Peace in Our Time

A feckless gaggle of useless-as-tits-on-a-boar-hog politicians gathered in Paris yesterday to basically puff about their self-importance and make a spectacle of themselves as they signed a worthless piece of paper demanding Israel accede to Hamas’ two-state solution plan, the basis of which is the annihalation of the Jewish state.
Remind you of anything?

All of this, of course, means nothing. Just one last chance for the haughty John Kerry, who served in Vietnam by the way, to swill champagne and wolf down escargot and gladhand all the other posers. In 4 more days the Obama Crime Family will be as relevant as yesterday’s newspaper. The United States will soon be guided by a man with a set of titanium juevos, not the limp-dicked con artist that has terrorized American citizens and turned the most powerful nation in history into a laughingstock on the global stage.

A Farcical ‘Peace’ Conference in Paris
Last gasp of an old era?

Translation: the “old world” insists that when it comes to Israel, the West’s role is to knuckle under to Arab and Muslim bullying, making Jerusalem the world’s only capital to be devoid of other countries’ embassies. If this “old world” is truly on the way out, it cannot disappear soon enough.

Netanyahu: Paris Peace Conference Is ‘Useless’
“I must say that this conference is among the last twitches of yesterday’s world. Tomorrow’s world will be different — and it is very near,” said Netanyahu seemingly referencing the inauguration of President-elect Donald Trump in five days.

Trump cancels MLK day visit to African American history museum

The incoming president, who spent this weekend waging a war of words with Rep. John Lewis (D-Ga.), had planned to visit the national museum in Washington, D.C. on Martin Luther King Day.

But senior level transition sources told ABC News on Sunday the visit is off due to unspecified “scheduling issues.”

If MLK were alive today, the Democrats would be calling him the same names they use for Justice Clarence Thomas, Doctor Ben Carson, and Senator Tim Scott. Because he was opposed to abortion and most likely voted Republican.

I googled his Republicanism and found the Left whining a lot about how it has never been confirmed. He apparently never got political, but it is an easily confirmed fact that it was the Republican Party that was the primary force behind civil rights legislation.

Northern Democrats were for it, but Southern Democrats were opposed. The DNC claims undue credit only because their racist president, LBJ, signed it.

Finally, a Republican Leader Playing Offense

Traditional Republicans specialize in defense, although poorly, and have little offensive skill. Normally Republicans are defending themselves against being racist, sexist, homophobic, anti-immigration, Islamophobic, starving children, pushing granny off the cliff, and wanting blacks back on plantations.
In the case of Democrats, the media takes a prominent team role playing both ends of the field. The media can ignore unfavorable stories. A recent example is the sudden lack of interest or coverage of the Fort Lauderdale Airport shooting after the shooter’s Muslim conversion was identified.

This is a fun article! Thanks, Pete.

“What a refreshing change for Republicans to have a party leader who can play offense and defense, effectively. An athlete the opposing team has never run up against, at least since the 1980s. And they have nothing in their playbook to stop him. A new team. A new star athlete. What a great four, and hopefully eight, years ahead!”

Sharpton: ‘Thank God we lived in the age of Obama’

No,Rev. Tarbaby;we thank God we SURVIVED the age of Obama.
“I am so proud of President Barack Obama not just because he was and is my color, but because he was America’s kind,” Sharpton said on MSNBC’s “Politics Nation.”

“He helped this country like no president I’ve seen in my lifetime. We should thank God we lived in the age of Obama.”

He “helped” this country to become poorer and less safe. So no. I’m with Pete … grateful only that we survived him.

John King Audibly Sighs With The Thought of Hillary Clinton Running for Mayor of NYC

The New York Post editoral board encouraged Clinton to seek the mayorship in a tongue in cheek editorial last Friday.

The Clinton camp has remained silent on the issue. The Clintons are scheduled to appear at President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration on Friday.

Ringling Bros. Shutdown: The End of the Circus Industry?

THE CIRCUS RAN FOR 146 YEARS.IT WAS A MAGICAL TIME AS A KID TO GO AND SEE THE CLOWNS,THE ELEPHANTS,THE LIONS,ALL THE ACTS.SADLY,THEY CAVED TO THE ANIMAL RIGHTS LUNATICS WHO WHINED ABOUT THE PACHYDERMS BEING MISTREATED,SO THEY STOPPED USING THEM LAST YEAR.WITHOUT THEM THE CIRCUS IS NOT THE SAME.NOWADAYS KIDS HAVE NO IMAGINATION OR SENSE OF ADVENTURE BEYOND THEIR MOBILE DEVICES.
But in recent years, the show struggled with sagging ticket sales and opposition from animal rights groups. Saturday’s announcement that the show is closing later this year, after nearly a century-and-a-half run, may signal the final act of an entertainment tradition embedded in American culture.

    • You don’t have to be an animal rights lunatic to oppose the use of elephants in circuses. Even if the elephants are treated humanely (and that’s a pretty big if), they just don’t belong there. They are very large, very strong, and potentially very dangerous when they aren’t handled properly. An experience I had many years ago proved to me just how dangerous they can be. I had taken my youngest child to see the Shrine Circus, which was performing in the county fairground building. The building has bleachers all along one wall, and along the opposite wall there were folding chairs, which is where my daughter and I were sitting. The large open area to the side between the folding chairs and the bleachers was reserved for the handicapped, and on that particular afternoon there were about twenty or thirty people in wheelchairs there.

Well, about halfway through the program, one of the elephants freaked out and charged into the crowd on the bleachers. The people sitting there scattered very quickly, and the elephant turned and ran out of the building and down the street, where it wandered about for a while before being recaptured.

Miraculously, there was only one injury (a child with a broken arm). But afterwards all I could think of was all those people in the wheelchairs sitting to the side. What if the elephant had charged into them? They would not have been able to get out of its way quickly (or perhaps at all), and many people could have been seriously injured, possibly killed.

The incident was blamed on “handler error;” according to the official story, an inexperienced handler had spooked the elephant and caused it to freak out. Whatever the truth of the matter, it confirmed me in the belief that elephants do not belong in circuses. They are too big, too strong, and above all, too unpredictable.

Giant Case of Leftist Hypocrisy … ISRAEL has well documented evidence that it OWNED a much bigger chunk of the Middle East than it currently occupies since WAYYYYYYYY BEFORE Mohammed was a twinkle in his daddy’s pants. Yet these same people who whine about Native Americans’ “right” to this country’s land and who want reparations for stuff that wasn’t done to them by people who are long dead do not support Israel’s right to exist.

Obama Fades Away As Trump Laughs At His Enemies

Good riddance. And welcome President Trump. I have a simple two-word request for you:Avenge us!
The last two months have been hysterically funny as President Faily McWorsethancarter desperately tried to remain relevant. He’s taken leading from behind to a whole new level – he’s actually now behind behind. No one is listening to him. No one cares
All that last-minute regulatory nonsense is getting overturned. America will be a beacon of freedom to Cubans once again. The Western land thefts will be undone. We’ll drill, baby, drill. It’s going to be awesome, as will the tsunami of liberal tears.
And there’s nothing you haters can do about it. Nothing
