Obamacare vs The Affordable Care Act

Jimmy Kimmel reveals how stupid the American public really is [4:01]

A constitutional republic cannot survive without a well-informed public.

Those who want the United States of America to fail have always known this.

That’s why they targeted education, starting back in the mid-20th century, Left-ifying the colleges that were training teachers and journalists.

And that is why we now have a huge population of “sheeple” voters who believe whatever the Left-dominated, Democrat Talking Points pushing, Mainstream media outlets tell them to believe.

  1. Oprah gave Jarrett an instant, flat out NO when asked to help pimp O’care. But it doesn’t appear her conversion has had anything to do with waking up to the train wreck Obama has been as president. It’s cuz she gots her big ol’ panties in a wad.

Everyone remembers that Oprah went all out for Obama during the 2008 presidential election. What was not reported was that, in return, Oprah was promised unique access to the White House if Obama won. She’d get regular briefings on initiatives and a heads-up on programs to give her material for her fledgling cable network, OWN.

“Oprah intended to make her unique White House access a part of her new network,” a source close to Oprah told me. “There were big plans, and a team was put together to come up with proposals that would have been mutually beneficial.

“But none of that ever happened. Oprah sent notes and a rep to talk to Valerie Jarrett, but nothing came of it. It slowly dawned on Oprah that the Obamas had absolutely no intention of keeping their word and bringing her into their confidence.”

    • This reminds me of what happened with KD, who just lurved me so much and was so very grateful for all my hard work on his website that he promised me a permanent, top-right, free ad at HB if I set up a website for my jewelry.

      • But you got a tee-shirt, at least, right? 😉

        • Nope. No t-shirt. But I did get a Hillbuzz mug! Of course, I designed and paid for it myself … just like the four mugs I sent Kevin as a gift. My mug is shoved all the way to the back of the cupboard. I’d toss it but it has Baby Buzz on it.

I know what I would have done with that hellbuzz mug.

          • Well, ZMalfoy took a day off work to show him around Washington DC once when he was in town. He might have bought her lunch for her trouble. If so, that was probably more than any thanks you ever got. But you never know. KD might have cleaned all the change out of her car’s ashtray and stolen one of her favorite music CDs when she wasn’t looking.

BTW, Dearest popped your hydrosol in the post this afternoon.

I use my left thumb and index finger behind the upper canines to pull up, hold the mister in my right with index finger on pump … using one of lower fingers to push down on lower jaw and thumb and other fingers to stabilize the bottle. One or two squirts into the mouth and it’s done for the day.

Once you get the hang, it’s quick and easy. It works best if they don’t eat anything afterwards for a while. I squirt them before I make my first cuppa. They don’t get their breakfast until after I’ve had my coffee and prayer time, so that works.

I also highly recommend you get an OraPup tongue brush and a bottle of Lickies. They get that right before they get fed for the day, when they’re hungriest. The brushing works best when they lick vigorously and they do that best when they’re eager for the breakfast they know I’m going to start dishing out soon.

              • Thanks very much, Chrissy. That will beat the $200 (at least) anesthesia mouth appointment. So, when spraying, you just get it into the mouth? You don’t aim for the teeth particularly? Please thank DH for me, also, if you would.

                • Just aim it into his/her? mouth. Doesn’t matter where it lands. The essential oils spread out into the saliva and start doing their good work with those enzymes. That’s why the recommend 15 minutes or so between squirting and eating.

When you run out (it’ll be a while), email me. If you don’t mind sterilizing your own mister, I can send you a lot more in a bigger, lighter weight plastic bottle for the same price. I don’t do anything complicated, just rinse with hot tap water and spritz the mister and pump thing with H202. It seems to be plenty.

If you don’t already keep a hydrogen peroxide sprayer on your kitchen sink, get one. They’re cheap and it is the safest antibiotic for you and your pooch. I also recommend a white vinegar sprayer. I do my counters, the dog’s dishes, and lots of other stuff with a vinegar, rinse, H202, rinse and/or air dry treatment.

Vinegar and H202 in sequence kills more germs than chlorine bleach, without being toxic to bigger life forms. The H202 degrades to water and dries, so I use it second.

Plus, did you ever notice how slimey dog dishes get? White vinegar cuts right through that. Also, one of my dogs picks through the bathroom trash, but she dislikes the taste of vinegar, so I spritz the trash and she leaves it alone. H202 is also safe to use on doggy boo boos.

                • Outstanding. Thanks! We also use the H2O2 a lot, so we’re comfortable with that. Will let you know how it goes. 🙂

I am not surprised Barry dissed Oprah. Maybe it was because moo was jealous?
In any case her ratings took such a slide when she endorsed The One, that I am sure she realizes that if she does it again, what minute ratings she has now will be down to zero if she continues to promote the Zero.

Google “oprah’s network failing 2013” … she doesn’t have her old show anymore. She has a NETWORK. Her connections at the White Hut were going to help ensure its success. Getting shut out has cost her big time.

If you check into what little is known of his political career, this is what he does.People helped him with connections and big money power brokers, then after he got what he wanted from them,he turned his back like they never existed.People have sacrificed for this arrogant nothing his entire life.

    • He totally screwed over his political mentor. She helped launch his bid for state senator, then he turned around and threw her under a bus. He is a bad, bad man.

I was really struggling with today’s spiritual reading, “Pray for your enemies.” I have so much anger for these people, especially when it comes to the military. Our kids are still coming home in pieces and boxes. Dems don’t give a crap about them or Barry’s war. I hate to say I hate anyone, but damn … it feels like hate.

Tonight I gave it to my Lord and He helped me pray a sincere prayer that made me feel a lot better. “Show them their sins as you see them and help to be truly repentant.”

      • Good, prayerful contemplation on that. I struggle with it, too. Glad you are able to get somewhere with it. One of the things that helps me is to consider how much of the truth – and the culpability – is hidden from us. OBlowMe is not the source of the evil, though it passes through his miserable hands and slides easily off his forked tongue past his loathsome purple lips. Ultimately he is just the stooge who was tricked by the father of lies and all the willing servants who gather so thickly around him. There are many others (other than just B. Hussein) who deserve your condemnation, and I suspect that most of them will slink off nearly scot-free when things end very badly for him. Plenty of blame to go around. I have a weird feeling that his handlers never planned for him to come out of this victorious – or live long enough to enjoy his Hawaiian golf retirement. In the end, he may just be the pathetic fall guy who people pity. It’s not going to stop us from breaking out the good whiskey to toast his demise, though. 🙂
