He was talking about a private military when he was on Congress, back when they claimed the Dem scholarship “increase” was “For The Military” … which it so wasn’t. McCain had it right. Hey Pete, I have narcolepsy, too! Although mine is not the instant sound asleep. I can still drive as I get a warning, or wave as I called it. I have the wave for anywhere from a couple of hours to days. My children did not think it funny that wherever we went Mom would pull over into a fast food place or gas station and go to sleep for up to 40 minutes before could continue on their way. This meant late to school many days. One thing that really helps is when I know I have to pull over, I guzzled a cup of coffee and it just starts to take a caffeine-effect when I wake and thus am not just-woke-up-groggy when starting up the engine again.
