McCABE: [4:28] His non-indictment is a crime.

UPDATE 2/19: After listening to Dan Bongino, I’ve changed my mind on this. I recommend you try to find time for his show, which I’m posting at the top of today’s Bits & Bytes.

BORDER: Trump tweeted, “Last week the Fake News said that a section of our powerful, under construction, Southern Border Wall ‘fell over’, trying to make it sound terrible, except the reason was that the concrete foundation was just poured & soaking wet when big winds kicked in. Quickly fixed. Will last forever.” – Feb 16, 2020

SERVING AT THE PLEASURE: [4:40] – Huckabee’s only criticism of Vindman’s firing was that it didn’t happen a long time ago.

DEMOCRAT HYPOCRISY: In February 2017, Sen. Chris Murphy (D-CT) demanded investigations of National Security Advisor Mike Flynn because he had a phone call with his counterpart-to-be in Russia.

He said then, “Any effort to undermine our nation’s foreign policy – even during a transition period – may be illegal and must be taken seriously.

OBAMA’S EPA: Spied on farmersIn June of 2013, Investors Business Daily reported on something that, if Trump had done it, would have the Dogs of Impeachment unleashed … again. But since it was Obama, the Left Stream Media shrugged off privacy concerns as the overheated imaginings of right wing conspiracy nuts.

  1. The Obama EPA exceeded its legislative authority in running drone surveillance flights over Nebraska and Iowa farms looking for violations of the Clean Water Act.
  2. Then-EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson illegally used secret email accounts to hide this shady business and evade open-records laws.
  3. The Obama EPA released personal information about 80,000 farms and ranches in 30 states, including names, home addresses, and even GPS locations.

NEW YORK: Charles Barry, 56, has been arrested six times since the start of 2020 when New York’s insane no-bail law went into effect. Barry, who has a rap sheet a mile long, was very clear about who he thinks is responsible for his freedom to repeatedly offend and walk free.

Bail reform, it’s lit! It’s the Democrats!” he yelled to reporters as officers transported him to Manhattan Central Booking … AGAIN. “You can’t touch me! I can’t be stopped!

New Yorkers, let’s all remember this in November, m’kay?

HUMAN TRAFFICKING: [1:07] 8 Days is a movie about sex trafficking in the United States. The film’s director, Jaco Booyens, is also a board member of Traffick911, a group founded in 2009 to free youth trapped by sex traffickers. The group works closely with law enforcement. So far they have helped more than 800 victims get free and get multiple perps arrested and convicted.

Booyens says the average age of girls trafficked in the U.S. is 12, but the youngest they’ve rescued was only 2. “Her whole internal system had to be reconstructed.”

WESTERN CIVILIZATION: [5:42] Imperialism, slavery, and colonial wars are common to all empires throughout history.

Stanford historian Niall Ferguson explains what made Western Civilization unique and better.

AGILITY CHAMP: Third year in a row! [1:37].
