Illinois: Home Of On-Demand Abortion

For those who were not aware, the state version of the Born Alive Infant Protection Act, or BAIPA, was finally passed some years ago. Barack Hussein Obama rarely voted on anything while he was in the state senate. He either voted ‘present’ or just never bothered showing up for work at all.

One vote he did cast was against BAIPA. Not once, not twice, but three times. He had no problem with having babies who survived an attempted abortion being left in a soiled linen closet to die painfully from exposure without care. His reasoning? The mother didn’t want it anyway.

This is the cold, soulless bastard that polluted the People’s House for eight agonizing years. Of course, the adoring media wouldn’t dream of making this information public during Chicago Jesus’ ascent to the throne. As an abortion friendly state, those wishing to live easier lives at the expense of a young innocent Illinois is the place to go.

CtH: Or New York. NYC is the abortion capital of the nation with an appalling 60% rate of conceptions ending in abortion. Of course, they’re making sure any stray old prolife laws on the books are rescinded before SCOTUS can revoke Roe.

More Women Are Traveling To Illinois To Have Abortions As States Turn Pro-Life

Women are traveling in increasing numbers to Illinois to get abortions, in what may be a reaction to a number of Midwestern states passing pro-life measures.

The total number of statewide abortions, as well as the number of abortions performed in Illinois on out-of-state-women, increased between 2016 and 2017, according to the Chicago Tribune. Women had 38,382 abortions in 2016 compared to 39,329 abortions in 2017, the Tribune reported.

The number of out-of-state abortions increased by nearly 1,000 between 2016 and 2017, rising from 4,543 abortions to 5,528, according to the Tribune.

No Volt, No More

Remember when Barry sunk hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars to save GM from bankruptcy? Then a week later forced them into bankruptcy anyway? Then he pushed the preferred stockholders (who should have been paid first) aside and handed the business to the UAW on a platter for all the union money they threw at him. He demanded they build stupid little electric cars that nobody wanted and claimed it was the future of ‘green energy.’ GM will no longer build these crappy little, overpriced white elephants. And Barry is laughing all the way to the bank.

The only winner of the GM bailout was Obama 2012

With all due respect and concern for the employees out in the cold, GM should have been allowed to go into the bankruptcy courts.

Yes, I understand that some jobs would have been lost. However, all that the bailout did was to keep a business going that was going to eventually lay off people.

The GM bailout was a classic case of government picking winners and losers.

No Price Too Great To Pay

They don’t care what it cost to steal the majority. Now that they have it the next two years will be consumed with trying to destroy the president. Let the investigations fly.

Democrats’ Campaign Machine Won The House … Left Them $18 Million In Debt

The new leader of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, who is slated to be chosen Wednesday in the party’s internal elections, will inherit $18 million in debt from this year’s midterms, a source familiar with the group’s finances told NBC News.

It’s common for campaigns and party committees to finish election cycles in the hole as they throw everything they have — and then some — at an election, but the $18 million will have to be made up through fundraising before the new chairman can start building a war chest for the next election cycle.

Caravan Migrants in Tijuana Announce Hunger Strike to Demand Asylum in US

El Universal reported on the plans for the hunger strike (via Google Translate) with this headline: Migrants in Tijuana Plan to Seek Asylum From the US With a Hunger Strike.

Buzzfeed reporter Adolfo Flores posted to Twitter a report from the announcement, “A group of women from the caravan just announced they’re going on a hunger strike in Tijuana to demand immediate Mexican temporary humanitarian visas while they wait for asylum in the US, the US to speed up the asylum process at the border, and stop to deportations of caravaners”

The “hunger strike” will be held at a border crossing for visibility (and media photo-ops.)

Border Crisis

2018_11 28 Tear gas

CARAVAN: On Ellis Island, they sent sick wannabe immigrants back where they came from. More than one-third of the 6,000 migrants gathered in Tijuana are receiving medical care. There are confirmed cases of hepatitis, tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS, chickenpox, lice, plus a variety of skin infections.

CARAVAN: Border Patrol keeps us safer. While liberal ranted about tear gas, U.S. Customs and Border Protection officers kept busy arresting dangerous criminal aliens living in the United States illegally – including a bunch of gang members, two violent sex offenders and a guy wanted for murder.

WORDS: The top two results Word Finder gave me for my SCRABBLE rack today were CACA and GAGA. LOL!! And speaking of words … I am loving my early-Christmas Kindle e-reader, especially the very nifty “point and open dictionary” feature. I find myself looking up words I know just to see if what I think they mean is what the dictionary says.

MUST WATCH VIDEO: Gratitude is awesome. A video made in Charlotte has gone viral with more than 20 million views! It started with a local church putting a creative spin on gratitude for the holidays.

TRUMPS LIGHT NATIONAL CHRISTMAS TREE: Much talk about GOD. Nov 28, 2018 – The lighting ceremony for this year’s big tree outside the White House. Our gracious and beautiful First Lady laughed off the storm of vicious criticism of the indoor Christmas decorations she chose for this year. “I hope everybody will come over and visit it,” she said. “In real life, they look even more beautiful. And you’re all very welcome to visit the White House, the people’s house.”

