Yesterday we witnessed the best and the worst in our party.On the one hand,Rand Paul and a few other senators with steel spines stood up to the dictatorial juggernaut that is the Obama Regime.Predictably,there were the petulant crybabies who have resented the fresh ideas that Paul,Cruz,Rubio et al brought with them to Washington.
I made a comment earlier on another thread that the tours were conducted by volunteers.This is true,but security is still required.CNN’s Jonathon Karl,in a rare act of journalism figured out the cost came to $18,000/week.As an aside,the White Hut tour director has received 430,000 in raises over the last four years and makes over $100K per year.Barry is going to regret doing this.Check the links and you’ll see why.

I think there are only about 5 counties in all of Virginia where this could work, and Accomac is one of them. For the rest of the state, it will never happen.
Just in my county we nominated a Republican for Commonwealth Attorney (basically the county prosecutor) that the big shot Republican legislators and Eric Cantor did not like. Those a-holes forfeited their membership in the Republican party for a year and got someone else to run in a 3-way race. Needless to say, the Democrat won, the original Republican candidate eventually committed suicide, and all of the big shots were reinstated as members just in time for the RNC convention in Tampa, and for Eric Cantor to be on the ballot in Nov. 2012.
Bill Bolling has still not ruled out an Independent run for Gov. this year against Cuccinelli and Terry McCauliffe. I am at a loss about how to deal with those jerks. Rand Paul and Ted Cruz and Mike Lee gave me a little hope last night, though.

The Rinos are trying to hang on for their lives. They know their days are numbered, and it just pisses me off that they would rather lose the damn house than embrace the tea party movement.
I too was heartened by the Rand Paul brigade, even in lieu of the Judas’s who sat down with BHO. (wasn’t it a coincidence that they were invited to dinner on this of all nights, how conveinant that they would have a good excuse not to show up for the filibuster).
Go Rand Paul. I am ready for third party.

I have been getting some very strange phone calls this week, starting at about 12:30 AM on Tuesday. They guy keeps calling over and over and has a foreign accent. He says “Hello, Sexy” even on the answering machine (because I never have actually picked up after the first time.) Started up again today at lunch time. The area code is Detroit. Go figure…

Oh, that is good! I just haven’t answered after the first time, though. Thank goodness for caller ID. But 8 phone calls in a row in the middle of the night was a bit much. A repeat of that may require some strong Scriptures – with lots of fire and brimstone.

Actually, all she did was leave the Bible by the phone and next time he called, she said, “God suggested you would benefit from hearing His word. This is from the Gospel of ….” He hung up and never called back.

This most recent one did not wake me up, but he called again at 3:45 AM according to my caller ID and voice mail. Left the same, stupid “Hello, Sexy.” message, but this time his number did not show up – only “Anonymous.” At least he didn’t try 5 or 6 times consecutively as before. I guess I need to spend some time figuring out how to block these calls, if it is even possible. For the record, in case I ever need to find it, I am going to type the number in right here: 313-869-0627.
