MEDIA DISCONNECT: President Trump’s immigration policies have generated white-hot media scrutiny, but it appears that Trump’s policies are well within the mainstream of the American people. A recent poll found that 64% of Americans believed that the illegal immigrant families captured at the border should be sent home. Just 36% said they should be allowed to stay.
PRAGER UNIVERSITY: “American Media, Soviet Tactics”

CtH: In the U.S.S.R., the newspaper was called Pravda (Truth) and the wire service was called Novosti (News). The Russian people had a saying, “There is no news in Pravda or truth in Novosti.”
BEN SHAPIRO: Never Trumper, and EIC of The Daily Wire, Ben Shapiro, appeared on HBO’s “Real Time With Bill Maher” Friday evening and said Trump is too stupid to have colluded with Russia. “I don’t think he could collude with his own left foot.” Wow, really? The man who booted our economy back into high gear and made serious progress with NoKo while being undermined by spittle-spewing haters on left and right? I think I just lost interest in Ben Shapiro’s opinions.
Bluebird of Bitterness adds: Correction: Ben Shapiro is not a never-Trumper. He praises Trump whenever Trump does good things (e.g., Neil Gorsuch), and he criticizes Trump whenever he does things Ben disagrees with (e.g., tariffs). The article linked above is very misleading and unfair to Ben.
