The Rule of Law Is for Little People

To the surprise of absolutely no one of reasonable intelligence, FBI director James Comey, either bought off, scared off, or complicit in the whole tawdry criminal empire that is the Clinton cabal, today announced that even though crimes were committed there would be no charges filed against She Who Will Not Be Denied. Her three hour ‘interview’ with the FBI this weekend was nothing but a charade, as has been her entire political career.
FBI Director on Hillary Emails: A Person Who Engaged in Similar Circumstances “Would Face Sanctions”

FBI Director James Comey exonerated Hillary Clinton of criminal prosecution in the investigation of her email scandal on Tuesday.
Then Comey added this:
“To be clear this is not to suggest that in similar circumstances a person who engaged in this activity would face no consequences. To the contrary those individuals are often subject to security or administrative sanctions but that’s not what we’re deciding here. “

‘The System Is Rigged’: Trump Reacts to FBI Decision

Despite finding that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was “extremely careless” in her use of a private server, that top secret information was stored, sent, and received on it, and that hostile foreign actors probably gained access to her emails, FBI Director James Comey announced Tuesday morning that the agency does not believe criminal charges are appropriate in this case.

Clinton Campaign Responds to FBI Announcement

The Clinton camp appeared to be pretty confident throughout all this. They know there is one set of rules for them and another set of rules for everybody else.

Good question: why is Hillary Clinton using Air Force One on the campaign trail?

Today the President of the United States will be in North Carolina, but it’s not for some sort of domestic economic summit or an official meeting with the governor. He’s going there to campaign on the 2016 election trail, and he’ll be giving his friend Hillary Clinton a lift in Air Force One. This is rising the usual questions among quite a few people, including Clinton’s opponent, Donald Trump. (CNN)
Well, the “who pays” question is already a known issue. Since this isn’t an official White House business trip, but rather a specific campaign stop, the public doesn’t foot all of the bill. Clinton’s campaign will have to reimburse the taxpayers for a portion of the expenses, but it’s only a drop in the bucket. As the CNN report indicates, they will likely be billed at a rate comparable to booking passage on a private jet. That cost, however, will be minuscule compared to the actual expense of operating the President’s airplane, which clocks in at nearly a quarter million dollars per hour.

Huma Abedin Admits That Hillary Burned Daily Schedules

Hillary Clinton’s closest aide revealed in a deposition last week that her boss destroyed at least some of her schedules as secretary of state — a revelation that could complicate matters for the presumptive Democratic nominee, who, along with the State Department she ran, is facing numerous lawsuits seeking those public records.

NY Times: A President Hillary Clinton May Keep Lynch as Attorney General

The story is certain to be interpreted by some as an attempt by unknown Clinton associates to influence the Justice Department decision about whether to indict Clinton for possible crimes related to her use of a private email server while secretary of state. Lynch has indicated she would accept the recommendation of the FBI and career DOJ officials in the matter, but she has not formally recused herself from the case.

  2. “…it was a mistake to use her personal email and she would not do it again.”

That actually WORKS?!? Let’s find out:

“it was a mistake to shoot that guard during the bank robbery and he would not do it again”

“it was a mistake to scream out the name of my previous lover during climax and I would not do it again”

“it was a mistake for Bill to smoodge that blue dress and he would not do it again”

    Well, waddaya know! Absolution!

One positive note on our Highway to Hell: at least now the frog knows he’s being boiled. Oh, and Comey’s grandkids get to live. There’s that.
