MOVIE RECOMMENDATION: Illumination Presents Dr Seuss’ The Grinch (2018) – I saw a bunch of one star ratings complaining this “remake of the Christmas classic” was terrible. Yeah. No. This is a movie based on the ORIGINAL BOOK by Dr. Seuss, not on some previous movie that ignored the book.
In my opinion, it’s the best Seussian film adaptation to date. It keeps the charm of the original tale, while expanding it to movie length in true Seussian style. The story, art, music, and the GADGETS are all delightful!
I especially LOVED that the Christmas carols sung by the Who-vians were about the birth of Jesus. I HIGHLY recommend this movie for families and lovers of the real Dr. Seuss.

(I’d like to see any Leftie Honor Society inductee do as well being interviewed on national television.)
