2020: Biden’s crime bill – One of (possibly the only) accomplishment Joe Biden can claim from his 47 years in elected office is the 1994 Crime Bill … which he has since disavowed.

ANARCHIST JURISDICTIONS: On Sunday, the Justice Department slapped this label on New York City, Seattle, and Portland and targeted them to lose federal money for failing to control protesters and defunding cops.

When state and local leaders impede their own law enforcement officers and agencies from doing their jobs, it endangers innocent citizens who deserve to be protected, including those who are trying to peacefully assemble and protest,” Attorney General William Barr said.

BLACK LIVES MATTER: CLICK [6:03] to hear Black Americans speak out against BLM and the Democratic Party’s support for defunding the police.

CLICK [5:59] to hear Matt Walsh talk about BLM’s coercive demands to make the Black Power fist and say “Black Lives Matter.” It perfectly expresses the real aim of their cause, which is power.

CALIFORNIA: Red Bluff – A 77-year-old military veteran was attacked by a man and woman who didn’t like his politics. The woman told him, “We just don’t like people like you”, then the man got him in a headlock and pounded him repeatedly on the head. The man has been arrested and charged.

CATHOLICS: Know the facts – Joe Biden supports abortion at ALL stages of pregnancy and has vowed to expand abortion access across America. He has also promised to force taxpayers to pay for it, to deny health care workers the freedom to say no to participate in it, and to push to make abortion legal by federal law.

CORRUPTION: For the past year, the Senate Homeland and Government Affairs Committee and the Senate Finance Committee have been conducting a joint investigation into Hunter Biden’s efforts to cash in on foreign business deals during his father’s vice presidency. Their report is out now. And while it does not accuse either Joe or Hunter Biden of any specific crimes, it does detail warning signs about their conduct that officials appear to have ignored.

COURTS: The upcoming Supreme Court nomination looms large, but Senate Republicans have vowed to also confirm many more lower court nominees as well. The National Law Journal notes that the speed of confirmations usually slows down in late summer and the fall, but that Senate Republicans have forged ahead.

Republicans have already confirmed more than a dozen federal judges so far this month. And the Senate Judiciary Committee is set to advance more nominees and hold hearings on others, guaranteeing a pipeline of potential judges.”

HYPOCRISY: Actress and ‘Defund the police’ activist Alyssa Milano was quick to call cops when she believed an armed gunman was on her multi-million dollar, gated community property on Sunday morning.

The call ignited a response that included seven Ventura County Sheriffs’ vehicles, one K-9 unit, a police helicopter and one Los Angeles Fire Department team.

The search by air and street level lasted over three hours, then ended abruptly when the culprit was located. It turned out to be a neighborhood teen with an air gun shooting at squirrels.

I wonder how many hungry children could have been fed with the resources expended on this hypocritical, overly privileged princess. Community programs? Classroom supplies? Childcare programs? Mental health services?

Of course, this is the woman who croons about how her two living children are her “heart” while boasting about how glad she is she aborted the two previous ones so she could follow her dreams. It is undoubtedly too much to expect any moral consistency or even common sense from her.

MAIL IN VOTING: CLICK [3:17] to hear Jim Jordan give a fired up speech about Democrat efforts to steal elections. We need to ensure that our elections are safe, secure, fair, and that we know who won on election day.

PELOSI’S QUIVER: On Sunday’s broadcast of ABC’s “This Week,” San Fran Nan actually threatened to impeach President Trump (again) if he should dare to exercise his constitutional responsibility to nominate a judge for the Supreme Court.

By doing so, she said they would tie up the Senate so it couldn’t proceed with confirmation until after the election.

On Tuesday, Dan Bongino pointed out that while the Senate has the power to try a House impeachment, it does not have a duty or obligation to do so. The House can impeach as many times as it wants; the Senate can say, “Yeah, no. We’re busy here, so we’re not going to waste time on your frivolous, Trump-deranged games.”

RBG: [12:15] – I have largely been silent about this woman’s life and death, because she’s … well … dead. But I was relieved to read this, because it expresses exactly what has always bothered me about her and her ilk.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg did a great many interesting and impressive things in her life, but she never did the one thing she probably really should have done: run for office. Ruth Bader Ginsburg wasn’t an associate justice of the Supreme Court — not really: She was a legislator in judicial drag. …

The job of making law properly belongs to — some people find this part hard to handle — lawmakers. Making law is not the job of the judge. The job of the judge is to see that the law is followed and applied in a given case. It does not matter if the law is unfair or if the law is unjust — that is not the judge’s concern.

If you have a vision for America, and desire to make the law more fair or more just, then there is a place for you: Congress. That is where the laws are made.” – Kevin D. Williamson at National Review

SCOTUS: CLICK [3:38] and [:47] to hear why Republicans will confirm Trump’s nominee before the end of 2020.

WALK AWAY: Today’s excerpt – “I came to the USA from Northern Ireland. While living there I remember the Night Bill Clinton stood on the platform outside of Belfast City Hall. Telling us how he was going to fix our small country. FIX OUR COUNTRY WHEN HE COULDN’T EVEN FIX HIS OWN LIFE NEVER MIND HIS OWN COUNTRY.. That’s when i realized what kind of a person he was, so before I immigrated I decided to study the parties here. I LOVE living here, but I must admit I’m scared of what could happen if President Trump does not win a second term. I came from a country that fought over religion and territory. I’m ready if called to fight for my new country. I will never give up the freedom that has been given to me from this wonderful Country. Make sure you talk to your friends and family and get out and vote. Your way of life depends on it.

GRAMMY NOTES: I had a long dream last night during which the Democrats infected Joe Biden with COVID-19 so he wouldn’t have to go to the debates. They were hoping he’d die, so they could be done with him. And if he did, they had “evidence” ready to blame the original infection on an allegedly desperate-to-win Trump. The creepiest part was that the whole thing was all way too plausible.

2020: The electoral college, how it works and why it protects our freedoms. – “While the national popular vote total tends to correlate with the outcome of the Electoral College, it sometimes does not, largely due to a few large non-politically diverse states voting so heavily for the Democratic candidate that it puts the losing candidate ahead in the national popular vote. When this happens, the losers predictably scream ‘foul’, but their complaint illustrates a fundamental misunderstanding of what the Founding Fathers did to ensure that every state and their people got a say in who became president.

