Sorry. No can do. She is a chameleon, not a real woman. In her own narrative of her early years, she was a devoted advocate for women and children in Arkansas. But listen to this interview in which she recalls a case she handled in 1975, the same year she married Bill.
In the early hours of May 10, 1975, the Springdale, Arkansas police department received a call from a nearby hospital. It was treating a 12-year-old girl who said she had been raped. The suspect was identified as Thomas Alfred Taylor, a 41-year-old factory worker and friend of the girl’s family.
Hillary Clinton agreed to serve as the court-appointed attorney for the suspect. She got him off with time served in county jail. Listen to the tape and hear how she did that and how she appears to have felt about it.
There isn’t a smidgen of concern in her voice for the victim. Not one. Yes, having agreed to take the case, she had an obligation to do her best to defend the client. But if she was such a hotshot advocate for women and children, what was she doing defending an alleged rapist in the first place? And where was her concern years later when this interview happened that she had been responsible for letting this man back out into society?
The Hillary Clinton Tapes
This is Barack’s 175th round of golf since taking office. Dubya only played 24 rounds in office.
This is from the About Us page @ http://www.monsterenergy.com/#!/pages%3Aabout: “In short, at Monster all our guys walk the walk in action sports, punk rock music, partying, hangin’ with the girls, and living life on the edge. Monster is way more than an energy drink. Led by our athletes, musicians, employees, distributors and fans, Monster is… A lifestyle in a can.”
So yeah … maybe the 666 and phi and “unleash the beast” actually do add up to a company that actively embraces sin.
Brawley Union School officials edited out all references to Jesus and prayer in three successive versions of Hamby’s graduation address. One administrator went so far as to redact every “dirty bits” religious reference with a black marker.
He and his parents were told that if Brooks interjected “religious content”, the sound would be cut off and a disclaimer to the entire audience made explaining the district’s position.
While Brooks didn’t want to compromise his faith and values by watering down the message, he also wasn’t interested in outright rebellion. So he wrote a fourth version and emailed it to the superintendent, principal and counselor. When it was time for him to speak, he had received no reply from them, so he used it. In part it said:
“In simply coming before you today, I presented three drafts of my speech – all of them denied on account of my desire to share my personal thoughts and inspiration to you in my Christian faith. In life, you will be told no. In life, you will be asked to do things that you have no desire to do. In life, you will be asked to do things that violate your conscience and your desire to do what is right.”
“So I will leave you with this, with a quote from the biggest best-selling book of all time in history: ‘You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot’. Be the salt of the earth, be strong and stand for your convictions and do what is right, ethical, moral, and Godly, no matter the cost to you.”
“May the God of the Bible bless each and every one of you every day in the rest of your lives.”
Nobody shut off the microphone.
Hiram Sasser, an attorney for the Liberty Institute, told Fox News’ Todd Starnes that Brooks was on firm legal ground to deliver the original version of his speech.
“It is outrageous that a government school official would demand that a salutatorian submit his speech for government review for the purpose of censoring religious speech. Even in the Ninth Circuit, no government official may censor simple references to God that served as personal acknowledgment by Brooks of something greater than himself.”
WHY BENGHAZI MATTERS by Bill Whittle
NOTE: This is a good analysis of the timeline of the attack and the cover-up. CAVEAT: So far as I have been able to discern, the photo he used of “Ambassador Stevens being dragged through the streets” is not Ambassador Stevens. I posted this information in the comments at the video.
Americans killed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, attack on May 12, 2003: Nine American defense contractors killed.
UNLIKE BENGHAZI: Prior to the attack, the State Department issued numerous warnings of a potential attack. Afterwards, Bush immediately condemned it as a terrorist attack. And the attackers were all killed.
Americans killed in Karachi, Pakistan, attack on March 2, 2006: One American diplomat killed instantly.
UNLIKE BENGHAZI: It was all over with one bang. There was no 8-hour-long siege featuring a U.S. President and his Secretary of State who could not be located. Also, it was not in a recent war zone where an approaching 9/11 anniversary made it a prime target. The embassy had not requested extra security or, having asked for more security, had existing security removed. Nearby service personnel were not told to sit on their thumbs while Americans were under siege. And no one lied or said it was anything other than what it was … a terrorist attack. And the attacker (suicide bomber) was killed instantly.
Americans killed during Benghazi, Libya attack on September 11, 2010: Our Ambassador, a staff member and two soldiers who defied orders to stand down.
WHY BENGHAZI MATTERS:
- Prior to the attack, the ambassador begged for additional security due to increased threats and one actual attack on the compound that might have been a practice run for breaching the wall.
- The State Department removed rather than added security.
- During the attack, nearby armed Americans were repeatedly ordered to stand down.
- For weeks afterwards, Obama and his staff blamed the attack on a protest over a YouTube video.
- When evidence proved they had known from the start it was a terrorist attack, Obama claimed he’d always said so, which was a blatant and glaring lie.
- When asked under oath by a Congressional Committee what she knew and when she knew it, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton screeched, “What difference does it make?!” This is the same Hillary Clinton who got fired from the Watergate investigation for exceeding the law in her efforts to get Nixon impeached for lying to Americans about what he knew and when he knew it.
- The White House switched to “It was a long time ago” and “It’s a fake scandal” and “Republicans only care about Benghazi because RAACISM.”
- Left-wing apologists created a deceptive list of other embassy attacks that allegedly “proved” Republican hypocrisy.
- The attackers have not only never been capture, so far as the public knows, our people aren’t even looking for them.
