What are they hiding?

2014_07 01 Congressman barred from immigrant facility

Bridenstine’s press release stated:

“There is no excuse for denying a federal representative from Oklahoma access to a federal facility in Oklahoma where unaccompanied children are being held. Any member of Congress should have the legal authority to visit a federal youth detention facility without waiting three weeks. What are they trying to hide? Do they not want the children to speak with members of Congress?”

More than 52,000 unaccompanied children and 39,000 women with children have been apprehended at the southwest border this year. Three-quarters of them are from countries other than Mexico.

  1. I wish my congressman had pushed his way in, punching people if necessary. Would they arrest him? I’d like to see it.

But Sheila Jackson Lee can get to hand out lollipops to the little gangsters.

    “Whenever any form of government…”

Yeah, I was pretty suspicious it was the R on his name that kept him out more than any lack of an appointment.
