FEED THE HUNGRY: “At the direction of President Donald Trump, USDA built from the ground up an innovative new program called the Farmers to Families Food Box. This $3 billion program is supporting America’s farmers and producers by partnering with distributors to buy food that would otherwise go uneaten and distribute it to families and people who need food.” – Agriculture Secretary Sonny Perdue
REAGAN: [8:03] – Don’t forget our history.
ELECTORAL COLLEGE: The ruling puts an end to the occasional so-called faithless electors, who vote for a candidate different than that of the state they are representing.
HIGHER EDUCATION: [3:57] – “Higher education’s monotonous embrace of virtue signaling, political proselytizing, and loud social justice activism is now sowing the seeds of its own obsolescence and replacement.” – Victor Davis Hanson. Read the rest at the link.
THE COON BUNCH: “Coon” (short for raccoon) is an extremely offensive term for a black person. The Ku Klux Klan used to call black people coons, but now so does the black rapper known as Snoop Dogg.
Terrence K Williams, a conservative comedian, responded to this image, “Snoopdogg you use to hang with President Trump and talk highly of him but we coons ??”
GEORGIA: When violent crime and property destruction erupted in Atlanta over the holiday weekend, Georgia’s Republican Governor Brian Kemp declared a state of emergency and activated 1,000 National Guard troops.
“Peaceful protests were hijacked by criminals with a dangerous and destructive agenda. Now, innocent Georgians are being targeted, shot, and left for dead. This lawlessness must be stopped.”
Atlanta’s Democrat Mayor Natisha Lance castigated the rioters rioters saying, “Enough is enough. … You shot and killed … an 8-year-old baby. … It has to stop. You can’t blame this on police officers. … We’re doing each other more harm than any officer on this force.”
The father of the victim said, “Black Lives Matter? You killing your own. You killed an 8-year-old child. She ain’t did nothing to no one of y’all. She just wanted to get home to see her cousin. That’s all she wanted to do.“
CORPORATE HYPOCRISY: Last week, more than 100 companies announced an ad boycott of Facebook in concert with a public pressure campaign led by Joe Biden and other top Democrats to press Facebook to enforce stricter control over right-wing “hate speech.”
But many of these companies — including Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Adidas, Reebok, Starbucks, Ford, Unilever, Colgate, Vans, The North Face, and Patagonia — continue their long-time advertising on VK, a popular Russian media website used by many white supremacists and neo-Nazis who have been banned from Facebook.
KRAPERNICK HYPOCRISY: “We reject your celebration of white supremacy and look forward to liberation for all,” tweeted Kaepernick about the Fourth of July, because, he said, “black people have been dehumanized, brutalized, criminalized and terrorized by America for centuries and are expected to join your commemoration of independence, while you enslaved our ancestors.”
This from a man with a $40+ million in career earnings, lucrative partnership with Nike, constant fawning from the media and every celebrity out there, and now a deal with Disney to feature the failed football quarterback in a race-based docuseries.
