E COLI OUTBREAK: CDC is advising that U.S. consumers not eat any romaine lettuce, and retailers and restaurants not serve or sell any, until we learn more about the outbreak. This investigation is ongoing and the advice will be updated as more information is available.

BECAUSE SCIENCE: According to Leftists, genitals and chromosomes do not determine a person’s gender. Also, a living, growing, but as-yet-unborn human being is not a baby and climate change is both man-made and a global threat.

2018_11 21 WH Press Rules

MEDIA HACKS: Reporters forced a judge to force the White House to put decades old custom into the form of written rules. And now they’re mad about it.

These rules basically say that the presider chooses who asks a question, the questioner may ask one follow up question, after which the questioner is expected to sit down and shut up.

It’s like kindergarten. I made a sign to post on the wall of the White House press room. Sarah Sanders can be in charge of giving gold stars to reporters who do the best job following them at each presser.

Dan Bongino tweeted to the whiners, “Dear Media Hacks, Please stop humiliating yourselves by pretending you care about politicized ‘justice.’ You’ve disgraced the profession by largely ignoring the police-state tactics used by the Obama administration while kissing the asses of the people involved. We’re over you.”

Greg Gutfeld tweeted, “due process for some guy up for a job? not so much. due process for us, the media: the most important thing on earth.”

PRO-LIFE KENYA: Kenyan medical authorities have banned Marie Stopes, the international abortion provider, from offering any kind of abortion services.

DEMOCRAT WHORES: Rep. Marcia Fudge and Rep. Brian Higgins signed the “no to Pelosi” letter. Now they say they’ll support her. I wonder what that cost Nancy? Or maybe I should wonder what signing the letter in the first place will cost Fudge and Higgins down the road.

WTH: A federal judge has thrown out the case described in the video. In his ruling, he declared that a federal law banning Female Genital Mutilation is unconstitutional.

According to him, the commerce clause bars the federal government from banning the barbaric practice of slicing and dicing a born girl’s clitoris so that she can never enjoy sex.  Because there is nothing commercial or economic about FGM. Therfore, the authority to criminalize the practice belongs only to the individual states.

Yet, at the time when almost every state banned abortion, SCOTUS ruled in Roe v. Wade that slicing and dicing unborn baby girls (and boys) to DEATH, is “constitutional” because of some alleged “right to privacy” that isn’t even in the Constitution.

OUR SICK SOCIETY: Most parents would assume that refusing to look at a naked child of the opposite sex goes without saying for any teacher, but a school district in Florida has opted to punish a male physical education teacher for attempting to avoid that situation.

WHEN LEFTISTS DON’T AGREE:Eastern Michigan University’s Women’s Resource Center (WRC) has decided to stop hosting the vulgar play, The Vagina Monologues, because it excludes men and also “women who don’t have vaginas.” Since copyright laws won’t allow them to change the dialogue, the school has chosen to get rid of it.

MOCK-WORTHY: I saw somebody saying that we shouldn’t mock A O-C, because the Left mocked Trump, point being that it can be dangerous to underestimate your political opponents. Yeah, EXCEPT, Trump was a 70 something billionaire; A O-C was a 20 something bar tender. Also, they mocked Trump for stupid things, like how he used “big league” and they thought he was saying “bigly.” A O-C says things that are actually stupid. They’d be stupid for any high school graduate. They’d be stupid for any college graduate. And they’re scary stupid for an incoming member of the House of Representatives.

2018_11 21 Jonestown

40th ANNIVERSARY: Sunday was the 40th anniversary of the Jonestown massacre, an event that caused the deaths of about 900 people (about a third of them children) who were killed at the group’s compound in Guyana. One of the many misconceptions about the Jonestown tragedy was that for most of its victims it represented an act of suicide. For some it did, but for many it did not. The children, of course, were not acting for themselves and were incapable of giving consent (some were infants and toddlers). And although the adults had all signed onto the Jim Jones enterprise of their own free will, many (perhaps even most?) had essentially been kept prisoner there against their will, long after the nature of the movement had changed.

Is Thanksgiving A Racist Holiday?

College students: ‘Yeah, it’s racist. Pass the turkey and the pumpkin pie.’

Most students who spoke with the Daily Caller News Foundation at American University believe Thanksgiving is a racist holiday, yet the majority of them still plan on celebrating it as a way to see their family and friends and to take a break from school.

One student called it a “genocidal holiday,” while another stood by it saying, “No one goes into Thanksgiving dinner thinking ‘I’m going to establish white supremacy.’ No, it’s all about eating turkey and having a good time.”

CtH adds: Actually, Thanksgiving was founded only as the result of a persistent, years-long campaign by the FEMALE author and editor of the single most influential publication of the 19th century. IOW, if you hate Thanksgiving, you HATE WOMEN! YOU DISGUSTING GYNOPHOBE, YOU!