2020: Biden – On Sept 18th, Slow Joe gave a speech in Duluth, Michigan. But everyone there was either Biden handlers or pre-approved reporters who were not allowed to ask questions. And he read his speech from a Teleprompter.

ABORTION: And just as we did in the days of slavery, it is we the people of the Republican Party who stand on the side of the weakest and most vulnerable.

CALIFORNIA: San Francisco – San Francisco’s restrictions on public worship remain among the strictest in the country. Until mid-September, churches were restricted to only 12 participants at outdoor services only.

Now it’s 50 people, but still only outdoors. People are allowed to pray in churches, but only one person at a time per building. Meanwhile, stores are allowed to operate at 25% capacity. The Cathedral of St. Mary of the Assumption holds up to 2500 people.

On Sunday, Catholics in San Francisco had had enough. They marched in Eucharistic processions across the city in protest.

For months I have pleaded with the City on your behalf, advocating for your need of the consolation of the Mass, and the consolation you derive from the practice of your faith and connection with your faith community. City Hall ignored us,” Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone said in his homily at an outdoor Mass following the processions Sept. 20. “It has become clear to me that they just don’t care about you.”

CATHOLIC: WOW! This is POWERFUL! [9:54] – Fr. James Altman responds to criticism of his viral video “You Cannot Be Catholic & Democrat.” He notes that his video was not divisive. “The division already existed.”

FLORIDA: Canceled for being Catholic [7:23] – After defending his Catholic beliefs in a private online chat, a 21-year-old Florida State University senior was ousted as president of the student senate.

He is now suing Florida State University’s administration and student government officials to get his job and his reputation back.

HAWAII: Approximately 400 vehicles participated in a MAGA caravan in this deep blue state.

HILLARY’S EMAILS: INTERESTING. I heard Pres Trump tell Dan Bongino that the FBI has more of Hillary’s emails than they said. I didn’t know what he was talking about. Read more at the links.

HUMAN TRAFFICKING: The Department of Justice today announced it has awarded nearly $101 million, through the department’s Office of Justice Programs (OJP) in funding to combat human trafficking and provide vital services to trafficking victims throughout the United States.

OCCUPY UNMASKED: Watching this documentary by Andrew Breitbart in September 2020 was a little eerie. Things he predicted have come to pass. And it seems extremely likely that the people behind Occupy are the people behind Black Lives Matter are the people behind ANTIFA are the people behind Critical Race Theory are the people behind The 1619 Project are the people who sincerely hope to be able to manipulate the incompetent Biden and eminently corruptible Harris to do to the U.S. what their comrades did to Cuba and Venezuela.

OHIO: Little Miami – Earlier, I posted about the two high school football players who were briefly suspended from their football team for carrying a “Thin Blue Line” and a “Thin Red Line” flag on to the field at the opening of the 9/11 game.

On Friday, a local non-profit group called “Holiday for Heroes” announced it is awarding the boys scholarships for their actions.

PELOSI: CLICK [:35] to hear San Fran Nan glitch out and say, “Good morning, Sunday morning,” in the middle of an interview.

PENNSYLVANIA: Philadelphia – On Saturday, members of ANTIFA attacked independent journalists James Klüg and Lisa Reynolds Barbounis in Clark Park. Video footage shows the thugs harassing Klüg, even demanding obscene sexual favors from him, and yanking Bourbounis’ hair as she attempted to escape. Klug says someone also hit him with a metal club.

CLICK [:53] to see them trash a guy’s car with him and his dog inside, then shout “Power to the people.”

PLANNED PARENTHOOD: A recording of a 911 call from Planned Parenthood abortion facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. [2:18] – Instead of calling 911 directly, the clinic routed the call through a third party, thus delaying help.

The 911 operator asked for information about the patient, explaining “We need to get this information to the paramedics, ma’am.  They need to have the equipment ready.”

The woman calling from the clinic repeated what she’d said before. “Again, I’m calling from Planned Parenthood. We’re currently experiencing a medical emergency.  We have physicians that are with the patient and they’ll be waiting for the paramedics’ arrival.  Thank you.” Then she hung up.

RBG: All the Left has to offer these days is “burn it down” – Hysterical RBG cultists holding vigil in Washington on Saturday night warned of a “civil war” as high-profile liberals tweeted similar sentiments:

You dare try and replace her right now and there will be a war.” – Hollywood actor Russ Tamblyn

F–k no. Burn it all down.” – Parenting guide author Aaron Gouveia

If you can’t shut it down, burn it down.” – Scott Ross, a member of the Wisconsin Ethics Commission.

Burn Congress down before letting Trump try to appoint anyone to SCOTUS.” – Emmett Macfarlane, an associate professor at Canada’s University of Waterloo

If McConnell jams someone through, which he will, there will be riots, more, bigger riots.” – Washington Post freelancer Laura Bassett

The arbiters of peace, justice, and tolerance threatened death to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell if he pushes through a vote on a Trump nominee. Dozens of police had to come to his home when protesters descended on it.

SCOTUS: [4:55] – There can be little doubt that the number one reason Democrat heads are exploding this week is that replacing RBG with a constitutional conservative Trump nominee will almost certainly lead to both Roe v. Wade and Doe v. Bolton. This will not result in abortion becoming illegal throughout the United States. It will return to the individual states the right to legislate about abortion and the rights of the unborn.

SORORITY MARXISTS: David Marcus writes in the New York Post – “Don’t shed a single tear for the suffering of ‘sorority Marxists’ — they’ve earned it. These are the children of the high bourgeoisie, often women, ‘cosplaying’ the revolution until they get arrested and … they start demanding all of the protections provided by the very legal system they say is corrupt beyond repair. …

I refuse to feel bad. If these princesses really think America is so bad that they have to set things on fire, so be it. But when they get caught, they should go to the slammer and learn to enjoy it. That’s part of the whole deal. Being a revolutionary isn’t all fun outfits and crazy slogans.”

