Nancy Pelosi is a very bad person

Video [1:22] of Lindsey Graham talking about Pelosi’s behavior isn’t embedding at this time.

Following a whole lot of bipartisan hard work, Congress was on the cusp of passing a bill to provide immediate economic relief to individuals and industries hardest hit by coronavirus quarantines.

Then, Nancy Pelosi flew into town and cracked the whip. Immediately, Democrats were opposed to the very same bill they’d helped craft.

Their replacement is filled with a crap-load of Democrat pork.

According to The Federalist, Pelosi’s “terrible, horrible, no good, very bad, decision to hold the country hostage” bill is stuffed with pork that is wholly unrelated to the economic problems related to the virus.

In a counter bill that sounds like it was “lifted straight out of the Democrat’s campaign platform”, she demands a pile of climate spending and federal powers over private companies, plus stuff like no state-mandated voter ID, collective bargaining for federal workers, cancellation of college debts, national $15 minimum wage, and, incredibly, $35 million to Washington’s Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.

In 2008, when she was Speaker of the House and almost everybody lost money, her net worth doubled. If I recall correctly, back then, it was in the $35 million range. So, besides being corrupt, she obviously has no reason to give a flying finger about any economic slow down.

Meanwhile, the New York Slime changed its headline three times trying to make her actions sound less terrible.

  1. “Democrats Block Action on $1.8 Trillion Stimulus”
  2. “Democrats Block Action on Stimulus Plan, Seeking Worker Protections”
  3. “Emergency Rescue Plan in Limbo as Democrats Block Action”

If at first you don’t protect Democrats, try and try again.” – Todd Starnes

If there’s some collateral damage, so be it.” The video clip (:25) is from October, 2018.

Legal Insurrection’s William Jacobson writes, “Pelosi’s move, at so many levels, is so outrageous, it could become a spark that sets a national fire. … It’s getting hard not to hate.”
