Comments enabled. This is obnoxious. The setting is buried in a drop down menu where you have to KNOW to go check if it’s on or not. Grumble grumble.

  2. Wow, that’s a pretty good nutshell! He’s more like a tropical storm than a President.

Oh good. Maybe it’s temporary here. I just published the Netanyahu one and that video isn’t showing (yet) either. … Meanwhile, I think WP stopped telling me what number blog I was posting! I was watching my count head toward 4,000. Will I not know when I get there now??? Wahhhh.

        • Really? I’m pretty sure it should continue to tell you the number of each post as you post them. That’s weird! I wonder if there’s not something else wrong.

I think the whole new system is glitchy. They just put it up last night. I’m still having trouble posting. If I Preview, then the Publish button disappears and I have to open PN with my bookmarked link (cuz it’s also not available on the new page) then open Dashboard, then click Edit the blog, which is still in Draft. THEN I get the OLD format, which actually works, and I can PUBLISH from there. Sigh. They’ll sort it out. They always do.

            • Oh, that explains it. I have luckily only got the new format dashboard once, and then it was back to the old, which still works. If they’re pushing the new format out to you more often/completely, that explains why your stuff is glitchier. I can’t wait to get stuck with that permanently! 😯

              • Here’s something that seems to work: If I hit the “edit” button next to the headline, I get the new format, but if I go to the drop-down menu at the top left-hand corner and click on “dashboard,” then on “posts,” I get the old format, which is much easier and faster to use. It involves another step or two but it’s worth it.