TOLERANCE: [1:52] – When a man in a pickup confronted a woman stealing Trump yard signs, she unleashes a strange stream of curse words, crass insults and threatens to call the police. When the man asks if she’s smoking drugs, she says, “I don’t have to smoke anything to be stupid.” Well, she got that one right.

A guy in our community got so sick of his Trump signs getting stolen that he painted TRUMP PENCE 2020 on a big piece of wood and erected it in the middle of his field which is surrounded by a barbed wire fence.

WALK AWAY: Today’s excerpt – “Because I support Trump and am against getting the COVID vaccine, me, my family canceled me. Me, my wife and our kids are no longer in my parents’ will. My mother threw out our wedding album and my dad, mom, brother and sister all blocked me on FB. I turned 50 a couple weeks ago: no card, no call, no more family.”

2020: Don’t get cocky! PLAN TO VOTE! – Rasmussen Reports was the most accurate poll ahead of the 2016 presidential election. On Sept 16, Trump’s total approval hit 52%, two points higher than Obama’s was eight years ago when he was cruising to reelection.

2020: CLICK [13:36] to hear an excellent analysis of Joe Biden’s “townhall” with Anderson Cooper.

2020: CLICK [9:53] to hear Maximo Alvarez call out the radical left. You will remember him as the Cuban immigrant who spoke at the RNC convention.

ANTI-CATHOLIC BIGOTRY: Federal Judge Amy Coney Barrett, a Catholic mother of seven, is on President Donald Trump’s shortlist for a Supreme Court nominee.

Barrett was appointed a judge on the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals in 2017. In her confirmation hearing, the judge faced hostile questions about her Catholic faith, like this one from Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA).

CLICK [:24]

The clear message here is that Barrett might decide legal cases based on the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church, rather than on the law of the land. Hmmm … I seem to remember an Obama appointee saying she’d use her Latina wisdom to decide cases. And she’s on the court now.

Catholic Vote was really on a roll today.

Tweeted: “Can’t wait for ‘devout’ Catholic Joe Biden to attack Amy Coney Barrett for being too devout a Catholic.”

Also tweeted: “If the nominee is Amy Coney Barrett, the inevitable attacks on a person of faith with a big family may end up backfiring given the key vote needed from certain senator from Utah.”

BLACKOUT: “Dear @amazon. About 1,000 people have written to let me know that your employees appear to be stomping on and in this case, smearing Vaseline on my books before mailing them. I know it must have pained you to ship out all 90,000 copies you had in stock— but this is unacceptable.”

CANCELING J.K. ROWLING: CLICK [7:08] to hear Matt Walsh talk about fascists who are fighting fascism by burning Harry Potter books … because J.K. Rowling believes that Trans Activism is damaging natural-born women.

DAN BONGINO: [32:01] – “In this episode, I welcome back President Donald J. Trump to the show. He answers questions about the troubling calls from leftists for a “street fight” after the election, social media censorship of his account, his election chances, and on Biden’s lies about tax hikes and defunding the police.”

EGYPT: Cairo – Archeologists must be giddy over the discover of 27 untouched, wooden sarcophagi that were buried 2,500 years ago in the ancient Saqqara necropolis near Cairo. They also found smaller statues and other artifacts. The find is believed to be the largest of its kind ever.

NO SAFE SPACES: This is well worth watching – Podcast king Adam Carolla and conservative radio show host Dennis Prager crisscrossed the country talking to students, academics, comics, lawyers and more about First Amendment issues.

Adam Carolla, Dennis Prager, Tim Allen, Bryan Callen, Ann Coulter, Alan Dershowitz, Karith Foster, Van Jones, Andrew Schulz, Ben Shapiro, and Cornel West all appear, as do some of the students and professors who have been silenced by the hateful politically-correct crowd.

PATRIOTIC EDUCATION: A majority (57%) of Likely U.S. Voters AGREED with this statement – “The only path to unity is to rebuild shared national identity focused on common American values and virtues of which we have plenty. This includes restoring patriotic education in our nation’s schools, where they are trying to change everything that we have learned.”

Thirty percent (30%) disagreed, while 14% were undecided.

POLITICS and RELIGION: The Trump DOJ continues to defend our right to religious freedom.

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is suing retail giant Kroger for firing two employees who refused to wear a pro-homosexual and pro-transgenderism uniform. One of the women offered to wear the apron with the emblem covered and the other offered to wear a different apron without the emblem, but the company made no attempt to accommodate their requests.

The federal agency has also sued snack food producer Frito-Lay for religious discrimination against a Seventh-day Adventist employee. Frito-Lay terminated him after he failed to report to training on two consecutive Saturdays. Employers are obligated to accommodate an employee’s religious beliefs when it would cause no undue hardship.

RIOTS: CLICK [27:04] to hear an excellent report by Tim Pool about how the Right is pushing back against the rioters.

SCOTUS: Vacancy – On Saturday, President Trump he will nominate a female next week to fill late Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s seat on the Supreme Court.

This is going to put a real crimp in the Left’s usual parade of faux rape victims. (Pass the popcorn.)

SOCIALISM: Hell No! – My immigrant dentist said to me, with tears in her eyes, “My kids are living a life we couldn’t even have dreamed of where we came from.”

WILDFIRES: Sen. Kamala Harris paid a whirlwind visit to the badly burned Fresno area. Harris spoke about how climate, health, the economy and race were all connected. She said it’s not a partisan issue. Except it kinda totally is.

WILDFIRES: The Washington Examiner has a good article called “Don’t fall for simplistic claims about wildfires and global warming.” One salient point was to point out that, if global warming causes wildfires, then there should be an increasing number year after year. But there’s not.

2020: A professor of political science whose controversial election model has correctly called five of the last six U.S. presidential elections is giving Trump “a 90-percent chance of being re-elected in a landslide.”

ABRAHAM ACCORDS: CLICK [:44] to hear Obama’s Secretary of State John Kerry assure us all, in no uncertain terms, that what Trump just did was never, Never, NEVER going to happen.

