LA Police Union: Police Commission Wants Cops To Run From Armed Suspects
“The key facts in this case are not in dispute. A female suspect, armed with an 8 to 9-inch knife, charged at officers, repeatedly ignored commands to stop, and was recorded yelling ‘shoot me’ as she swung her knife from side to side,” the LAPPL Board of Directors wrote in a blog post.
The armed suspect immediately closed the space between her knife and the police officers from 70 feet to no more than 5 feet in less 10 seconds. At this point, the first officer shot from his service weapon.
The Los Angeles Police Protective League had some pretty harsh words for these idiots on the commission. In their official blog, among other scathing comments, they wrote:
It sure must be easy to talk about “redeploying” an officer’s position while sipping a Diet Coke or bottled water while sitting in a police-guarded, air-conditioned room, in a cushy office chair, watching the events unfold in slow motion on a big-screen TV.

Mook Dodges Question on ‘Hillary Cover-Up Operation’ Twice

“It’s important to pull back and look at the facts,” Mook said. “The FBI did a comprehensive and deep investigation into this, and at the conclusion of that, FBI Director [James] Comey came out and said to the world that there was no case here, that they did not have evidence of wrongdoing on Hillary’s part.”
Tapper rephrased his question as a way to provide clarity to his first inquiry.
“So, what’s the Hillary cover-up operation that the IT worker was referring to?” Tapper asked.
Mook dodged answering the question, shifting blame to Republicans.
WHAT DID YOU EXPECT HIM TO SAY?
“YEAH, JAKE, SHE’S A FILTHY, LYING BITCH WHO’S BEEN GETTING AWAY WITH COMMITTING CRIMES FOR MORE THAN 30 YEARS?”

Amazon steps in to ‘fix’ Hillary book review
But result is 5-star ratings with scathingly negative comments

But Thursday afternoon, there were only 255, with many of the most critical reviews removed by Amazon, whose CEO, Jeff Bezos, owns the Washington Post, which created an army of 20 reporters and researchers to investigate the life of Donald Trump.
From suz702, who posted a five-star ranking: “I didn’t buy this book or read this book, but I have read the reviews, and enjoyed hours of entertaining, fun filled reading, expressing the TRUTH, about a crooked, lying, corrupt, terminally ill Presidential candidate, who stole the nomination from Bernie Sanders, and who is about the steal the Presidency with the use of election fraud.”

Charlie Rose on CBS: How Can Hillary Clinton Win Trust With One Debate After Failing to Do it in a Lifetime?
Good question. One debate is supposed to fix 30 years of lying and getting away with it? How’s that

‘Radical’ Liberal Judge Un-Recuses Herself In Challenge Of Obama’s Global Warming Rule
A federal judge, described during her confirmation hearings as one of the most “radical” to ever take the bench, won’t be recusing herself in the case against the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) signature global warming regulation.
This is unequivocally bad for [EPA opponents],” Brian Potts, a lawyer with Perkins Coie, told Utility Dive. “I’ve always known her to be one of the more pro-EPA judges based on her decisions and political history.”
WHY DO YOU SUPPOSE REID CHANGED THE RULES TO SHOVE ALL OBAMA’S HACK JUDGES THROUGH? IT’S HOW THEY GET WHAT THEY WANT.

Debate Details Revealed: Hillary Gets First Question
“MADAME SECRETARY: WHAT WILL IT FEEL LIKE TO GO BACK TO THE WHITE HOUSE AGAIN, THIS TIME AS PRESIDENT?”
The 90-minute debate will be broken into six, 15 minute “pods,” the Commission on Presidential Debates announced on Sunday.
Clinton will receive the first question. She will have two minutes to answer and Trump will have two minutes to respond.
That will be followed by 10 minutes of open conversation and debate.

