UPDATE: Hillary Email Scandal

The lies continue to come to light!

After years of hard-fought litigation, the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) has obtained copies of the immunity agreements that Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson made with the DOJ and FBI in regard to Hillary Clinton’s email scandal.

These documents are valuable evidence for AG Bill Barr, the IG and others who are re-investigating this mess. Barr is supposed to be a stand-up guy, so we may have reason to hope his team will finally get justice for we the people.

Mills Samuelson

Details: Cheryl Mills was SecState Clinton’s Chief of Staff. Heather Samuelson worked on Clinton’s 2008 campaign staff, then became her Senior Adviser and White House liaison at the State Department.

Their immunity agreements reveal that both Mills and Samuelson were actively involved in the cover-up of SecState Clinton’s email scandal, including the destruction of evidence.

Among the numerous charges that the agreements gave them immunity from wasThe Espionage Act. According to the ACLJ, nobody has ever gotten immunity from The Espionage Act before!

Normally, immunity is for lesser crimes like obstruction of justice.

To make matters worse, in these immunity agreements, the FBI agreed to destroy the computers that held the back-up emails and not do a full investigation on the matter.

Read that again. The FBI agreed to destroy evidence and not investigate!

If Mills and Samuelson had been charged and convicted of every crime from which they received immunity, they would have each been subject to twenty-eight years in jail.

To make this all even more unbelievable, these two women, who had both been so involved in the criminal cover up that they needed immunity deals to avoid jail time, served as attorneys to their co-conspirator, Hillary Clinton, during the FBI’s investigation!