Frankly the Nut comments, “If, in 2016, you’re going to make a spectacularly erroneous prediction, make sure it’s documented and archived online so that it can be resurrected for replay when it’s needed a few years later.

P.S. For the record, I believe the Bible foretells that this will not be a permanent era of world peace, but there’s no denying that at the moment and politically Jean Francois has egg all over that aristocratic mug of his.”

ALTERNATIVES: Putting his money where his mouth is, Dan Bongino has invested in Parler (alternative to Twitter) and Rumble (alternative to YouTube).

These tech tyrants have been abusing us for far too long. We’re generous enough to give them our content and then they turn around and do their best to demonetize and bury us. The time for talk is over.” – Dan Bongino

DAILY WIRE: Ben Shapiro has announced that The Daily Wire will be moving its headquarters from Los Angeles to Nashville, Tenn. later this year.

FEDERAL COURTS: Last week, the U.S. Senate approved six more conservative judges to federal court seats in California and Illinois. This brings Trump’s total to 260 judges.

This is a huge upset to the abortion industry, who blasted Senate Republican leaders for confirming judges who are “extremely hostile to reproductive freedom.”

GREEN NEW DEAL: Aka, How to turn the United States into Cuba and Venezuela – CLICK [3:15] to hear what the Progs WILL do if Biden wins.

JOE BIDEN: Still lying 33 years later – “On a campaign stop in New Hampshire in 1987, a voter asked Biden where he attended law school and where he placed in his class. Biden lashed out at the man angrily, making a series of claims that were not true:

‘I think I probably have a much higher IQ than you do, I suspect. I went to law school on a full academic scholarship, the only one in my — in my class to have a full academic scholarship. In the first year in law school I decided didn’t want to be in law school and ended up in the bottom two-thirds of my class, and then decided I wanted to stay, went back to law school, and in fact ended up in the top half of my class. I won the international moot-court competition. I was the outstanding student in the political science department at the end of my year. I graduated with three degrees from undergraduate school and 165 credits — I only needed 123 credits. And I’d be delighted to sit down and compare my IQ to yours if you’d like Frank.’

“It turned out that Biden did not receive a full academic scholarship, but a half scholarship based on financial need. He did not end up in the top half of his class, but near the very bottom. There is no record of him winning the moot court competition. He did not receive the outstanding student award at the University of Delaware. And he graduated with only one degree.

“Worse, a release of his academic records showed that Biden had plagiarized five pages of a law review article.”

MARSHALL UNIVERSITY: A biology professor has been suspended from her job for telling a group of students during a virtual lecture that she hopes all of President Trump’s supporters contract the coronavirus and die before the November election.

The University does not support or condone the use of any of its educational platforms to [b]elittle people or wish harm on those who hold differing political views. The professor was removed from the classroom yesterday and is on administrative leave, pending an investigation. [T]here will be no further comment on this personnel matter at this time.

PRINCETON UNIVERSITY: Earlier this month, the president of Princeton, Christopher Eisgruber, published an open letter in which he claimed that “racism and the damage it does to people of color persist at Princeton” and that “racist assumptions” are “embedded in structures of the University itself.”

Princeton has received tens of millions of dollars of federal funds, apparently while violating Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964: “No person in the United States shall, on the ground of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.

The Department of Education has opened an investigation into the matter.

SCOTUS: Vacancy – In 2016, when Supreme Justice Antonin Scalia passed away, Democrats were adamant that the vacancy had to be filled quickly with an Obama appointee, while Republicans were equally adamant about waiting until voters had selected a new president in November.

Now that Supreme Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has passed, Democrats are demanding the seat be left open until the next administration takes office, while Republicans are eager to fill the seat before President Trump’s term ends.

There will no doubt be all kinds of high-falutin’ arguments about the Constitution and precedents, but what it all boils down to is … who controls the Senate?

In 2016, Republicans had the majority and chose to delay in hopes Hillary Clinton would somehow not win her “turn” in the Oval Office. She didn’t and we got Neil Gorsuch, another conservative justice to replace the one who had died.

Two years later, Anthony Kennedy, one of the swing judges retired, and Trump and a Republican Senate got conservative Brett Kavanaugh on to the highest bench.

This week, one of the court’s hard-core leftists has died and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has assured us that he will be bringing the vote to the floor of the Senate. Finally, the possibility exists to shift the fragile 5-4 conservative majority to a commanding 6-3 conservative majority.

Democrats are already threatening more and bigger riots. “If they even TRY to replace RBG we burn the entire f***ing thing down.”

UNIVERSITY of GEORGIA: UGA has banned tailgating before football games this season.

However, the school assures fans that stadium parking lots will be opened up three hours before kickoff, so that groups of ticket holders can “gather near their vehicles with family members or those with whom they traveled and plan to sit with in the stadium.”

A Message From The Right

To all the loving tolerant Democrats who are blinded by their hatred,

I have noticed a great many people spreading the ridiculous message that each side is guilty. This is WRONG.

We have not attacked you in stores and restaurants and on the streets.

We have not assaulted your minors or thrown eggs at your children.

We have not torn down statues or vandalized property that is not ours.

We have not blocked traffic or held people hostage in their cars or in their homes.

We have not pulled people out of their vehicles and beaten them senseless on live television.

We have not taken over city blocks, terrorized residents and destroyed businesses.

We have not burned down city blocks or attacked elected officials.

We have not tried to take away your right to protect yourself.

We have not arrested and even murdered people who were simply defending themselves and their property.

We have not condemned all cops or demanded they all lose their jobs.

We have not hunted down innocent cops doing their jobs and shot them in cold blood and then chanted we hoped they died.

While your media has lied to us, we have cried out for truth.

You have responded by screaming at us that your demands must be met.

You have attacked us on-line and publicized our personal information.

You have demanded we lose our jobs for disagreeing with you.

You and those who run your “tolerant” sites like Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter have demonetized us, blocked our posts from search engines, and even canceled our accounts.

Throughout this, you have rejoiced in our suffering.

You have been happy to see our churches and businesses closed.

You have been happy to see criminals released to prey on the innocent.

You have been happy to allow riots and looting continue for months.

