Not only weird but what is up with a sitting president going after a private citizen? What does Obama’s team know or that we don’t know? Is it already predestined, but of course made to have us think it is our idea, that there will be a brokered convention and she will end up being the nominee? If I was Sarah, I would nail his yaya to the wall on this one. This is the sitting president putting out a negative ad campaign against someone that speaks out against him and his agenda/policies. This is so wrong on so many levels. We let him get away with this with Rush, with Fox News before they came around to his way of thinking (an private business), and others and now vidoe ads against a private citizen? I think I am actually, with this being issued, finally see it is no longer talk about the US being on the road to Communism. It is already here and in full swing. Wow. just wow.

I apologize for the mixed-up jumble of the wording in my posts of late. I proof but not until I re-read later do I see how scattered they are. I will cut back on the posting until my thinking sticky keys catch up to my thoughts. (Notice I said, “cut back” and not “stop” cuz old habits are hard to die.)

The far Left continues to believe American voters are not smart enough to grasp the diversionary tactics it employs to distract us from the issues our President just doesnāt want to talk about ā issues that affect us all every day and must be addressed.
Exhibit A in these diversionary tactics is an absurd new attack ad President Obama has released taking my comments out of context. Iām not running for any office, but Iām more than happy to accept the dubious honor of being Barack Obamaās āenemy of the weekā if that includes the opportunity to debate him on the issues Americans are actually concerned about. (Remember when I said you donāt need a title to make a difference?)
Just off the top of my head, a few of these concerning issues include: a debt crisis that has us hurdling towards a Greek-style collapse, entitlement programs going bankrupt, a credit downgrade for the first time in our history, a government takeover of the health care industry that makes care more expensive and puts a rationing panel of faceless bureaucrats between you and your doctor (aka a ādeath panelā), $4 and $5 gas at the pump exacerbated by an anti-drilling agenda that rejects good paying energy sector jobs and makes us more dependent on dangerous foreign regimes, a war in Afghanistan that seems unfocused and unending, a global presidential apology tour thatās made us look feeble and ridiculous, a housing market in the tank, the longest streak of high unemployment since World War II, private-sector job creators and industry strangled by burdensome regulations and an out-of-control Obama EPA, an attack on the Constitutional protection of religious liberty, an attack on private industry in right-to-work states, crony capitalism run amok in an administration in bed with their favored cronies to the detriment of genuine free market capitalism, green energy pay-to-play kickbacks to Obama campaign donors, and a Justice Department still stonewalling on a bungled operation that armed violent Mexican drug lords and led to the deaths of hundreds of innocent people.
Iām sure I missed a few things, but the list is just for starters. Along with millions of others, Iām willing and free to discuss these issues with the President anywhere, anytime; and Iām sure any of the four patriots currently running for the GOP nomination would also welcome the opportunity to talk about the problems everyday Americans face due to the abject failure of our current administrationās politics. The President will dismiss all of these problems by saying, āWell, uh, āchange isnāt easy.āā But considering that candidate Obama promised to turn back the waters and heal the planet, the American people had at least a reasonable expectation that, at the bare minimum, he wouldnāt bankrupt our country.
This latest ad is quite odd, but also quite telling. It shows that our President sure seems fearful of discussing the economy, energy prices, and all the other problems people need addressed. And intended or not, now that his ad opens up the discussion of Barack Obamaās radical past associations and the radical philosophy that shaped his ideas about his promised āfundamental transformationā of our country, I welcome the media to join ordinary Americans in finally vetting Barack Obama. The media failed to do so in 2008 to the detriment of us all. Maybe this time around they can do their job.

I like how she pointed out who the ad should have been targeted at — his opponents for the presidency. She has a way of getting the point across.
I did not catch when first watched video the Cain/Palin ticket thing in the intro. Slick, as usual, covering their ass on a technicality by hiding under the fact that she did run and is a public official of sorts, at least in people’s minds. Always acting like there is a loophole when there is not; just keep insisting there is. And the Right just plays the game instead of crying “foul” out loud and addressing it. Sometimes playing the game, so to speak, is not the appropriate tactic. It is sort of like the vetting thing. Yeah, now we are doing it. OK. Learn from that. Don’t wait until there is a crisis to scream and stand up and say, ‘NO” and call it for what it is in the present. There has to be a more proactive way to deal with this than WORDS and more WORDS (and I say that after I just wrote a bunch of WORD!)

Reelz TV has been playing “THe Undefeated”. Hearing Sarah speak after her VP nom, brought back all those feelings about why I love this woman. Even though I read “Going Rogue”, seeing the story play out about how she took on Big Oil was so amazing. She really has guts. I just kept thinking how much I wish she was running.
I still do not understand why she never put her hat in the ring this year. It makes me wonder.
On another note-There is another movie coming out exposing BHO. I wonder if it will get half the press that trash piece with Julianne Moore got?

GP, For some reason your comments have started going into the spam filter! I do not know why that happens, but I think it may be that you are posting them from your blog address??? I don’t know enough about it, but I would hate for you to give up – you and Pete are a funny tag team sometimes! I’ll rescue them from the filter when I see them, but it is usually really late, or really early, when I am around, so don’t get frustrated.

I don’t see a way to change the filters other than to go in and retrieve the posts individually. Do you have another e-mail address besides the “Prev….” one that you could use to log in here? I have no idea why it started all of a sudden. Maybe it has been happening all along but someone else retrieved them before I noticed.
