KAVANAUGH: Senate confirms Brett Kavanaugh as 114th Supreme Court Justice in U.S. history. The vote was 50 yeas to 48 nays. Sen. Lisa Murkowski (Rino-AK) voted present. Sen. Steve Daines (R-MT) was absent, attending the wedding of his daughter in Montana. Kavanaugh will begin work on the Supreme Court bench tomorrow.
