Donald Trump accuses Ted Cruz of voter fraud, demands ‘new election’ in Iowa

HE ALSO SAYS HE ‘SUE HIS ASS OFF’ OVER CITIZENSHIP
Two days after finishing second to Ted Cruz in the Iowa caucuses, Donald Trump is accusing the Texas senator of fraud and demanding that either a “new election” take place in the Hawkeye State or that its results be “nullified.”

“Ted Cruz didn’t win Iowa, he stole it,” Trump tweeted on Wednesday. “That is why all of the polls were so wrong and why he got far more votes than anticipated. Bad!”

I’M STILL NOT CONVINCED HE WON’T GO THIRD PARTY IF HE DOESN’T WIN THE NOMINATION.
“The polls say I’m winning!’ he’ll claim.

GOP Exits: Spoiler Alert–Trump Didn’t Convince Conservatives

One of the interesting aspects of this poll is the very conservative and conservative blocks breaking for Cruz and Rubio. One could make a judgment that this sets up what some have been calling for when 2016 really gets going: a Cruz/Rubio fight for the nomination.

The way I see it, Trump’s problem is that conservatives, on the whole, are more educated, affluent and base their judgement on rational thought, as opposed to democrats who deal strictly on raw emotion and play on the abject ignorance of their base. It’s fun watching Trump piss a lot of people off, because he has enough money to get away with it. I don’t doubt for a minute if he were elected he would return to his liberal roots.

Hillary: No ‘Sensible American’ Wants to Turn the White House Over to a Republican

We can’t let the Republicans rip away the progress we’ve made. We can’t let them go back to trickle-down economics, repeal the Affordable Care Act. We can’t let them stack the Supreme Court for another generation against common sense kind of changes that we need.

Obama borrows from Bush in first visit to U.S. mosque
“We have seen an alarming willingness on the part of some Republicans to try to marginalize law-abiding, patriotic Muslim Americans, and it is offensive,” White House press secretary Josh Earnest said Tuesday. “We have seen a willingness on the part of leading Republican presidential candidates to try to appeal to people’s fears and anxieties.”

White House aides say Obama won’t call out any Republicans by name during his visit to the Islamic Society of Baltimore mosque.

Gender Apartheid’: NYT Op-Ed Calls Obama Mosque Visit a Setback for Muslim Women’s Rights

To Muslim women’s rights activists fighting for equal access to mosques as part of a broader campaign for reform — from equal education for women and girls to freedom from so-called “honor killings” — the president’s visit to a mosque that practices such blatant inequity represents a step backwards. While it may be meant to convey a message of religious inclusiveness to American Muslims, the visit demonstrates tacit acceptance of a form of discrimination that amounts to gender apartheid.

IT WOULDN’T MATTER HOW MUCH YOU GIVE THEM;IT WOULD NEVER BE ENOUGH
First reported by the Associated Press, the bill penned by Democratic Councilmember Kenyan McDuffie gained unanimous approval from the D.C. Council. The legislation, called the “Neighborhood Engagement Achieves Results Amendment Act of 2016 (NEAR Act),” would establish an office to identify as many as 200 residents annually who are at risk of committing violent crimes or becoming a victim of such crimes.
