The No-NFL Sunday

There are still a few boneheads in the NFL who think it’s cool to protest something… anything. Protests are meaningless when they can’t even say for sure what, exactly, it is they’re protesting. Thank goodness for cable.

San Juan Mayor to Liberal Media: We Are Getting No Help From Trump – As She Stands In Front of Pallets of Aid

Puerto Rico was devastated by Hurricane Irma and then Hurricane Maria a category 5 monster hurricane two weeks later.  Just four days ago San Juan, Puerto Rico’s Democrat mayor, Carmen Yulin Cruz Soto, praised FEMA for the work on the island.  But now she’s out on all of the liberal mainstream news outlets trashing President Trump, while standing in front of pallets of aid.  Does Trump have to hand out the water bottles, too?

San Juan Mayor Praised Convicted FALN Terrorist

Yulin Cruz is a member of Puerto Rico’s Popular Democratic Party that wants the island to remain a U.S. territory. But she sounded more like a member of the island’s Independence Party in a video that surfaced back in January when President Barack Obama commuted the sentence of Rivera Lopez.

Other Puerto Rican Mayor: Trump Has Been Great, San Juan’s Mayor Has Been AWOL

Guaynabo Mayor Angel Perez Otero says that Mayor Yulin Cruz has been a no show at coordination meetings between FEMA, U.S. military officials, and Puerto Rican leaders.
“I’ve seen other mayors participating. She’s not,” said Perez Otero.  Perez Otero says he has been in constant contact with U.S. officials and is confident that they will provide the very best recovery efforts they can.

The Media Has Its ‘Kanye Moment’ On Trump — CNN, MSNBC Make Disaster Relief All About ‘Racism’

Just as rapper Kanye West once infamously said, “George Bush doesn’t care about black people,” for that president’s response to Hurricane Katrina, many mainstream media commentators are lobbing accusations of racism at President Donald Trump for his handling of the disaster in Puerto Rico.

The CNN host said, “Most Americans actually are opposed to this president, and many Americans think he’s a racist. He has a race problem. And when he tweets about Puerto Rico saying ‘they need a handout,’ he makes his race problem worse.

In a series of tweets, the President said, “The Mayor of San Juan, who was very complimentary only a few days ago, has now been told by the Democrats that you must be nasty to Trump.”

Predictable: Liberals Seek To Frame Puerto Rico As Trump’s Katrina‘Inept’ Puerto Rican government ‘riddled with corruption’: CEO

The governor Ricardo Rossello has little experience. He’s 36 and never really held a job and never dealt with a budget. His entire administration is totally inexperienced and they have no clue how to handle a crisis of this magnitude.

For instance, shortly after the hurricane hit, the government imposed a curfew from 6 pm to 6 am and then changed it. Now, it’s 7 pm to 5 am, and makes no sense. The curfew has prevented fuel trucks from transporting their loads. These trucks should have been allowed to run for 24 hours to address our needs, but they have been stalled, and so we have massive lines at gas stations and severe shortages of diesel at our hospitals and supermarkets.

Clinton Never Returned Donations From Owner of Site Linked to Underage Prostitution

Hillary Clinton’s campaign appears not to have returned or donated to charity the more than $5,000 in contributions from the former co-owner of a website linked to underage prostitution and whose donations have backed a number of current and former Democratic politicians into a corner.
The Arizona Republic published an investigative report in April that found Michael G. Lacey, the other co-owner of Backpage, donated $162,000 to Democratic politicians on the state and federal level in recent years.

Protesters March in D.C. to Demand Racial Justice

“We call on every Black woman from every American city, every walk of life, every demographic to rise together within our differences and face our common oppressors,” the March for Black Women said on its event page.
So will we open the honest discussion and ask why black men are raping and killing black women at a much higher rate?

Why is it that blacks are less likely to be able to solve their problems effectively without getting the government involved?

I’m guessing that you could relabel that poster “Stop Black Boys Growing Up Without Fathers” and not have to change a single photo.

New Book Sheds Light on Anti-Trump Agenda in Public Schools and Politicization of the Classroom

In his newly published book, The Corrupt Classroom, Lance Izumi of the Pacific Research Institute illustrates how the public school classroom has become increasingly politicized, with liberal teachers indoctrinating students with an anti-Trump and leftist agenda.
“Far from being mere anecdotal incidents—and there are lot of those—political bias is becoming systemic in public school systems and has turned many public schools into indoctrination centers for progressive ideologies and causes.”

Somebody needs to tell this dimwit that rolling over and showing your belly only works with your own alpha. When alphas from other packs threaten, playing the submissive emboldens them to increase their violence.

In his latest book, The Power of Silence, Cardinal Robert Sarah excoriates the Francis papacy.

He says the Catholic Church has been the world’s most consistent and brightest beacon of truth on Christian moral teachings. But now, under Pope Francis, the Church is rapidly sliding into self-destructive worldliness and away from its core mandate from Jesus Christ to preach the gospel in order to save souls.

He declares it is necessary to revive staunch adherence to the Catholic faith and proclaim its doctrines to the world.