2018_11 29 Adoption

ONE LESS ABORTIONIST: Thank God! Columbus, Ohio abortionist Harley Blank has voluntarily surrendered his medical license rather than face formal disciplinary proceedings. While working as an abortionist at Founder’s Women’s Health Care, Blank illegally prescribed controlled substances to men, failed to maintain medical malpractice insurance as required by law, and did an abortion on a woman who had an ectopic pregnancy that later ruptured, leaving her unable to bear children.

In a statement released on November 28, 2018, Greater Columbus Right to Life (GCRTL) stated, “We have known for a considerable amount of time that Founder’s is not a safe place for women or their unborn children, and we have observed increasingly erratic behavior on the part of Dr. Blank, who joins another Founder’s abortion provider – who is currently serving time in federal prison for child pornography – as having his medical license permanently revoked.”

GENDER: There are two. I heard an ad for DNA ancestry testing and googled for a review of the various kits available. I found this interesting paragraph:

“Results are different for women and men. Women, who have the XX chromosome, can only trace back the maternal line. Men, having the XY chromosome, can track back the maternal and paternal line, painting a complete picture. If you’re a woman, it’s worth asking your brother, if you have one, to take a test and share the results. When some of these services ask for your sex when you order your kit, they simply want to know about your chromosomes.”

VIDEO: Andrew Klavan discusses women who have abandoned their marriages because their exes didn’t hate Trump enough.

TUCKER CARLSON: Climate Hectoring. “Strange he [Al Gore] never became president.” LOL! “Al Gore’s home has a carbon footprint twenty times bigger than the average American home.”

GOOGLE: It’s not paranoia if they’re really out to get you. Daily Caller has obtained internal Google documents showing employees discussing the pros/cons of burying conservative sites, particularly Daily Caller and Breitbart News, in search results in response to Donald Trump’s winning of the 2016 election. A Google VP was part of conversation. This is the second known instance of Google employees advocating for manipulating search results for anti-Trump purposes.

OOPS: Yale study shows Liberals are more racist. According to a study at Yale, white liberals have a tendency to downplay their own level of intelligence when they interact with blacks and other “racial minorities.” The study also revealed that white conservatives don’t do this and they tend to use the same language no matter who they’re speaking with. Which would point to conservatives not seeing color as much as liberals. This seems to go against the popular narrative that white conservatives are the ones who have issues with race.

UNIVERSITIES: People pay real money to send their kids to these places? Detroit’s Oakland University is passing out hockey pucks to faculty and student government leaders to throw at active shooters should such an event break out. Meanwhile, The Associated Students of Stanford University have awarded a conservative club a measly $16.50 to host Dinesh D’Souza, then slapped a more than $19,000 fee on the club for “security.” And to add insult to injury, when a private supporter offered to pay that exorbitant fee, Stanford said nope, cuz half of the funding to pay for security had to originate from “on campus sources.”

Thanks, Jackass

This insufferable prick only has a few weeks left before he embarks on what I’m positive will be a lucrative career as a “guest republican” on all the fake media shows. In the meantime he’s going to thumb his nose at the entire country.

Republicans cancel LONG LIST of judicial nominees – because Jeff Flake is voting with DEMS

So what are they gonna do? I suppose Republicans can just wait until after the new term starts, since they’ll have all the votes they need and Flake will be gone. Or will they do what he wants and pass the protection for Mueller? Given that they blocked it today, it’s clear that they won’t do that. If Trump is actually scared of what the report may hold, as many on the left are saying, then he’ll act before Dems take over the House. Either way, it’s going to get very interesting in the coming months.

Here’s Ben Sasse on Flake’s stand against Trump:

When The Thrill Is Gone

Understand, the Russians didn’t pay Bubba a half a mil because they wanted to hear him spout his particular brand of horse crap. It was advance payment for lucrative deals they planned to reap from Clinton Administration v2.0. Now in a scenario reminiscent of a Bette Davis movie, Hillary Clinton and her rapist co-conspirator are desperate to remain relevant and to get more money for nothing, except that now that all they have to offer is … nothing.

Clintons’ speaking tour event in Toronto had 83% of the seats empty

And even Democrats loyal to the Clintons are questioning the decision to embark on the tour.

“I just think the optics of going to an event where people are paying to see them, and they are financially gaining from this, I am not sure that is the right way to reingratiate them back into the public sphere,” said a former Clinton aide.

The Clintons kicked off their speaking tour with Hillary suffering from an uncontrollable coughing fit.

While addressing a half-empty crowd at Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, Canada, on Tuesday night, the former secretary of state devolved into hacking.

WOOHOO!: “Congratulations to Senator Cindy Hyde-Smith on your big WIN in the Great State of Mississippi. We are all very proud of you!” – President Trump, Nov 27, 2018, 11 pm.

