Immigration Agents Ordered to Defy Law

Immigration Agents Ordered to Defy Court Orders

The president of the union that represents officers of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Chris Crane, testified before members of the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Immigration that ICE officers have been ordered not arrest any illegals that have been previously arrested, deported and then re-enter the US illegally again, even though that constitutes a federal felony. Furthermore, they have been instructed to not arrest any illegal that is a fugitive from court ordered deportation if they have no other prior criminal convictions.

Chris Crane Testimony to Congressman Gohmert (R-TX-1) [5:34]

This one starts slow, but you should stick with it. Gohmert tells a sickening true story from his days on the bench.

Chris Crane Testimony to Congressman Gowdy (R-SC-4) [5:36]

Good testimony about politicians coming in to set policy that ignores or goes against what the experts in the field (e.g., ICE agents) believe is good procedure. Crane reads from a directive instructing agents to NOT do their jobs and how, in the past, these agents caught really bad guys doing the things the directive now forbids.

There’s more videos from Crane’s testimony at YouTube, but I can’t watch another minute of this! My stomach literally hurts. I’ve heard from more than one military “horse’s mouth” that this kind of Left-Wing CRAP is also going on in the Army.

One eye-popping example … Obama-empowered Lefties have decreed that Soldiers holding the rank of Private may no longer be called “Private.”
