BORDER: Trump’s Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP) require asylum seekers to wait in Mexico while their claims are processed in the U.S. immigration court system. So far, a scant 0.1% have proven to a court that they qualified for asylum.

Naturally, since MPP (aka, Remain in Mexico) is working, Democrats want to defund it. Their preference is to allow asylum-seekers to declare at the border, then disappear into our interior while they “wait for” (read: “ignore”) their court dates.

SPYGATE: On Dec 15, 2019, Chris Wallace pressed former FBI Director James Comey on IG Horowitz’s bombshell revelations about the DOJ’s FISA system.

Nikki Haley tweeted, “Every American should watch this interview. It will send a chill up your spine. Regardless of party, this should worry everyone as to the errors that were made.”

Speaking of Nikki Haley, I’m reading her new book, With All Due Respect. It is very readable … hard to put down, in fact. I highly recommend it!

LEFTIST HYPOCRISY: [12:41]On Tuesday morning, Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch made an appearance on Fox and Friends. He also … gasp … wished everyone a Merry Christmas.

The Left got the vapors and, while I’ll spare you their nasty remarks, I will remind you that Leftist Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor have both done many media interviews. And Ginsburg, in particular, has made overtly political statements.

If Leftists didn’t have double standards, they wouldn’t have standards at all.

PLANNED PARENTHOOD: All across the country, Planned Parenthood runs to the courts to try to overturn laws that protect women from unsafe abortions … and thus cut into their bottom line. Its latest attempt is to file a challenge in Anchorage Superior Court against an Alaska law requiring that abortions be done by doctors.

Planned Parenthood argues that physicians-only restrictions are “without medical justification”, but one study found that abortions done by non-physicians were twice as likely to have complications as those done by licensed physicians.

Planned Parenthood and its allies in the abortion industry also launch legal battles against laws requiring abortion clinics to meet basic health and safety standards, laws requiring them to fully inform women prior to gaining consent, laws requiring abortionists to have hospital privileges, and laws protecting pro-life medical professionals from being forced to participate in abortions.

MILITARY: [3:04]Army Princess described the experience as “Sonic Snot.”

CATHOLICISM: A former chaplain to the Queen of England is converting to Catholicism on the Fourth Sunday of Advent this year.

I watched as Anglicanism suffered a collapse of inner integrity as it swallowed wholesale secular society’s descent into a post-Christian culture,” says Gavin Ashenden. “I came to realise (too long after both Newman and Chesterton had already explained why) that only the Catholic Church, with the weight of the Magisterium, had the ecclesial integrity, theological maturity and spiritual potency to defend the Faith, renew society and save souls in the fullness of faith.

Upon his reception into the Church, he will become a lay Catholic theologian.

GIFT WRAPPING: [3:04] These are clever and useful tricks. I especially like the ones that eliminate tape, cuz I’m allergic to it.

GRAMMY NOTES: I read a biography of the guy who inadvertently invented the Ponzi Scheme. His original plan was actually sound, but his neurotic need to live up to his mother’s often-expressed belief that he would be an extraordinary man made him take on more investors than the plan could support.

Yeah, requiring doctors to do surgery is totes unreasonable. Sheesh!

I read here where they want to put PP clinics into 50 Los Angeles schools – not performing abortions (yet), just handing out birth control and bad advice. In-school, so, you know, no need to bother those messy parents about anything.

You see where this leads: Just like when the math teacher is out for the day, if the regular abortion nurse isn’t available, they can substitute the coach to perform the surgery.