The Senate next year will have 53 Republicans, giving Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell three votes to spare to confirm President Trump’s judges. There are 112 district court vacancies and 11 appellate vacancies on the federal bench.

TOM REED ON CNN: Talking about the looming government funding deadline, the border wall, and the GM factory shutdowns.

Also, Rep. Tom Reed’s bipartisan Problem Solvers Caucus struck a deal with Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi on a series of rules changes aimed at giving more lawmakers a voice in lawmaking. The deal isn’t as far-reaching as what the Problem Solvers originally sought, but it would open up the legislative process to popular bipartisan measures while diluting the influence of lawmakers on the far right and far left.

Reed (who is my rep) says, “These rule changes represent a hopeful and substantial breakthrough to empower the people we represent, enable rank-and-file Members to truly govern and make it easier for bipartisan bills to pass.”

CATHOLIC CHARITY: The California wildfire hit hard within the Diocese of Sacramento. Before the fire was even fully contained, the department of schools for the diocese announced that it would be offering free tuition at its Catholic schools for any Butte County students displaced by the wildfire.

INGRATES: Obama saved GM with taxpayer dollars. Now the company says it’s going to cut up to 14,000 workers in North America. President Trump threatened to cut off subsidies. “Very disappointed with General Motors and their CEO, Mary Barra, for closing plants in Ohio, Michigan and Maryland. Nothing being closed in Mexico & China. The U.S. saved General Motors, and this is the THANKS we get! We are now looking at cutting all @GM subsidies, including for electric cars. General Motors made a big China bet years ago when they built plants there (and in Mexico) – don’t think that bet is going to pay off. I am here to protect America’s Workers!”

TWITTER: There’s an article here about the on-going issue of social media bias against conservative speech.

CLIMATE ACTIVISTS CLOBBERED IN MIDTERMS: Voters rejected the two highest-profile climate-activist ballot initiatives, severely punished Republicans who joined the congressional Climate Solutions Caucus, and sent home the Democratic climate activist most heavily supported by billionaire environmentalist Tom Steyer.

Washington State voters soundly rejected a ballot initiative that would have taxed carbon dioxide emissions. Arizona voters inflicted a humiliating defeat on a ballot initiative that would have required 50 percent of the state’s electricity to come from renewable sources.

2018_11 20 Mashhadi tweet

WELL, THAT’S JUST WRONG: On Nov 20, Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan said this as part of his pitch for an international convention against speech critical of the Muslim prophet:

“There were prophets of Allah other [than Muhammad], but there is no mention of them in human history. There is negligible mention of them. Moses is mentioned, but there is no mention of Jesus in history.”

Yeah, no. The life of Jesus Christ is better documented than that of any figure from ancient times. Written accounts of His life date from as early as twenty years after He left Earth. Compare this to the over 200 year gap between the death of Alexander the Great and his earliest biography!

SHRILLARY: On Tuesday, Bill and Hillary Clinton kicked off their 13-city tour dubbed ‘An Evening with the Clintons.’ They spoke in Toronto to a hall that was 83% empty. This figure is made even more embarrassing by the fact that as the date of the event neared, the venue was not able to give tickets away at just $6.55 each. Ticket prices started between $200 and $53 Canadian. VIDEO: Right after trashing President Trump, Hillary had another of her coughing fits that went on an on.

2d AMENDMENT:West Wing” and “Get Out” actor Bradley Whitford hates the Second Amendment. And he isn’t afraid to use Twitter to drip scorn all over those who believe we have a right to bear arms. I copied his original tweet with my favorite response above. Here are some other good come backs:

  • You mean as opposed to someone who has to judge others and then convince himself he OBVIOUSLY knows better, in order to feel like a man?
  • How about ones who virtual signal behind gated communities.
  • I’m a woman who owns a gun. I have no desire to be a man.
  • Nothing says “I’m super-woke” like writing off an entire sex because it screws up your narrative.
  • How about the disabled and the elderly who own guns to protect themselves? Do they earn your contempt as well?

2018_11 28 Dana Loesch tweet

ABOUT THAT: This rule was SO unpopular that the NRA, ACLU, and disability charities and mental health professionals on both sides of the aisle came together to oppose it.

AVENATTI and STORMY: On Wednesday, Stormy Daniels told The Daily Beast that not only did Michael Avenatti sue Donald Trump for defaming her against her wishes, but also he started a fundraising site to raise money for her legal defense without telling her. She says she learned about the fundraising on Twitter and that Avenatti has been ignoring her repeated requests for accounting information about it for months.

NOT MY PRESIDENT, THANK GOD: At an event on Tuesday night, Obama said, “Suddenly America is the largest oil producer, that was me people … say thank you.” THEN, he accused America of having a big “smugness” problem. Oh well. At least he still looks good in a tux.

DEMOCRAT v. DEMOCRATS: California Rep. Barbara Lee lost her bid to become the first woman to lead the House Democratic Caucus when her fellow Democrats chose a younger-than-her black man for the position. She blamed ageism and sexism. ::snork::
