ST. PAUL ON SUFFERING: This is an excerpt from an excellent article on the redemptive value of suffering. It is linked below and well worth printing out for study. – “Now I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake, and in my flesh I complete what is lacking in Christ’s afflictions for the sake of his body, that is, the church” (Col 1:24).
“What is lacking” is uniting our suffering to Jesus’ Passion. This grace transforms us into Christ and then flows through us to bring our Lord to others.
In these verses we discover another mystery of the Father’s love. He chooses to incorporate us into his divine Son and into the Family business of the Blessed Trinity, which is the salvation of souls. St. Paul could “rejoice” in his suffering because in his surrender he was conformed to his crucified Lord and cooperated with Jesus in the salvation of souls. Here we find meaning in our trials.
DAN BONGINO: Jan 29, 2020 [59:13] – In this episode, Dan addresses the stunning connections between the players behind the Ukraine/impeachment hoax and past anti-Trump hoaxes, which all seem to trace back to Democrat mega-donor George Soros.
BOLTON: [3:13] – Frederick H. Fleitz was Trump’s Chief of Staff and Executive Secretary of the National Security Council from May through October 2018. He has worked with John Bolton and says he needs to withhold publication of his book until Trump is out of office.
He also says he respects Bolton, who is a wealthy man, and doesn’t believe he is the leaker or that the timing of the book is about making money. Hmm … maybe. Do rich people ever think they have enough money? And what if it isn’t about money, but about revenge and/or making the best sellers lists or just getting a whole lot of attention?
DON LEMON: I’m sure you’ve all seen the viral clip of CNN anchor Don Lemon laughing so hard, he had tears in his eyes, as his guests joked about Trump’s “credulous boomer rube” supporters. I posted it @ https://polination.wordpress.com/2020/01/29/2020-123/.
He got slammed for it and went on the defensive. He says he wasn’t laughing at Trump’s supporters. He was just laughing at the joke.
Oh. And I guess he also laughs hysterically at Little Black Sambo and Stepin Fetchit jokes too? Yeah. No.
NEW YORK: On Monday evening, NYPD officers entered a Brooklyn apartment where they found six 20-something men busily packaging fentanyl and heroin into hundreds of thousands of little envelopes. The drugs are estimated to have a street value of $7million and were destined for distribution to New York and New England.
The Assistant District Attorney said that in the real world, none of the six would be eligible for bail. But in the Democrat-run insane asylum that is New York City, they were all charged with multiple felonies and then released without bail.
THE TRAYVON MARTIN HOAX: Filmmaker Joel Gilbert uncovers the true story of the shooting of Trayvon Martin, an epic hoax that divided America.
“I prove beyond any doubt that The Gospel is all fake. The key witness in the trial of George Zimmerman, Rachel Jeantel, was an imposter. She was not Trayvon’s girlfriend and she was not on the phone with him in the days and minutes before his death. She knew nothing and lied repeatedly to incriminate Zimmerman.” – Joel Gilbert
WOMEN’S MARCH: [2:35] – The organizers barred pro-life groups from participating. Students for Life of America (SFLA) gate crashed.
Kate Maloney, SFLA northeast regional coordinator, gives a passionate message on the video: We really stirred things up … so many times people think that Planned Parenthood or, NARAL or the abortion agenda is something that is pro-woman and I’m here to tell you and the pro-life generation is here to tell you that it is not.
“Women don’t need abortion to be liberated, or to be in a working world, or to be the same as men. That is insulting to me as a woman to think that abortion is somehow in any way a gift to me or to help me liberate myself. I would never want to liberate myself by decimating somebody else. That’s not liberation, that’s a lie. It’s a lie that’s been fed to women everywhere.”
SFLA president Kristan Hawkins said, “The Women’s March claims to stand for ‘ending violence’ yet supports the violence of abortion and ignores the convictions of more than half of all women who believe that women in the womb are important, too.”
