Running over protesters on roadways could soon be legal in North Dakota

Teensy problem with this … like “hate” legislation, it attempts to legislate thought. It also downgrades manslaughter from a crime to not even a misdemeanor provided the weapon is a car and the victim is on a public highway. As completely annoying as protesters are, I think this law is a very bad idea. And who is to say the protesters are somebody we can’t like? It could just as easily be applied to pro-lifers picketing an abortion clinic. Somebody just needs to push one of them in to the road where a conveniently placed car is waiting to “accidentally” mow them down.

I haven’t always thought highly of Tucker – I still have my doubts about some things. But I admit that it seems like a lot of people really like what he is doing with his platform. I really don’t watch much television – I depend on Polination to let me know what is going on – but I might have to try his show if I ever sit down at 9:00 and think of it.

Stuffing the Bureaucracy at the 11th Hour
It would now appear that the Obama administration is acting in bad faith to try to cram as many ideologically simpatico officials as possible into senior civil service positions before they depart for Chicago or wherever they will go after decamping from the White House and the Old and New Executive Office Buildings.
This last-minute cramming poses a difficulty for the Trump White House in many arenas in which the philosophical differences between old and new presidents are marked, which is of course most particularly the case with immigration.