Are Liberals Ever Thankful For Anything?

There is no real happiness without the Holy Ghost.

Don’t Paint It Black on Thanksgiving Day By Jeffrey Folks

In the classic song “Paint It Black” (1966), Mick Jagger sings of a sad individual who wants to turn everything he sees black.  In the world he imagines, there are no flowers, no summer dresses, and no cars other than black ones.  In the end, the singer comes to see that it’s his own heart that is black and that he is responsible for the emptiness that he sees.

Jagger and Keith Richards may have intended the song as a lament for a desperately unhappy person who despises everything he sees, but for many, the popular song was a celebration of anarchy and rebellion.  It perfectly suited the angry mood of the time.  With its string of assassinations, violent protests, rioting, and political bombings, the decade of the late ’60s was the most unsettled time in modern American history.

Many young men and women had painted the world black, and a substantial number of these damaged souls never grew up.  They’re still out there, imagining the world a terrible place and finding meaning only in resistance.  A new generation has followed them into negation.  Jagger might just as well have been singing of the violence of Antifa protests.  The typical Antifa protester wouldn’t be seen in anything except black, and despite the Antifa (“anti-fascist”) designation, those raised fists look a lot like fascist salutes, especially like those of modern-day fascists.

In the half-century since Jagger’s song appeared, a vast culture of antagonism has arisen in the West.  That cynical culture has spread to politics, media, and schools everywhere.  Although 80% of Americans still profess to believe in God, that still leaves 20% who are atheistic or agnostic, and 56% of those who do believe say they believe in a biblical conception of God – with 45% of Democrats believing so.  Without a God who is all-powerful, all-knowing, and good, where do we stand?  On our own.

“On our own” is a difficult place to be, especially during the holidays.  It leaves one without the deep-seated faith in the goodness of life that supplies confidence and hope.  Lacking that faith, one is prone to question whether life really is meaningful and good; one may begin to believe that the world is simply a forsaken place with one faction struggling against another.  Lacking that traditional “Sea of Faith,” as Matthew Arnold put it, there exists “neither joy, nor love, nor light / Nor certitude, nor peace, nor help for pain.”  Without faith in the goodness of life, existence is reduced to “a darkling plain … Where ignorant armies clash by night.”

There is plenty of evidence of “ignorant armies” in American society today – and by “ignorant,” Arnold meant “faithless,” not “uneducated.”  Defiance has infected even the Washington press corps to the point that it seems incapable of affording the president of the United States the courtesy of agreeing to sit down when requested to do so.  Respect for the presidency, as well as for police, teachers, ministers, and other sources of authority, is necessary to an ordered society.  Likewise, the fundamental rights, including the right of free speech and the right to own property, are essential to our survival.  Without a broad consensus as to the importance of these basic rights, society reverts to a bloody hell of anarchy and violence.  This is the disorder that Arnold foretold.

Thus, it is disturbing when we hear political leaders speak of seizing and redistributing income and when we see them campaign against the right to bear arms or the right of citizens to speak out against corruption in Washington.  Our political leaders are supposed to defend our country and its constitution – they are sworn to do so – but many now campaign as outspoken socialists and advocate violence against conservatives.  It is especially disturbing to be told that “demographics are destiny” and that the future “belongs” to minorities because they have the numbers to prevail.  Is one to imagine that future elections should devolve into racial contests – and that liberals are celebrating this future?

The idea that nothing connects us aside from race, gender, national origin, or sexual orientation is manifestly untrue, but it seems to be what progressives are pinning their hopes on.  In fact, most Americans still share the bonds of faith, liberty, and a quality of optimism that is uniquely ours.  President Trump is appealing to these bonds when he speaks of America “winning, and winning again,” or when he calls for an end to “fake news” and the cynical culture of antagonism that pervades the media.  While large numbers of Americans do see the world as a dark and faithless place – a place where political factions clash by night – most of us on this beautiful Thanksgiving Day will join family and friends in celebrating our shared faith in the goodness of Creation.

The future is not dark, despite what radicals like Elizabeth Warren may think.  Even Mick Jagger (net worth: $360 million) appears to be more concerned with his personal well-being than with revolution, and rightly so.  It is true that America is seriously divided, but there is hope in that a majority of Americans still retain their faith in the goodness of life, and others are returning to that faith.

Along with turkey and television, Thanksgiving is a time for reflection.  Life is good in America, and our future is far from dark.  Despite the noise and the protests – those ignorant armies clashing by night – there is much to be thankful for this Thanksgiving Day.  Celebrate and be happy.

First Lady Stuns For Thanksgiving

Melania Trump is Ready for Thanksgiving in Daring Dior Coat

No boob belts, no canvas dresses. Stiletto boots instead of swamp waders. I’m sure the hags on The View will have something snarky to say.