You have been happy to keep our schools locked despite the fact that the coronavirus pandemic is OVER.

And now you tell us that if we don’t vote for your candidates, the madness will not just continue, but even get worse!

We have not declared war on you.

You have declared war on us.

You have declared war on the U.S.

Democrats disgust me.

2020: Biden v. Trump – CLICK [:22] to see the entirety of a Biden car parade. Best comment: “I can’t believe you posted this on purpose.”

CLICK [:31] to see a small portion of a Trump car parade.

BOOTS: [1:07] – In 2018, First Lady Melania Trump wore Timberland boots to visit troops in Iraq. The Fashion Police mocked her “out of touch” footwear.

In 2020, VP wannabe Kamala Harris wore Timberland boots while surveying the devastation left behind by the California wildfires. The Fashion Police praised her for choosing “functional shoes for a busy and important day.”

CANCEL CULTURE: Fail – Last spring, UCLA Professor Gordon Klein was put on mandatory leave for the “tone of an email” he sent to a student, refusing to bend the rules for Black students following the death of George Floyd.

Dean Antonio Bernardo characterized Klein as having “a disregard for our core principles” and called Klein’s email an “abuse of power.” A petition signed by more than 20,000 people demanded he be fired and he had to have a police detail posted outside his home, due to threats.

The Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE) went to bat for him and won. “We’re happy to confirm that Gordon Klein is teaching once again, and hope that in the future UCLA will consider its constitutional obligations before throwing educators out of the classroom.” – Katlyn Patton for FIRE

The Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE) is a nonpartisan, nonprofit organization dedicated to defending and sustaining the individual rights of students and faculty members at America’s colleges and universities. These rights include freedom of speech, freedom of association, due process, legal equality, religious liberty, and sanctity of conscience — the essential qualities of liberty.

CATHOLIC: My divided church [2:43] – Joe Biden is a baptized Catholic who makes a point of talking about how important his faith is to him.

A Catholic advocacy group has released a 93-page report detailing how his voting record over decades in politics shows support for policy positions contrary to the Catholic faith.

Sadly, some far left members of the Catholic clergy are telling the faithful that it’s okay to vote for Biden.

CLASSICAL MUSIC: Vox’s “Switched on Pop” podcast explains, in detail, how Beethoven’s 5th Symphony is an appalling symbol of elitist, classist exclusionism.

Classical music lovers … google #WalkAway. You’ll be glad you did.

CROW TRIBE: The Crow Tribe has gone and endorsed Donald Trump for president, a slap in the face to full-blooded Native American Elizabeth Warren, who is a staunch Biden supporter and was certainly hoping her native brothers and sisters would join her and support him as well. You hate to see it. How could they do her like that? Their own flesh and blood?” – Doc Holliday at Not The Bee

FREE SPEECH: College students are learning they can bad mouth President Trump all they want, but BLM is off limits.

FIRE has seen a four-fold increase in requests for help from students who are being being disciplined for exercising free speech on college campuses.

The Young America’s Foundation’s (YAF) Campus Bias Tip Line has received double the number of complaints compared to previous summers.

And university staffers are not immune. A member of the Residential Life team at Berry College in George has been put on administrative leave for posting on his social media that he doesn’t think racism is systemic in the United States.

GINSBURG: RIP – Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg (87), the second-ever woman appointed to the high court, died Friday night at her home in Washington, D.C., due to complications of metastatic pancreas cancer.

May God have mercy on her soul and bless President Trump and the Senate with the wisdom to replace her with His choice.

HISTORY: American – President Trump said he will sign an executive order to establish a 1776 Commission to renew pro-American public education. His move is in response to the 1619 Project pushed by the New York Times which “aims to reframe the country’s history by placing the consequences of slavery and the contributions of black Americans at the very center of [the United States’] national narrative.”

Critical race theory, the 1619 Project, and the crusade against American history is toxic propaganda — an ideological poison that, if not removed, will dissolve the civic bonds that tie us together,” Trump said. “The only path to national unity is through our shared identity as Americans. That is why it is so urgent that we finally restore patriotic education to our schools.”

HISTORY: Holocaust [1:22] – According to a new poll, 60% of millennials and Gen Z in New York do not know that 6 million Jews were killed during the Holocaust and nearly 20% believe Jews caused the Holocaust.

The results come amid a rise in anti-Semitic incidents around the U.S. in recent years. The Anti-Defamation League said in May that it had recorded an all-time high of anti-Semitic incidents in 2019 since it tracking of such events began in 1979.

MEDIA MISTRUST: And they wonder why so many people agree with Trump that they’re FAKE NEWS.

MINNESOTA: Minneapolis – In June, Democrat city councilors unanimously voted to defund and disband the Minneapolis Police Department.

Now they’re bitching that their constituents feel “terrorized” by the steep increase in street racing, carjacking, robberies, assaults, shootings, and murders and that calls to police “go unanswered.”

Meanwhile, twice the usual number of cops have left the Minneapolis force, maybe because they don’t appreciate being unappreciated. The remaining MPD officers say they’re overworked and understaffed.

PENNSYLVANIA: Lancaster – Rioters used yet another justified police shooting as an excuse to assault police officers with glass bottles, rocks, bricks, gallon jugs filled with liquid and plastic road barricades.

A dozen of them were arrested; several had their bail set at $1 million each.

PENNSYLVANIA: Pittsburgh – Three of the Pittsburgh Black Lives Matter protesters who harassed diners at an outdoor restaurant are facing charges of disorderly conduct, conspiracy, criminal mischief, theft, and simple trespass.

Cops identified them in viral videos. One of those arrested is the “non-binary” individual who stole a patron’s beer and smugly drank it down.

MARYLAND: Baltimore – Two of the suspects in a gang slaying of a 16-year-old girl have been released, because Democrats decided that pandering to their party’s pro-illegal immigration policy was more important than upholding federal immigration laws or pursuing justice for the victim.

NEW YORK: Buffalo – The public school system in Buffalo, N.Y. has integrated Black Lives Matter propaganda into its curriculum for elementary school children.

The curriculum has students learning that “All Lives Matter” is a stupid slogan and that the BLM movement is “necessary, but the nuclear family is an outdated concept.

