Oddly, the American Cattlemen’s Association and the Post-Apocalyptic Warriors had no objections.
This reminds me greatly of the mixed-genre desert scene from the forgotten Monkee’s movie, Head. (Which, if you only knew the Monkees from, say, their earliest seasons and albums, can be a very surprising movie.)

The Vegas Chorus Girls’ Union also didn’t have a problem.
I was on a US Airways flight with that woman in the photo last night – I am sure of it. I think she had her whole family on board with her and the whole lot of them was coughing for 3 plus hours. I used up a whole bottle of Purell. I may go from vacation to sick bed in record time this year.
