MASCOTS FROM THE MARCH: They walked a little over six miles. Dearest walked more, because he was all over the place taking pictures with the new camera he got for Christmas. “By the time we got to the Supreme Court, he was walking very tilted and didn’t look so good. A lovely nursing student took us inside Supreme Court where we had a nurse check him out. He was fine, just needed to rest and re-hydrate! We had some food, did some stretches and got back to Union Station in time for a train back without having to wait.”

TRUMP’S MESSAGE: Video to March for Life participants —
“Today, I am very proud to welcome tens of thousands of families, students, and people of all faiths and backgrounds to our nation’s capital for the 46th annual March For Life.
“This is a movement founded on love and grounded in the nobility and dignity of every human life.
“When we look into the eyes of a newborn child we see the beauty in the human soul and the Majesty of God’s creation. We know that every life has meaning and that every life is worth protecting. As President, I will always defend the first right of our Declaration of Independence, the right to life. …
“Today, I have signed a letter to Congress to make clear that if they send any legislation to my desk that weakens the protection of human life, I will issue a veto. And, we have the support to uphold those vetoes. Every child is a sacred gift from God.”

MEDIA: No surprise here — ABC, NBC and CBS’s morning news shows all ignored the 46th annual March for Life. ABC and NBC had plenty of time to give to fluff stories Friday morning, from Meghan Markle’s fashion, to “nomophobia” which is an addiction to one’s phone. CBS gave a whole segment to the feminist, anti-Semitic “Women’s March” scheduled for Saturday, but didn’t even give a passing mention to the March for Life.
