So much to do. Where to start?

There was an interesting post at Gateway Pundit this morning.

The Question Must Be Asked: Who Did Deep State Catch AG Jeff Sessions in Bed With?

But what has happened with the swamp?

The answer lies with President Trump’s Attorney General. Day after day, since he was sworn in as AG, Jeff Sessions has failed his President and the American people.
In July, after his son in law was brought in for questioning related to the fake Russia collusion story about President Trump having ties with the Russians, the President fired off at his AG.  He started by tweeting – Ukrainian efforts to sabotage Trump campaign – “quietly working to boost Clinton.” So where is the investigation A.G.

Apparently his collegiality with his former democrat senate buddies precludes him carrying out his prosecutorial duties. Lord knows there should be subpeonas flying over the Russian Dossier and Uranium sales treason. But he won’t budge. He needs to be dismissed if he can’t find it in his heart to do his job.

President Trump Declares Opioid Crisis a National Health Emergency

Actually, he didn’t. Doing so would make billions available for use to combat opioid abuse.  However, he gave an impassioned speech about the brother he lost to this disease.  Trump declares opioid epidemic the worst drug crisis in American history.

Rosie O’Donnell:  ‘I may not survive Trump presidency’

‘I seriously worry whether I will be able to live through his presidency,’ said Rosie O’Donnell in her first interview since President Trump won the election.

She said that she was so sure Hillary Clinton was going to win, ‘I literally felt such sorrow inside of me that these people were so deluded,’ she said after seeing Trump’s children tell their kids ‘Grandpa’ was going to win.

McConnell Advances Six Judicial Nominees, Base and Republicans Push for More
Senate Republicans confirmed one federal judge on Thursday and set the stage to confirm five more judges next week, including to federal appeals courts across the nation. While these are victories for President Donald Trump, conservatives caution senators that this week’s developments are a good start, but not enough to satisfy them when it comes to the federal courts.

Rep. Frederica Wilson (Dem-Florida) Has Been Missing From Congress For Days, Her Excuse Blames Trump Backlash

The Democrat from Miami was all over the media last week condemning the president for a condolence call he made to the wife of Sgt. La David Johnson, who was killed in an Oct. 4 ambush in Niger.  But after creating a torrential firestorm with her attacks, the lawmaker found herself the target of ongoing threats against her, the Miami Herald reported Wednesday.  She has since missed 19 votes between Monday, Oct. 23 and Wednesday, Oct. 25, according to the Miami Herald.

FBI Informant’s Lawyer — Obama Admin ‘Threatened’ My Client And His Career
Victoria Toensing, the lawyer for the informant, told The Daily Caller’s Vince Coglianese that Obama Justice Department lawyers told her client that “his reputation and liberty [was] in jeopardy” if he did not drop a lawsuit against the government.

On Wednesday, the Trump Justice Department released the informant from a confidentiality agreement, clearing the way for him to testify before several congressional committees about his undercover work at Uranium One, a Canada-based energy company that has ties to Bill and Hillary Clinton and their family foundation.

Pelosi on Rolling Back Religious Exemptions to Contraceptive Mandate: ‘This Is for Us A Value’

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) led a Pro-Choice Caucus briefing Thursday in support of a bill which would repeal President Trump’s exemptions from the Obamacare contraceptive mandate for groups, like the Little Sisters of the Poor, with religious and moral objections to paying for their employees’ birth control. Pelosi emphasized that ensuring all employers have to pay for their employees’ birth control “is for us a value, it’s not an issue, it’s a value, a personal respect that we have for women, for men, for families, and their planning.”

President Obama gave SC drug dealer clemency and freedom. It didn’t last

It was supposed to be redemption.

But after getting clemency from President Obama and an early release from a 20-year federal prison sentence, Daron Swygert broke bad. Again.

By October 2016, Swygert had failed three drug tests, testing positive for cocaine and marijuana. He had been to counseling to break him of addiction. But it didn’t work.

Last January, Swygert, 44, was dealing crack cocaine again on Columbia streets, selling little white rocks of the drug to a Richland County undercover operative – according to warrants in the Richland County Courthouse.
“He was a dealer who sold to other dealers,” Taylor told the judge. “Now, he’s out, doing exactly what he was doing in 2000.”

“You’d think they’d do some fact-checking,” Anderson responded.

Taylor said Swygert deserves no mercy. “He was given a break by President Obama that not many people would be given.”

Cutting Corporate Tax Rate to 20% Projected to Create 587,000 Jobs, Lift Wages and GDP

Expert says Republican tax reform framework can benefit every American in long run
The most important thing that Congress and the Trump administration can do to boost economic growth, lift workers’ wages, create jobs, and make the U.S. economy more competitive globally, is reform the business-half of our tax system,” the report states. “And one of the most critical elements of that reform is cutting the corporate tax rate.”

Matt Vespa writes today at Townhall that the Democratic Party is a total wreck. Not only do they have no message and no agenda, but also their leader is weak and clueless.

“Republicans are just killing the Left when it comes to the national committee fundraising games. Even Democrats are starting to sour on new chairman, Tom Perez, as he’s been rather slow in giving fellow party members a sign that he’s rebuilding the party.”

He also seems to be a bit clueless. For example, he doesn’t appear to have known that the Trump dossier existed and he told a law school audience recently that the Electoral College is not in the Constitution.

House Republicans cleared a crucial hurdle in their drive to overhaul the tax code Thursday after narrowly approving the Senate’s budget.

By passing the measure, 216-212, Republicans unlocked procedural powers that allow the Senate to pass a tax bill with just 51 votes — and evade Democratic filibusters.

“Today the Trump movement collected the scalp of America’s number one Never Trumper,” Andy Surabian, a senior adviser to the Great America Alliance—a sister organization of the PAC—told Breitbart News exclusively on Tuesday afternoon. “Jeff Flake represents everything that is wrong with Mitch McConnell’s failed vision of the Republican Party. President Trump’s America First movement is on a winning streak now that Jeff Flake has been left on the ash heaps of political history alongside Luther Strange and Bob Corker. And rest assured that Mitch McConnell and the rest of his Never Trump establishment cohorts are next on our agenda.”
