Promoting sin

Progs promoting sin

August 26, 2015: David French at National Review writes:

The evidence is now overwhelming that this (latest) shooting was in large part about race. The shooter wanted vengeance for Charleston, he wanted a “race war,” and he was known for angry, unfounded accusations of racial persecution:

’Why did I do it? I put down a deposit for a gun on 6/19/15. The Church shooting in Charleston happened on 6/17/15…’

’What sent me over the top was the church shooting. And my hollow point bullets have the victims’ initials on them.’

’As for Dylann Roof? You [redacted]! You want a race war [redacted]? BRING IT THEN YOU WHITE …[redacted]!!!” . . . He goes on to say that he has faced both racial and sexual discrimination as a black, gay man and that he was just waiting to explode.

’Yes, it will sound like I am angry…I am. And I have every right to be. But when I leave this Earth, the only emotion I want to feel is peace…’

’The church shooting was the tipping point…but my anger has been building steadily…I’ve been a human powder keg for a while…just waiting to go BOOM!!!!’

So, how does the President of the United States respond? It’s the guns of course, and the guns are worse than terrorists. No, I’m not making this up: His quote:

“It breaks my heart every time you read about or hear about these kinds of incidents,” Obama said. “What we know, is that the number of people who die from gun-related incidents around this country dwarfs any deaths that happen through terrorism.”

So now we’re using domestic racial violence to not just bolster the case for gun control but also to diminish the threat of international terrorism? This statement is almost beyond belief — even for Obama.

Look for the shooting to trigger another round of gun control proposals, none of which would have stopped this crime.

As for terrorism? The hundreds of thousands of victims of jihadist violence since 2009 could not be reached for comment. Nor could the recently-gassed Kurds. Nor could the young Yazidi sex slaves. Nor could Iranian nuclear scientists. They’re too busy trying to engineer the apocalypse.

Veritas exposes Hillary’s campaign skirting election laws

The Clinton campaign told Time Magazine that it is the campaign’s policy to “register all voters, regardless of their preference in candidates.”

Well, yes, because that’s the law.

But, as with so many other areas, there’s the law as it applies to the rest of us and then there’s the law as Hillary Clinton thinks it applies to her.

Privilege def with Hillary

Project Veritas captured Hillary’s paid campaign organizer, Sarah Sterner, specifically instructing volunteers to FIRST find out if people are Hillary supporters BEFORE offering to help them register to vote.

O’Keefe ends the video with a warning to Hillary that there is much more damaging stuff to come.  I can’t wait!

It’s pretty much the same as it’s always been. Kids all excited to get back to class, seeing their friends after a summer of adventure. It’s a whole lot different than when most of us went to school. We had archaic instruments like rulers, protractors, and compasses (those things you clamped a pencil in and twirled to make circles.) We learned about something called penmanship, we used paper and pencil to diagram sentences (remember those?) and multiplied and did long division and you had to SHOW YOUR WORK!

It’s so much different nowadays when everything is electronic. Can any of these little darlings do math without a calculator? Use their smart phone to spell check?

The principle at our grade school was a family friend and Granny would march me to his office the first day every year and grant permission for Mr. Larkin to warm my behind if I misbehaved. Of course, back then kids had respect for teachers, didn’t try to assault them, and most of them finished high school without getting pregnant. If a girl did, she was taken out of school because her family was shamed. Now they have daycare classes for the 14-15 year olds who are already mothers.

I continue to pray for our country with the future in the hands of these little critters.

All the grandkids went back yesterday:  RJ is in 7th and big sis is in 9th…HIGH SCHOOL!  Daughter called me the other night having a mortality crisis. I assured her it never gets any easier.

Author Defends Black Lives Matter Textbook for White 6th Graders

ABDO, a Minnesota-based book publisher, is set to release a middle school textbook written by Professor Duchess Harris and Sue Bradford Edwards about the anti-police movement Black Lives Matter.

The ABDO Publishing website, describing the 112-page Black Lives Matter textbook, says, “Black Lives Matter covers the shootings that touched off passionate protests, the work of activists to bring about a more just legal system, and the tensions in US society that these events have brought to light.”

In a recent appearance on Fox and Friends Weekend, Radio host Larry Elder said the Black Lives Matter textbook is about “indoctrinating children to believe that that black people are victims and white people should feel guilty about it.”

Added by CtH:  I’ve said this before, but I’ll just say it again cuz I can.

  • God’s way is forgiveness and love.
  • Satan’s way is shame and hatred.
  • Black Lives Matter is preaching the latter.
