PRESIDENT CLINTON: “We are a nation of immigrants, but we are also a nation of laws.” President Trump could give this speech and it would make today’s whackadoodle Democrats completely nuts.

FEINSTEIN IN 1993: “Defend the border. … The day when America can be the welfare system for Mexico is gone.” Ditto what I said above.

TRUMP TWEET: “I agree with President Obama 100%!” wrote Trump, as he tweeted a 2005 video of Obama saying, “We simply cannot allow people to pour into the United States undetected, undocumented, unchecked, and circumventing the line of people who are waiting patiently, diligently and lawfully to become immigrants into this country.”

BOMB SCARE: Potentially explosive devices were sent to several critics of President Trump. None of the devices detonated and no one was injured. The devices were sent to Hillary Clinton, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, former Attorney General Eric Holder, former President Barack Obama, former CIA Director John Brennan, and left-wing billionaire George Soros. The FBI is investigating the devices.

TRUMP REBUKED BY HYPOCRITICAL DEMS: “I want to say at these times we have to unify and send one very clear and strong message that acts of political violence of any kind have no place in the United States of America,” said Trump. Rep. Nancy Pelosi, D-CA, and Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-NY, sneered, “President Trump’s words ring hollow until he reverses his statements that condone acts of violence.” Where was the outrage over Kathy Griffin’s decapitated Trump stunt, or Madonna’s “blowing up the WH” fantasy, or Johnny Depp’s “take out Trump” recommendation, or Maxine’s and Pelosi’s orders to harass political opponents?

CIVILITY: While sitting next to Michael Avenatti, the lawyer who represents adult film star Stormy Daniels, Kathy Griffin referred to President Trump’s Press Secretary as “Sarah F**kabee.”

REAL CLEAR POLITICS: RCP co-founder Tom Bevan says there is no sign at all of any Blue Wave. Instead RCP is seeing a shift towards Republicans.

KEITH ELLISON: He was expected to coast into the Minnesota Attorney General’s job, but the latest MPR News/Star Tribune poll has Ellison down 7 points.

KYRSTEN SINEMA: The Arizona Democrat lost the endorsement of the Arizona State Troopers Association with just days to go before the election after members complained that they were not properly consulted before union leaders made the decision.

HELP MELISSA: This young black female had her Twitter account (which has 118K followers) suspended shortly after she announced she was attending to the Young Black Conservatives Summit in Washington DC and would also be going to the White House to meet the President. She’s raising money to make her trip possible. Here’s the link.

SPEAKING OF RACISM: Privileged white people say laws requiring voter I.D. discriminate against blacks. Actual black people say that’s racist. They all have I.D., know where the DMV is, and can use the internet.

DINESH D’SOUZA: How many slave owners were Republicans? Zero. None. Zilch. Nada.

UHHHHHHHHH: Protesters told this reporter that Trump was trying to deprive us of our human rights. But they had no idea what rights those might be.

OBAMA CLAIMS CREDIT FOR ECONOMY: This is the man who spent hundreds of billions on fake “shovel ready jobs” that never materialized, but somehow managed to enrich the coffers of Democrats and radical liberal groups. … Make no mistake, Obama was an economic disaster for America and much of it was intentional on his part. The “economic miracle” is that we somehow managed to survive his eight year reign of error. – Stilton Jarlsberg

TOP ECONOMIST CONFIRMS OBAMA EFFECT: “It’s the Effect that Barack Obama is No Longer President of the United States!”

MARRIAGE & HAPPINESS: A new study reveals that married men and women who have only had sex with their spouse are more likely to report a happier marriage than those who have had multiple partners.

  1. … Facebook removed two ads telling the stories of babies who survived premature births. … Facebook is one of the largest depositories of ultrasounds and newborn photos in the world. … When pressed on the reason for the deletions, the social media giant told the group the videos ran afoul of its prohibition on video that shows “medical procedures or conditions.” …

I never got a Facebook or Twitter account, so I can’t close mine out in protest at all they’re doing. As frustrating as trying to hang up by slamming down the receiver but you’re using a cell. 😀

“As frustrating as trying to hang up by slamming down the receiver but you’re using a cell. 😀” LOLOL … I don’t have Twitter, so yeah. Sadly, Facebook is too much a part of how I stay in touch with loved ones and news. My big “contribution” is to bitch at them every time they post one of their self-congratulatory “Facebook is so awesome” things on my Timeline. Not holding my breath that they READ or CARE, but it makes me feel better. My mom used to write snippy letters to computers way back when only big businesses had them. LOL I will say one thing … a couple times I’ve been in person with someone claiming the computer wouldn’t “let” him/her do what I needed done, I asked them, “Does the computer work for you or do you work for the computer?” Both times I got them to change the computer and give me what I wanted. Both were small businesses though, so probably this worked better than it would with some giant organization where the person I’m talking to actually does work for the computer!