WALK AWAY: This technically isn’t a #WalkAway story, but it’s close enough to count for today’s excerpt – “In 2016, I never considered voting for Donald Trump. The Johnny-come-lately Republican and his nasty schoolyard jibes seemed to me the worst degradation of American politics. But in 2020, I may be forced to vote for the man. …

I fear that former vice president Joe Biden would be a figurehead president, incapable of focus or leadership, who would run a teleprompter presidency with the words drafted by his party’s hard-left ideologues. I fear that a Congress with Democrats controlling both houses — almost certainly ensured by a Biden victory in November — would begin an assault on the institutions of government that preserve the nation’s small ‘d’ democracy.

That could include the abolition of the filibuster, creating an executive-legislative monolith of unlimited political power; an increase in the number of Supreme Court seats to ensure a liberal supermajority; passage of devastating economic measures such as the Green New Deal; nationalized health care; the dismantling of U.S. borders and the introduction of socialist-inspired measures that will wreck an economy still recovering from the pandemic shutdown.” – Danielle Pletka

Where we are now

From “Not the Bee” – “Perhaps the best visual between these two campaigns is the following video, in which a Biden supporter showed up to a Trump boat parade with an itty bitty boat. Even better, however, is that his little boat is starting to sink as the Trump flotilla passes him. The Biden supporter frantically bails out his tiny vessel before waving a white flag to signal his need for help. Even if this whole thing was staged, it’s still the perfect visual for the enthusiasm between these two campaigns.

CLICK [1:22] … this is really funny. I have no idea if it was staged or not.

Bits & Bytes

BIDEN: The Logan Act bars private citizens from engaging in U.S. foreign policy. During the Obama-Trump transition period and at Joe Biden’s suggestion, the FBI accused National Security Advisor Michael Flynn of violating the Logan Act. As we know, his case is still stuck in a partisan judge’s court.

The latest revelation in the sick tale of Democrat skulduggery stems from a newly leaked 2016 phone call between Biden and then- President of the Ukraine Poroshenko.

During the call, occurred at the very same time Joe was accusing Trump’s NSA of violating the Logan Act, Joe Biden himself violated the Logan Act by slandering the incoming administration and offering to continue to act as Ukraine’s go-to guy with the U.S.

The truth of the matter is that the incoming administration doesn’t know a great deal about [Ukraine]. I don’t plan on going away. As a private citizen, I plan on staying deeply engaged in the endeavor that you have begun and we have begun.”

BLM: Partnering with ChiComs to destroy America – BLM co-founder Alicia Garza, a trained Marxist, is committed to destroying the American dream and replacing it with a Communist dictatorship. Toward that end, BLM partners with other Marxist organizations, like the Chinese Progressive Association.

CDC: Health and Human Services Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs Michael Caputo says the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is harboring an anti-Trump cabal of scientists responsible for the demonizing of hydroxychloroquine in the name of promoting Democrats at the expense of public health.

There have been nearly a hundred studies on the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine, most of them peer-reviewed, which indicate that the drug has a positive impact on COVID-19 mortality, particularly when administered early. Yet the CDC still makes specious claims about how allegedly dangerous the drug is.

There are scientists who work for this government who do not want America to get well, not until after Joe Biden is president.” – Michael Caputo

COVID-19: Proof has emerged that Democrats are hurting people purely for political gain – CLICK [5:15] to hear Tucker out that Nashville’s Democrat Mayor Cooper HIDING the fact that bars and restaurants could reopen.

A woman from the health department actually emailed Cooper’s office asking for clarification. “This isn’t going to be publicly released, right? Just info for Mayor’s Office?” A senior adviser to the mayor responded, “Correct, not for public consumption.”

DENTAL MALPRACTICE: [1:13] – In addition to the hover board thing, former Anchorage dentist Seth Lookhart has been sentenced to 12 years for Medicaid fraud and dental malpractice. Among other things, he nearly killed several patients by sedating them for longer periods of time than required.

HIGHER EDUCATION: These are the people teaching our kids – For Constitution Day, a professor at Vassar tweeted out a video of herself shredding the Constitution, because “overall I see it as a really oppressive document.”

MEDIA MALPRACTICE: What happened to Fox News? – George Soros has spent millions of dollars influencing American elections. He bears a lot of responsibility for the presence of anti-American, pro-Marxist District Attorneys with pro-criminal tendencies.

But don’t try to talk about him on Fox News’ “Outnumbered.” On Wednesday, Newt Gingrich said, “The number one problem in almost all these cities is George-Soros-elected, left-wing, anti-police, pro-criminal district attorneys who refuse to keep people locked up. Just yesterday, they put somebody back on the street who was wanted for two different murders in New York City. Uh — you cannot solve this problem both Harris and Biden have talked very proudly about what they call progressive district attorneys. Progressive district attorneys are anti-police, pro-criminal, and overwhelmingly elected with George Soros’ money. And, they are a major cause of the violence we are seeing because they keep putting the violent criminals back on the street.”

The program’s co-host, Melissa Francis, responded, “I’m not sure we need to bring George Soros into this.

He [Soros] paid for it,” Gingrich responded. “Why can’t we discuss the fact that millions of dollars he spent elected these people.

No, he didn’t,” Panelist Marie Harf interjected, cutting the former speaker off. “I agree with Melissa, George Soros doesn’t need to be a part of this conversation.”

So, it’s verboten?” Gingrich said as an awkward silence took over the broadcast.

GET OUT OF JAIL FREE: In June, Kamala Harris urged her followers to contribute to the Minnesota Freedom Fund (MFF). So much money flooded into the MFF’s coffers that it has been able to bail out some seriously bad guys whose bail was set high to keep them off the streets.

MFF provided bail for a registered sex offender who has been accused of raping an 8-year-old girl and for a twice-convicted rapist who has been accused of kidnapping and sexual assault.

MFF provided bail for another guy who had beat someone up in on a bus. While out on bail, the guy beat someone else so badly, the victim suffered a traumatic brain injury. MFF said the second assault was a failure of the criminal justice system. Riiiight.

