MASCOTS: St. Patrick’s Day trip to the zoo with Mama and Daddy Buzz.

PAUL JOSEPH WATSON: The New Zealand Mosque Attack – The MSM only reports about atrocities when they think they can milk them to score political points. So far in this year alone, nearly 2,000 Christians have been murdered by Muslims. Where’s the outrage?

SELECTIVE OUTRAGE: On March 15, 2019. there were two lethal attacks on religious institutions.

A self-proclaimed “Eco-Fascist” murdered 49 people and wounded 48 more at two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand.

Political leaders and public figures were falling over themselves to condemn the lethal attack on two mosques in New Zealand by a self-proclaimed “Eco-fascist.” And rightly so. It was a heinous crime that all should rightly condemn.

Muslim extremists murdered 42 people and wounded dozens more in an attack on a Catholic cathedral and its nearby refugee camp in Alindao, Central African Republic. The bishop was murdered in his residence.

I googled and could find no mention of this attack in any major news source. The news outlets that reported on it were almost entirely specialty outlets devoted to news about Africa, Catholics, Christians, and victims of Muslim violence. The only non-specialized outlet I found reporting the incident was the UK Independent, which depicted it as an attack on a Catholic mission sheltering refugees by a sectarian armed group.

CNN HAD NO FOLLOW UP QUESTIONS: Golly, I wonder why? /sarcDr. Qanta Ahmed, “You should know this president and this administration is often castigated as Islamophobic, but I move in the Muslim world, in Egypt, in Oman, in Jordan, in Iraqi Kurdistan, where this president is beloved. This president and the Republican Party going back to George Bush is very dearly held.”

SANCTUARY DECLARATIONS: The Left has been blithely ignoring federal immigration laws for years – A North Carolina county just declared itself a gun sanctuary. Twenty-five out of 33 New Mexico counties have adopted similar measures and there are movements to do the same in Washington, Nevada, Oregon, and Illinois.

TRUMP WILL TRY?: Hey Swallwell, you lying sack, kindly point to ONE SINGLE THING that President Trump has ever done to inhibit anyone’s #1A rights. Oh wait, you can’t, because there haven’t been any. Did you get your panties in a bunch over any of these #1A assaults by President Obama?

The First Amendment marks out three areas in which the federal government is limited.

  1. No prohibiting the free exercise of religion: The HHS mandate required organizations to include birth control and abortion coverage in their health insurance plans. Obama’s DOJ went after privately owned companies like Hobby Lobby and religious organizations like the Little Sisters of the Poor, dragging the cases all the way to the Supreme Court, where the plaintiffs’ religious freedom was upheld every time.
  2. No abridging the freedom of speech or of press: Obama harped on Fox News over and over again, but he went a lot further than Trump has in his war against “fake news” CNN. He actually tried to get Fox News banned from the White House press pool. The Obama DOJ also secretly seized telephone records that listed every call made in April and May of 2012 by about 100 reporters from AP’s main offices in New York, Washington and Hartford, Conn., and from its office in the House of Representatives press gallery.
  3. No impeding the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances: Obama signed the Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011 into law. It makes punishable by up to 10 years jail time or fine any person who does “or conspires to” enter any “restricted building or grounds” or within certain “proximity” without lawful authority to do so, attempting to disrupt the orderly conduct of Government business. “Restricted building or grounds” is defined to include any place where the President or other person protected by the Secret Service is or will be temporarily visiting. The law is vague enough to allow arrest and felony charges against a person or persons who even tries to organize (conspire) a peaceful protest criticizing a person protected by the Secret Service.
