“Chess vs. checkers is standard shorthand for suggesting a president is either smart, or not. President Trump’s forte is the latter; it’s a simple game that doesn’t call for much strategic forethought.”

Oh the humanity!
Democrat politicians tried to spin “taxpayers keep more of their own money” as “Republicans steal from the government”:
In other news, two major corporations announced they will be handing out hundreds of thousands in bonuses to their employees and investing hundreds of millions:
DAMN those Republicans!

Tim Scott is a classy guy
Liberals hate Black Republicans, so it isn’t surprising that a HuffPo contributor tweeted this about the photo above:
What a shocker… there’s ONE black person there and sure enough they have him standing right next to the mic like a manipulated prop. Way to go @SenatorTimScott. #trump #taxscambill — Andy Ostroy (@AndyOstroy) December 20, 2017
But the worthy senator from South Carolina responded with his usual class:
Uh probably because I helped write the bill for the past year, have multiple provisions included, got multiple Senators on board over the last week and have worked on tax reform my entire time in Congress. But if you’d rather just see my skin color, pls feel free. — Tim Scott @SenatorTimScott December 20, 2017
Funny … I don’t remember anyone talking about BLACK PROPS when THIS picture made the news.

New study reiterates: Abortion is not pro-woman
A new study published in the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons found that abortions are not helping or empowering women.
Nearly 1,000 post-abortive women were interviewed.
- 74% said they had felt pressured or coerced to abort their unborn babies.
- 58% said they had had their abortions to make other people happy.
- 20% said they did not feel any pressure whatsoever to abort.
When asked what ways the abortion positively impacted their life, 53% said either said “none” or did not provide a response.
Dr. Jane Orient, managing editor of the journal, told OneNewsNow that most of the women sought some sort of counseling after their abortions.
Before the pregnancy that led to an abortion, only a very small number of women had had any type of psychiatric or psychological care or counseling. Afterwards, the great majority of them had to have some sort of counseling to help them cope with post-abortion emotions.

Spell Check Is Your Friend
From the poor reporter labelled the ‘White Ho’ while standing outside the White House, to The Red Lion Area School District which may get less sponsors this year after advertising for a ‘pubic education partner’, here are some of the laughable mistakes.
I THINK WHITE HO IS PRETTY CLOSE IN O’DONNELL’S CASE
THE WORD IS S**T,BUT THEY CAUGHT IT BEFORE IT PRINTED
POOR KNUT, HE WAS ONLY 5
DON’T THINK I’LL BE ATTENDING
THERE’S TOO MUCH PUBIC EDUCATION AS IT IS
I’VE HEARD OF PEOPLE LIKE THAT
WHAT TO SERVE PEOPLE YOU REALLY DON’T LIKE AT YOUR NEXT PARTY

Wait, what? You mean the world DIDN’T end?!
Nancy Pelosi called the GOP tax plan bill, “Armageddon.”
But the Tax Foundation says it is pro-growth and will
- increase revenues by $600 billion,
- lift the GDP by 1.7%, boost wages by 1.5%, and
- add 339,000 full-time jobs to the economy.
Hardly the end of the world.
I got this in an email from Heritage Action for America:
The 2016 election provided a once in a generation opportunity for tax reform. And thanks to your efforts, the Republican-controlled Congress has delivered a huge accomplishment for the conservative movement and America as a whole.
Thirteen months ago, the American people spoke with a firm and resounding message — they demanded sweeping tax reform and lower taxes for everyone!
And this time — Congress listened. Republicans in Congress passed the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, which will help middle class families keep more dollars in their pockets, small business will get the chance to grow and thrive, and large business are now able to bring jobs back to America and increase the wages of workers.
This video is really worth watching.
