2019_02 13 Dems reject vote

DEMOCRATS AND INFANTICIDE: For the FIFTH time, Democrats in Congress have blocked a request by Republicans to vote on a bill that would stop infanticide. They don’t want to go on record, because Americans overwhelmingly (77%) reject the idea that babies born a live should be denied care.

LOSING PROPOSITION FOR DEMOCRATS: Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s popularity plummeted to an all-time low after the passage of the abortion bill, from 51% approval to 43% in one month.

SATANIST LOSES COURT CHALLENGE: The Missouri Supreme Court has rejected a legal challenge against the state’s informed consent abortion law from a self-described Satanic Temple adherent who claimed the state violated her religious beliefs.

The law requires abortion providers to offer an ultrasound to and also give prospective abortion patients a booklet from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services which includes the statement: “The life of each human being begins at conception. Abortion will terminate the life of a separate, unique, living human being.” There is also a mandatory 72-hour waiting period.

The woman who filed the suit as “Mary Doe” told her abortionist that her religious beliefs were contrary to those of the booklet, so they did not need to follow the informed consent requirements. Planned Parenthood declined to ignore the law, so the woman was required AGAINST HER WILL to listen to PP offer her an ultrasound, hand her a booklet, and wait 3 days before killing her unborn child. So she sued.

The court’s decision against her bitching said, in part, that the U.S. Supreme Court has made it clear that “state speech is not religious speech solely because it ‘happens to coincide’ with a religious tenet.”

ILLINOIS: The state legislature is considering several bills that would:
  • remove any criminal penalties for abortionists;
  • repeal of the Partial Birth Abortion ban on third-trimester abortions;
  • compel private insurers to treat abortion the same as contraception and maternity care;
  • repeal a law that allows a husband to get an injunction to stop his wife’s abortion of his baby;
  • allow minor girls to obtain an abortion without parental consent.
It’s unlikely these bills will NOT become law. The Illinois legislature has a Democrat super-majority and Democrat Gov. J.B. Pritzker – who said his goal is to make his state “the most progressive in the nation” when it comes to abortion.

KENTUCKY: The Kentucky Senate has passed 31-6 a “heartbeat” bill that would make it a felony to perform an abortion in any case except when the mother’s life is at risk.

MISSISSIPPI: Both the state House and Senate have approved a bill to protect unborn babies once they have a detectable heartbeat. If enacted, the bill would ban almost all abortions in the state. An unborn baby’s heartbeat is detectable at about six weeks of pregnancy. The bill reportedly contains no exceptions for cases of rape, incest, etc.

NEW MEXICO: The New Mexico House of Representatives passed its bill to enshrine legal abortion, in case the Supreme Court overturns Roe v. Wade. New Mexico has had some abortion restrictions on the books, but they have never been enforced, so the state has been a haven for late term abortionists.

However, the conscience protections for hospitals and staff, which abortion supporters tried to violate, were upheld when tested in the courts. The new law wipes these off the books. And the governor supports it. When its signed into law, pro-life health professionals and hospitals will face difficult choices.

NEW YORK: Although it went unnoticed by the media, hundreds of young Catholics filled the pews at St. Patrick’s Cathedral for a Mass of reparation and begging God for mercy after the passage of New York’s horrible abortion law.

Both New Yorkers and Americans are in agreement that the law is BAD. Democrats don’t care. I HOPE SO MANY OF THEM GET VOTED OUT OF OFFICE THAT THE PARTY DIES!

  1. Pistol Pete

    Barack Obama was criminally lazy as a state senator. He never,ever wanted to be tied down to a position he couldn’t slither out of. He introduced two very minor pieces of legislation in his time there written for him by his friend,Emil Phillips for him to put his name on so it would appear he actually did something. The one bill he cast an unequivocal “no” vote against,not once,not twice but three times was the Born Alive Infant Protection Act,which would assist babies who were survivors of attempted abortions. His reasoning was ‘the mother didn’t want it,so who cares?’ That’s the cold,unfeeling,uncaring evil fraud the media worked hard for 8 long years to protect. This miserable bastard is still trying to undo the 2016 election with his deep state operatives.

      After I read about that, it pretty much defined him for me from then on. The banality of evil personified.

  2. A bill that would classify abortion as murder in Oklahoma law apparently will not be heard in the state Legislature.

    The bill by Republican state Sen. Joseph Silk was assigned to the Senate Health and Human Services Committee.

    Committee Chairman Sen. Jason Smalley, a Republican, told The Oklahoman that he opposes abortion, but does not want the bill to go forward because he believes it is likely to be ruled unconstitutional.
