting system.

Maybe that’s because Democrats have offered nothing to these people beyond a permanent sense of angry entitlement, while under Trump, the GOP has offered the American Dream.

LGBTQ: [1:17] – Supreme Court Justice Alito says his fears concerning the effect the Obergefell decision would have on our freedom of speech are coming to pass. Clearly, the Left has every intention of limiting not just our second amendment rights, but also our freedoms of speech and religion. As Dr. Fauci says, as far as Progressives like him are concerned, we need to shut up and do what we’re told.

LIFESITE: Interview with Steve Mosher [34:01] – President Trump is gathering all the evidence needed to show massive, widespread voter fraud occurred in the 2020 presidential race. Watch this to the end!

OREGON: ::smh::

RELIGIOUS PERSECUTION: The Marin County District Attorney filed felony vandalism charges against five people for the defacing and toppling of a statue depicting Saint Junipero Serra at Mission San Rafael in San Rafael, CA.

“This is a breakthrough moment for Catholics,” said Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone of San Francisco. He said he hoped that the charges would “contribute to putting an end to attacks on all houses of worship.”

WISCONSIN: Three voters in Wisconsin have filed a federal lawsuit that, if successful, would invalidate over 792,000 votes cast across the state.

The civil action (pdf), filed on Thursday, alleges that there is “sufficient evidence that illegal votes were counted” in Milwaukee, Dane, and Menominee counties “to change or place in doubt the results” of the presidential election in the counties. The voters asked the court to declare that the counties’ results “must be invalidated” and to block the counties from certifying their results.

GRAMMY NOTES: [4:43] – I had a rake for the shag carpet in my bedroom! Swear to God!! LOLOLOL I never had clackers though. I tried them once, which was plenty. I’m not fond of pain!
