    I wonder, did he employ this “hope you hurt” philosophy when he threw in with the enemy and told us Obamacare was a tax? 😦

      When that happened, I thought the GOP might man up and use the fact that the bill had originated in the Senate, which has no authority under the Constitution to tax. Alas.