For the annual pardoning of the turkey at the White House ahead of Thanksgiving, Mrs. Turmp opted for a striking red, white, black, and camel Dior coat from the brand’s Pre-Fall 2018 collection. The coat stood out amongst the crowd of mostly men’s suits with its vivid colors and geometric, abstract pattern.

Like the evening before, Melania Trump let the coat do all the talking and kept the rest of the ensemble to a minimal black sweater, black skinny pants, and Christian Louboutin stiletto boots. Mrs. Trump most recently wore a grey dress from this Dior collection while in Paris, France, for the commemoration of the end of World War I.

Hillary Clinton Honors Transgender People Who Were Killed In 2018 for Transgender Remembrance Day

Hillary Clinton listed the transgender people who were killed in 2018 to remember them for the 19th annual Transgender Remembrance Day.

Clinton listed the 22 transgender people who were killed this year. Twenty of the transgender people killed were people of color, according to GLAAD.

TDOR is annually observed on November 20 to honor the lives of those who were killed in hate crime attacks, according to GLAAD. Transgender Awareness Week is also observed from November 12 to 19 in order to help raise the visibility of transgender people and discuss the issues many transgender people face, according to the organization. The tradition began in 1999 after the death of transgender activist Rita Hester from Boston, who was stabbed 20 times, according to GLAAD.

Vile Michelle Wolf has killed off the comedy feature at the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner

Purported comedian Michelle Wolf, whose vile attacks at the last White House Correspondents’ dinner caused open reactions of dismay from the audience, has induced the group to cancel the custom of featuring a comic at its gatherings. She has managed to diminish laughter, which is in keeping with the thrust of her unfunny, hate-filled work

In a press release, the group touted its choice of Ron Chernow as featured speaker at the next dinner.

“I’m delighted that Ron will share his lively, deeply researched perspectives on American politics and history at the 2019 White House Correspondents’ Dinner,” said Olivier Knox, Chief Washington Correspondent for SiriusXM and president of the WHCA. “As we celebrate the importance of a free and independent news media to the health of the republic, I look forward to hearing Ron place this unusual moment in the context of American history.”

The dinner was originally intended to be a lighthearted celebration of the practitioners of the first amendment, but as all things good the liberals touch, the dinner was destined to be either sycophantic, on one extreme, or mean spirited, on the other. Neither is a good look at a time when trust in media is tenuous. This years’ speaker will be the most excellent writer, author and historian Ron Chernow, who, like last year would never be mistaken for a comedian either.

We Were Lucky To Survive Him

Arrogant Obama Explains Why He’s Better than the “Ja-Mokes” He’s Dealt With in Senate, White House and at G-20

Ja-moke: Slang for someone who lacks mental abilities beyond that of a cup of coffee (java + mocha). In the 1960s it also began to be used as slang for male genitalia.

  • Barack Obama owns the worst economic recovery in US history.
  • Obama was the only president to not see a single year with a 3.0 GDP.
  • Obama’s economic policies were only slightly better than his dangerous and foolish foreign policy.

But in Barack Obama’s mind he is “The One,” the greatest human to walk on this earth since Christ.

[CtH: “since Christ”? ::snork::]

On Monday Barack Obama spoke to a youthful audience at The Obama Foundation in Chicago.

THIS CLIP IS 2:41. Try to make it as far as you can. Just. Try.

Trump Pardons Turkeys, Roasts Democrats

President Trump Pardons White House Turkeys, Then Takes Swipe at Democrats and 9th Circuit

On Tuesday Judge Jon S. Tigar, an Obama-appointed judge, blocked President Trump from refusing asylum to economic migrants at the US border.

The liberal judge was the latest in a long list of liberal judges who believe they are responsible for the foreign and domestic policy decisions in the United States.

President Trump: “Even though Peas and Carrots have received a presidential pardon, I have warned them that House Democrats are likely to issue them both subpoenas… I will offer Peas and Carrots a presidential pardon. Unfortunately, I won’t guarantee your pardons won’t be enjoined by the 9th Circuit.”

The Stupid Is Staggering

Ocasio-Cortez lashes out again, says ‘drooling’ Republicans waiting to ‘chop up’ her ‘word slips’

‘Word slips?’ Try felony ignorance. This bimbo should be making mimosas, not legislation. She probably can’t even spell ‘legislation.’

“Maybe instead of Republicans drooling over every minute of footage of me in slow-mo, waiting to chop up word slips that I correct in real-tomd (sic),” she wrote, “they [should] actually step up enough to make the argument they want to make: that they don’t believe people deserve a right to healthcare.”

Ocasio-Cortez stunned many in the political world in June when she defeated longtime incumbent U.S. Rep. Joe Crowley, chairman of the House Democratic Caucus, in a primary race.

Since then, she has continued looking to stir things up in her own party. On Saturday she endorsed a far-left group’s bid to run primary candidates against moderate Democrats in 2020.

The group, called Justice Democrats, calls its effort #OurTime.