MFF provided bail for a guy who was charged with aggravated robbery. While out on bail, he assaulted and robbed a nother man, knocking him to the ground and repeatedly kicking and punching him. Then he stomped on the victim’s head and robbed him.

MFF provided bail for a man who has been accused of burglarizing and assaulting his 71-year-old mother in violation of an active order of protection. The victim says that when she confronted her son about why he was at her home, he grabbed her, threw her down, punching and kicking her in the ribs, back, and right eye. Then he duct taped ankles and wrists together and stomped on her. Then he made himself some food and took a nap on the couch. He has violated his bail terms and is in the wind.

Harris is supposed to be a lawyer. You’d think she’d understand that giving bail money to criminals defeats the whole purpose of bail, which is to make it too costly for a criminal to jump bail. When the MFF posts bail, the criminals not only have zero incentive to show up to court, but have received the clear message that it’s A-OK for them to re-offend, cuz some libtard is sure to let them back out on the street.

MAIL-IN VOTING: Sussex County, NJ, just stumbled across a box containing 1,666 primary votes that were never counted. That amounts to 5.5% of the total ballots cast in the July primary.

PEACEFUL PROTEST: Over the week-end, authorities believe this woman is responsible for the “gifts” of dog poop that Hampden, Maine, Trump supporters found in their mail boxes.

RIOTS: It’s obvious that this is a coordinated, interstate operation. In city after city, the tactics, banners, clothing, weaponry, etc. have been virtually identical. Vans with supplies traveling cross-country have been intercepted. Out-of-state perpetrators have been arrested. Somebody is buying, transporting, and distributing guns, lasers, explosives, military helmets, protective gloves, body armor, and other deadly weaponry.

SPYGATE: FISA abuse – A newly declassified document proves that anti-Trumpers in the U.S. government did not have probably cause to obtain any of the four FISA warrants they filed to get permission to spy on Carter Page and, via the two hop rule, on Candidate Trump and then on President Trump. So they lied.

STANDING DOWN: In Aurora, Colorado, police were called repeatedly about a man who had exposed himself to children, smashed up a lot of property and threatened multiple people with injury.

Things got so bad for the residents of the apartment complex where this man was living that the Fire Department had to come and rescue two people through a window on the second floor using a ladder.

But because the thug was a POC, the police were told repeatedly to leave him alone, lest a confrontation turn violent. One can see their reasoning. Better a few locals have their lives ruined than some thug get shot by a cop and the whole town burn. But if good men do nothing, the bad men will win without lifting a finger.

GRAMMY NOTES: Bootz is doing a letter a week. After he made the play dough shapes, he used markers to turn the A into an angel and the a into an allosaur. They are also doing a treasure hunt each week, featuring items around the house that start with that letter.

IT’S NOT NORMAL: [12:45] – Fr. Robert Altier of the Archdiocese of St. Paul/Minneapolis discusses the current crisis in our nation and how forces of evil are trying to impose a new normal that is anything but normal.

2020: CLICK [:14] to hear the latest sad blitherings of a man who should be living a quiet life in retirement. In another clip, he mentioned how many troops died in “Iran and Afghanistan” today. In a third, he said that the VA must “remote out veterans over all well-being.”

This is much more serious that making fun of the fact that the Democrat nominee is clearly suffering from dementia and an inability to process basic thoughts. Elections are not a joke. Policies are not a joke. If Biden can’t be off prompter long enough to articulate something as simple as what he was trying to say here, how is he going to manage a presidency? The simple answer is that he’s not. Hence Kamala Harris basically admitting it’s her administration recently.

Everyone knows what’s really happening here and it’s one of the most dishonest bait and switches to ever happen in politics. In fact, I’m struggling to think of another comparable situation. Never before have we had a nominee lacking the ability to even do basic campaigning, much less perform the job he’s running for. Democrats think they can just pull the wool over the eyes of voters long enough to spring President Kamala on them down the road, but that’s not how any of this is supposed to work. The person you run is expected to be able to fulfill his term. Biden clearly is not going to do that.

This is elder abuse at this point. Biden’s wife should seriously think about what she’s putting her husband through. I mean that seriously.” – Bonchie at Red State

BLM: BLM co-founder Patrice Cullors explains something we’ve seen again and again on the harassment videos – i.e., BLM bullies shouting “say their names” over and over at their targets.

This has deep spiritual significance to the demon worshipers in Black Lives Matter. According to Cullors. “When we say the names, right, so we speak their names, we say her name, say their names, we do that all the time that, you kind of invoke that spirit, and then those spirits actually become present with you.

If you ever get targeted, speak the name of Jesus! (And if you don’t already know how, learn to bind spirits.)

BY THEIR FRUITS: “Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.” (Matthew 7:20) – “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control.” (Galatians 5:22, 23)

Which of these fruits of God’s spirit do you see manifested in the necromancy, ancestor worship, summoning spirits of the “dead,” violence, rioting, looting, murder, the avowed Marxist goal of destroying this country and its government, and the unyielding, unrepentant hatred by BLM (and their Antifa partners-in-crime) toward anyone who doesn’t buy into their evil philosophies?

I support freedom of conscience and equal justice under the law for everyone, but I reject BLM-the-organization on the basis of its true, OPENLY STATED goals, not the phony ones they prefer to present to a gullible public.” – Frankly the Nut

CATHOLIC VOTER GUIDE: The printable, unbiased pdf document (link below) presents every stance as a direct quote from both parties’ official platforms, not a summary by someone favorable to either side.

Because it is non-partisan, it can be freely posted and distributed at churches and 501-(c)-3 organizations without threat to their tax status.

CATHOLIC “APOLOGETICS”: “Apologetics is a theological endeavor in which the truth of the Christian faith, along with its doctrines, is established and defended. Christian Apologetics uses the Bible, evidence, and logic.”

But there is a new form … which is when Catholic church leaders apologize for a member of the clergy upsetting Democrats by telling the truth.

Father Paul Graney, an associate pastor at the Church of the Divine Child in Dearborn, MI, provides one example. He gave a homily in which he warned that the agendas of Black Lives Matter and Antifa were aimed at tearing down America. The things he said are objectively and demonstratively TRUE.