Where did all those ‘Trump Lies’ articles come from this weekend? The Clinton campaign, of course
The New York Times started the chain reaction on Saturday: “A Week of Whoppers”
Then, the LA Times, Washington Post and Politico followed suit.
As CNN media analyst Brian Stelter points out, the publications claim the timing was a coincidence:
Several of the editors who were involved said the timing was a coincidence. But there was clearly a desire to publish stories before Monday’s debate, when Trump and Clinton’s truthfulness will surely be at issue.
“Never in modern presidential politics has a major candidate made false statements as routinely as Trump has,” the L.A. Times declared on page one of Sunday’s paper.
Politico Magazine’s team analyzed every statement made by both Trump and Clinton for five days and said “the conclusion is inescapable: Trump’s mishandling of facts and propensity for exaggeration so greatly exceed Clinton’s as to make the comparison almost ludicrous.”
Stelter’s sources also claimed there was no coordination with the Clinton campaign.

Trump campaign manager worried Clinton will say The Donald is being ‘mean to a woman’ during the debate if he questions her record
Kellyanne Conway said she’s concerned that Clinton’s ‘going to try to interrupt him and confuse the people watching’
‘And then people will say, “He was mean to a woman,” and the headlines will scream and Twitter will blow up, even if it’s not true’
Said the Clinton campaign is ‘suggesting that the questions will be tougher on her because of sexism…Seriously?’
Conway also said she’s tracking Trump reporters’ tweets and has singled out two journalists as being negative toward him 92 percent of the time

OF COURSE SHE’S GOING TO PLAY THE VICTIM… IT’S ALL SHE HAS

Election model gives Clinton 332 electoral votes
IT WILL ALL BE OVER SOON ENOUGH
The model, which chooses a party, not a candidate, to win, awards Electoral College votes based on state-by-state outcomes.
The model shows a clear Clinton victory with the candidates slated to face off in their first presidential debate on Monday night.
The latest forecast puts 16 states, which includes Washington, D.C., firmly in Democratic territory, with 11 more leaning in that direction, for a total of 332 electoral votes.

Hillary Supporter Cries Sexism When Cop Tells Her To Stop Cursing At Trump Voters

Social justice warriors understand the constitution the same way Bill Clinton understood Juanita Broaddrick’s personal boundaries.
A Hillary supporting social justice warrior became enraged when a police officer told her that stopping by Trump voters’ houses to curse at them is not what the Founding Fathers meant by freedom of speech.

Michelle Obama can’t hide her disdain for Melania Trump
There is no sugarcoating Michelle Obama’s venomous response to a question from Stephen Colbert on Tuesday night. At the same time black mobs were beating up innocent white people in Charlotte, North Carolina, showing no mercy, Mrs. Obama, appearing on Colbert’s late night show, went after Melania Trump.
HER PROBLEM IS A NANNY GOAT IS MORE FEMININE THAN HER FAT ASS
Is Michelle Obama’s obvious disdain for Melania a post-traumatic response from her Princeton days? Maybe. In 2010, the wrath of Michelle was directed at another fashion model, former first lady of France, Carla Bruni, in a now famous photo.

The Show Must Go On

The big day has arrived. The much-anticipated showdown between the Dowager Queen and the Media Mogul. In the porta-potty that is the NBC complex they are anticipating a viewership in excess of 100 million. There has already been a lot of hype and today promises more of the same.

Clinton team making last-minute play to work the refs ahead of the first debate

The Democratic nominee’s communications director, Jennifer Palmieri, has approached members of the press twice this a week with concerns about moderators treating Clinton unfairly. Palmieri warned reporters Friday to be on the lookout for any falsehoods that GOP nominee Donald Trump might repeat during the debate on Sept. 26.
“Debates are about each candidate laying out their vision for America, not making things up. Donald Trump has shown a clear pattern of repeating provably false lies and hoping no one corrects him. Voters and viewers should keep track: Any candidate who tells this many lies clearly can’t win the debate on the merits,” Palmieri said in a conference call.

Hillary Gets Super-Sized Podium To Compete With Trump

Before Republican nominee Donald Trump and Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton debate each other Monday, Clinton’s podium needed some adjustments.
Trump is a towering 6’2″ and Clinton is only 5’4″. To even the height field, Clinton’s podium now has plywood placed in the middle, according to WABC Radio Host Rita Cosby. The WABC journalist gained exclusive access to the podiums, which not only show Clinton’s is now a bit larger than Trump’s, but that there is also a small box Clinton might stand on.

