It’s been a week, hasn’t it? Anger, outrage, frustration and betrayal. It’s not like the outcome wasn’t predetermined, but it’s still depressing to watch helplessly as Oblahblah takes out his weiner and whizzes on us. “If you don’t like some piece of legislation, win some elections.”
I’m going to forget about McConnell’s bribe-taking and Boehner’s utter cowardice. I’m going on a very special trip with some special peopleI haven’t told you about yet. I will Monday. Till then, try to relax. The bridle is more comfortable if you don’t take the bit in your teeth.

DataTables is a very long and complex piece of website software used for formatting and presenting data. Its owner allows free use PROVIDED users give credit and keep copyright notices in the software where the software is used.
Healthcare.gov uses it, but does not give credit or include the copyright notice.
Jeryl Bier examined the two programs and said there is no doubt the SpryMedia code was embedded into Healthcare.gov. They even retained helpful SpryMedia comments within the coding.
But they removed the SpryMedia copyright statements which are normally embedded right in the same code.
In other words, the people that Obama Democrats hired (for an exorbitant sum) to create Healthcare.gov actually went to the trouble to REMOVE the one thing the generous owners of this program ASKED be kept.
SpryMedia, owner of DataTables copyright, is pursuing legal action against HHS.
