RED WAVE: Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell said that Republicans would likely try to partially repeal Obamacare if they win seats on Election Day. “If we had the votes to completely start over, we’d do it. But that depends on what happens in a couple weeks … We’re not satisfied with the way Obamacare is working.”

BLACKLISTING GOSNELL: Despite filling theaters in many cities, Gosnell – The Trial of America’s Biggest Serial Killer is being dropped from dozens of screens. Some of the theaters playing it are not displaying the poster or listing the film; some staff members are even telling customers it’s not playing. However the biggest attack is the refusal by the mainstream media to review it. The distributor says he has never seen a successful movie being treated like this. FIGHT BACK! Call your local theater and demand the movie. Get a group together and go to see it. Go online and buy a theater ticket, even if you can’t go. Any bump at the box office will help ensure the message gets past the censorship.

SCOTUS: Chief Justice John Roberts has spoken for the first time since the confirmation of Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. “We do not speak for the people. We speak for the Constitution. … That job requires independence”

SOCIAL MEDIA CENSORSHIP: The US Supreme Court has decided to hear a case on whether users can challenge social media companies on free speech grounds. The case could have broader implications for social media outlets like Facebook, Twitter, and Google. This is the first case SCOTUS has agreed to take since Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation earlier this month.

ANTI-TRUST: Ma Bell was broken up by the government, albeit for different reasons. But it can and should be done with the social media behemoths that suck up advertising dollars by the bazillion while shadowbanning and shutting down conservative speech.

CLEANER AIR and WATER: According to the EPA, greenhouse gas emissions have declined across multiple sectors since President Donald Trump has been in office. And he recently signed into law an eco-friendly bill called the Save our Seas Act, which funds the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s Marine Debris Program for 5 more years.

YOU CAN’T BE CATHOLIC AND … It’s common to see this phrase in front of “vote Democrat”, but that’s usually directed at their pro-abortion platform. It also applies to their support for socialism which this writer points out has been condemned by the RCC in all its variations for twenty centuries.

STOP IT: A descendant of 17th-century Powhatan princess Pocahontas called on Sen. Elizabeth Warren to apologize for appropriating Native Americans’ heritage for political and occupational gain.

FOIA: Judicial Watch announced yesterday that a “significant number” of the 340,000 emails on Anthony Weiner’s laptop were between the former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and her top aide Huma Abedin.

SLEAZE-BOB MENENDEZ: The powerful pol, running for a third term in the U.S. Senate, is up to his eyeballs in personal and professional skeeviness:

· Menendez flew the crony skies on multiple luxury flights to the Caribbean with wealthy donor pal Salomon Melgen on taxpayer dime and time.

· Sleaze-Bob in turn used his Senate influence to push a lucrative port security deal benefiting Melgen.

· Creepy doctor Melgen was convicted of bilking sick old people on 67 counts of massive Medicare fraud totaling $90 million.

· Menendez and his staff ALSO pressured the State Department to expedite the foreign tourist and student visa approval processes for a bevy of buxom foreign beauties as a favor to model-lovin’ Melgen.

DEM VIOLENCE: A Soros-funded Democrat operative was arrested on Tuesday after a Nevada Republican campaign manager accused him of screaming at her, pushing her, and grabbing and yanking on her arm and refusing to let go. Photos show the bruises he left on her. Earlier this year, the same man was arrested for allegedly assaulting the female press secretary for Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke.

HUNGARY BANS GENDER STUDIES: Hungary has banned gender studies from universities due to low enrollment, which causes waste of tax payer money, and because there are no more than two sexes.

SCARY: The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is now reporting that there are now more than 125 confirmed or suspected cases of Acute Flaccid Myelitis, a condition affecting children across the nation and leaving them paralyzed. One has died. They don’t yet know what causes AFM or why there is an uptick in the number of cases in recent years.

BOOKS BOOKS BOOKS: Research at Australian National University suggests that kids who grow up surrounded by books are more likely to develop skills that persist into adulthood. Skills evaluated included literacy, numeracy (using mathematical concepts in everyday life), and information communication technology (using digital technology to communicate with other people, and to gather and analyze information). Growing up with few books in the home resulted in below average levels. Being surrounded by 80 books boosted the levels to average. Values improved until libraries reached about 350 books, at which point they leveled off.