Trump, Clinton enter debate facing dramatically different expectations

Mrs. Clinton, a lifelong politician’s wife turned politician, is hoping to show she is the only serious candidate. Mr. Trump, a novice politician who battered his way through the Republican primary race with insults and a lack of policy, will be at pains to prove he can behave on the biggest stage.

PAULA JONES Wants to Join GENNIFER FLOWERS in Front Row at Presidential Debate
On Friday the Clinton Campaign announced they were giving Mark Cuban a seat in the front row to troll Donald Trump during the presidential debate on Monday.
MIKE PENCE AND KELLYANNE CONWAY HAVE BOTH CONFIRMED THAT FLOWERS WILL NOT, INDEED, BE IN ATTENDANCE.
THAT’S A GOOD THING BECAUSE IT WOULD TURN THE ENTIRE DEBATE INTO A SHAM AND GIVE THE WAGS AN OPPORTUNITY TO BEAT UP TRUMP FOR PICKING ON A POOR SICK WOMAN. DOES THE NAME RICK LAZIO MEAN ANYTHING TO YOU?
Three Pieces of Debate Advice for Donald Trump

First, corruption. Donald Trump can say, “Hillary, I’ll take it at your word that when you and your husband left the Oval Office, you were – as you put it – “broke.” I want to know, the American people should know, how it is that you and your husband have since earned over $230 million? Since you left graduate school, the two of you have either been running for office or been in office. The media doesn’t seem interested in the question. But the American people deserve an answer. Too many of our public servants are getting rich trading on their political connections. It’s not just you, Hillary. Let’s take Senator Tom Daschle and Senator Trent Lott – who spent their entire lives in Congress. They are now rich men. I could go on and on.

Report: Lester Holt May Pull a Candy Crowley at First Presidential Debate
CNN’s Brian Stelter says Lester Holt is signaling to his NBC colleagues that he may enter the fray in Monday night’s presidential debate as a participant rather than a moderator — thanks to intense left-wing backlash over Matt Lauer’s performance at the “Commander in Chief Forum” weeks ago.
DON’T THINK HE HASN’T BEEN REMINDED OF HIS JOB, WHICH IS TO PROTECT CANKLES AT ALL COSTS.

Trump’s debate strategy: Let Clinton talk
“I think both candidates face huge challenges. Both of them are not well liked by the American people. She’s an accomplished debater. But she has a style that is oftentimes grating on people,” said Karl Rove, former adviser to President George W. Bush.
The Clinton campaign is pursuing its own unique debate approach — pre-emptively casting Trump as a “habitual liar.”
Hillary and the debate rules
Against expectations, the Presidential Debate Commission has adopted rules that do not favor Hillary Clinton. She will have to stand the entire 90 minutes. With no stool. And no commercial breaks. Her campaign’s request that she have a booster to make her appear close in height to Donald Trump was turned down.
Look for one or more bathroom breaks. Then look for claims she took meds when she went to the little girls’ room.
How could this have happened to Our Gal Hill? Lifezette told us a week ago:
The men and women who run the supposedly “nonpartisan” Commission on Presidential Debates have put their money where their mouths are — and it all has gone to Democrat Hillary Clinton.
THIS ARTICLE WAS WRITTEN TWO DAYS AGO; APPARENTLY THEY CHANGED THEIR MINDS. COLOR ME SURPRISED.

Max Brooks: Clinton’s Poll Numbers ‘Not Her Fault,’ It’s Because Media ‘Has Forgotten What Their Constitutional Duty Is’
After Clinton’s struggles in the polls in Florida came up, Brooks said, “Yeah, but that’s not her fault. That’s because the media has forgotten what their constitutional duty is.”
He continued, “Well, the reason we have a free press, the whole reason it’s in the Constitution is to inform us, the electorate about what we’re voting on, and they’ve forgotten that. They think this is a circus. They think this is ‘dancing with the stars.’ And so, they have given Trump probably a trillion dollars’ worth of free press over the course of this campaign.”