But his boss, Father Bob McCabe, the pastor at Divine Child, publicly disavowed him, saying he didn’t agree with what Father Graney had said and he was “so sorry that a homily given by Father Paul Graney at the 4:30 p.m. Mass on Saturday has brought forth division, anger, confusion, and chaos.

CLIMATE CHANGE: Apparently, there is no climate change in the vast forested regions of Canada. Or something.

COVID-19: It looks to me like we’re done with it. Democrats will not figure this out until November 4th, when they will drop the whole subject like a hot potato and move on to the next Orange Man Bad scam.

CLICK [3:38] to hear Jake Tapper get his panties in a bunch because Peter Navarro refuses to give him the sound bite he wants.

Re: Tapper’s claim that we have a much higher percentage of coronavirus deaths –

  1. The CDC and other organizations have admitted they artificially inflated U.S. death counts.
  2. Democrats demonized the cheap and effective drug, hydroxychloroquine, which appears to have prevented COVID-19 from devastating areas of the world where HCQ is used routinely for malaria.
  3. Democrats forced nursing homes to admit COVID-19 patients into their most vulnerable populations where it killed thousands.

The Washington Examiner article gives Trump’s response to the question Tapper harped on.

DEMOCRATS: This is insulting. “The virus will go away if Joe wins.” How dumb do they think we are?! … Oh wait. They’re talking to their base. Never mind.

EVIL: “This is happening on Trump’s watch” … but only in Democrat-run communities and with the support and encouragement of Biden’s supporters.

FAKE NEWS: Another Slime Stream Media FAILURE.

MIDDLE EAST: CLICK [:47] to hear Kayleigh McEnany call out the biased media for ignoring, downplaying, or even criticizing the Middle East peace accord brokered by President Donald J. Trump.

Washington Examiner editorial – “Though the media are taking great pains to ignore it, the agreement by Israel and Bahrain to establish full diplomatic relations, coming on the heels of a similar agreement between Israel and the United Arab Emirates, is welcome news.

It reflects a growing recognition by the Sunni Arab monarchies and Israel that their interests are best served by a partnership, and the Trump administration deserves credit for helping it through. Were President Barack Obama or a President Hillary Clinton presently in the Oval Office, the columnist calls for Nobel Peace Prizes would be deafening.

It would be a mistake to underplay the significance of and complexity in getting to this point.

MILITARY: The Obama administration (with some help from Bill Clinton’s presidency) seeded the Pentagon with leftist generals whose allegiance was to the Deep State.

The article at Red State details the situation as it stands today. I’ve still got kids in uniform, so in the interests of my mental health, I’m going to stick my head in the sand on this one.

NEW YORK: [9:20] – What do you do when your policies drive your wealthiest residents to move elsewhere? If you’re Bill DeBlasio, you double down on all the policies that destroyed your city in the first place.

OHIO: Little Miami – Two high school football players carried “thin blue line” and “thin red line” flags onto the field at a 9/11 game.

They had asked and been denied permission to carry the flags to honor 9/11 first responders, but decided to do it anyway. They were suspended from the team for allegedly making an inappropriate political statement.

The story went viral and the internet broohaha brought about a quick reversal. The players were reinstated

It’s not only sad, but also very telling about today’s politics that honoring American heroes with American flags is seen as a partisan political statement worthy of punishment.

PIG FISHING: [2:16] – What a jerk.

PLOT TO OUST TRUMP: [4:30] – Darren Beattie: “What’s unfolding before our eyes is a very specific type of coup called the ‘Color Revolution.'” He says Norm Eisen is the architect behind the Left’s efforts to overthrow Trump.

SEDITION: “Every day in every town, We burn our cities to the ground” – “Mostly peaceful” [:31] – Attorney General William Barr set liberal heads on “explode” when he told the nation’s federal prosecutors to be aggressive when charging violent demonstrators with crimes, including sedition.

Earlier this month, he noted that there is no question that Antifa is a seditious movement. “They have websites. They are organized…Anyone who has spent a moment at these things and heard their chants and what they’re calling for can see right away that they are, they say they are, revolutionaries, that this is a revolution.

MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow tweeted, “The attorney general has gone off the deep end. This is nuts.”

The “Biden/Harris War Room” tweeted, “Racism is so deeply entrenched in society that when you protest it, those that benefit from it consider it sedition. While one candidate doesn’t recognize the existence of systemic racism and tries to maintain it, Joe Biden will fight to eliminate it.”

Matthew Miller, who was director of the Washington Post‘s Justice Department’s public affairs office from 2009 to 2011, tweeted, “Sedition is the bad penny that shows up at some of the worst moments in our history. Barr is going to play every authoritarian card he can to help Trump hang on to power.

Nick Arama at Red State remarked about the tweeters: “I don’t think liberals get what they look like when they appear to defend things like this and the related violence as mere ‘protesting‘.”

THIN BLUE LINE: One of these officers is dead [15:56] – The video inspired Amy Swearer, a senior legal policy analyst for Heritage, to compose a Twitter thread in which she noted she was “tired of the one-sided conversations on policing.”

The thread is reproduced at the Red State link. The numerous tweets include links, so I’ll ask you to go there to read it all.

VACCINE: Matthew Hanley writes that a vaccine is not necessary before life can return to normal. – “The overall survival rate for those exposed to the coronavirus is likely somewhere north of 99.6 percent. COVID-19 mortality has largely run its course in a great many places (as viruses tend to do). And no vaccine has ever been successfully developed for any virus in the corona family.”

I’m guessing Democrats will suddenly lose all interest in the alleged lethality of COVID-19 on November 4 and the kids will all go back to school without the Slime Stream Media paying more than a minute or two notice.

GRAMMY NOTES: I voted twice for my hubby in the 2020 village election … but they were both legal. I vote by absentee ballot and, being excited to vote for my Dearest, I filled out the village ballot as soon as it came and mailed it back. Then the shut-down hit and the election was postponed until this week. So I got to vote again. He seems less bothered about having lost the election than he is about the number of his signs that got disappeared by local loser Democrats.
