GUATEMALA: A win for Trump – President Donald Trump scored a win in Guatemala on Sunday when the nation’s voters rejected the progressive pick, Sandra Torres, who promised to scrap a July 26th asylum agreement with the United States.
Among the losers was House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who visited Guatemala on August 8. While there, she met with many of her left-wing pro-migration allies, some of whom are funded by George Soros’s open borders efforts.
VOTER ID: A three-judge panel of the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals tossed out a lower court injunction, thus reinstating North Dakota’s voter ID requirement.

The U.S. House has voted 237-189 to ban the grisly D&E (aka, dismemberment) abortions. If the bill passes the Senate and President Trump signs it as he says he will, the U.S. will no longer be one of only seven countries in the world that has no federal limit on late-term abortions.
CATHOLIC: California Democrats recently tried to pass a law requiring priests to violate the Seal of the Confessional. Catholics raised such a ruckus, the Democrats backed down. Now they’re trying the same thing in Wisconsin.
